Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan Google Classroom dalam penilaian autentik di kelas VI SD Negeri Sidomulyo 05 Silo Kabupaten Jember. Adapun fokus penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pemanfaatan Google Classroom dalam penilaian autentik di kelas VI SD Negeri Sidomulyo 05 Silo Kabupaten Jember yang dibagi menjadi sub focus sebagai berikut:  1) Membuka Google Classroom 3) Pelaksanaan Penilaian menggunakan Google Classroom, 3) Kendala yang dihadapi dalam pemanfaatan google Classroom. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, dengan metode deskriptif. Sedangkan yang menjadi obyek penelitian adalah SD Negeri Sidomulyo 05 Silo Kabupaten Jember. Adapun teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan analisis data menggunakan prosedur analisis data kualitatif yang terdiri dari: kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penyimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penilaian autentik pembelajaran tematik Bahasa Indonesia dan IPA dapat menggunakan Google Classroom. Penilaian meliputi penilaian sikap dengan observasi dan penilaian antara teman, penilaian pengetahuan menggunakan tes tulis, lisan dan penugasan serta penilaian ketrampilan dengan melakukan penilaian terhadap kinerja, proyek, produk, fortofolio dan ketrampilan diskusi. Kendalanya antara lain siswa kesulitan dalam mengaplikasikan google classroom karena belum terbiasa dan orang tua siswa harus diberi pemahaman terlebih dahulu.Using of Google Classroom in Authentic AssessmentCase Study at SD Sidomulyo 05 Silo, JemberABSTRACTThis study aims to describe the use of Google Classroom in authentic assessment in class VI of Sidomulyo 05 Silo Public Elementary School, Jember Regency. The focus of this research is how the use of Google Classroom in authentic assessment in class VI SD Negeri Sidomulyo 05 Silo, Jember Regency which is divided into sub-focus as follows: 1) Opening Google Classroom 3) Implementation of Assessment using Google Classroom, 3) Constraints faced in utilization Google Classroom. The approach in this research is qualitative research, with descriptive methods. In comparison, the object of research is Sidomulyo Public Elementary School 05 Silo, Jember Regency. The data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques with data analysis using qualitative data analysis procedures are consisting of: data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. The results showed that the authentic assessment of Indonesian thematic learning and science could use Google Classroom. Assessment includes attitude assessment by observation and assessment between friends, assessment of knowledge using written, oral, and assignment tests as well as an assessment of skills by evaluating performance, projects, products, portfolio, and discussion skills. The obstacles include the difficulty of students in applying Google classroom because they are not familiar, and the parents of students are given an understanding first.

Abstract

Fokus penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kearifan lokal Madura yang diterapkan pada pola asuh, implementasi pola asuh berbasis kearifan lokal Madura oleh wali murid di PAUD Darul Mukhlisin serta untuk mengetahui apakah pola asuh berbasis kearifan lokal Madura dapat meningkatkan sosial emosional anak usia dini di PAUD Darul Mukhlisin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Peneliti juga menggunakan teknik analisis data model Miles dan Huberman, yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Sehingga dari penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa wali murid di PAUD Darul Mukhlisin memberikan pola asuh berbasis kearifan lokal Madura dengan budaya ter-ater. Penerapan yang dilakukan dengan mengenalkan sejak dini dan melibatkan langsung anak dalam budaya ter-ater. Pola asuh tersebut dapat dengan baik meningkatkan sosial emosional anak, membentuk karakter anak, percaya diri, berani, dan baik dalam bersosialisasi dengan orang lain.

Abstract

Improving the quality of education in Higher Education has been pursued by various programs run by institutions. Some of the variables that affect learning achievement, among others, are the role of lecturers in the classroom, classroom climate, and student learning motivation. In this context, the purpose of this research is to know the direct relationship between: 1) the role of lecturer in class with learning motivation, 2) role of lecturer in class with class climate, 3) class climate with learning motivation, 4) learning motivation with achievement learning, 5) role of lecturer with learning achievement through learning motivation, 6) class climate with learning achievement through learning motivation. The design of this study used a quantitative survey method, a correlational type. Determination of research area using purposive sampling method area. As a research population is a student of PAUD IKIP PGRI Jember semester even academic year 2015/2016. The number of university students in 2014 is 472 students and taken 205 people as sample. Sampling using random sampling technique of lottery technique. To collect the data used questionnaire and analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis technique with AMOS 4.10 program. The conclusion of the research results are as follows: 1) the developed model is good (fit) based on index RMSEA 0.075 which means less than standard 0.08. This means that the model developed can be explained by the variables used in this study, 2) there is a direct relationship between: a) the role of lecturers in the classroom with learning motivation, b) the role of lecturers in the classroom with classroom climate, c) class climate with motivation to learn, d) learning motivation with learning achievement, e) indirect relationship between role of lecturer with learning achievement through learning motivation, f) indirect relationship between classroom climate with learning achievement through learning motivation.

Abstract

Early childhood education (ECED) is an important foundation in shaping holistic child development, including physical, cognitive, social-emotional, and spiritual aspects. The purpose of this article is to describe the management of learners' input, process and output at Hevea Kindergarten. The researcher used a qualitative approach in this study. Data were collected using interviews, observation, and documentation. Input management includes the admission program and marketing strategy. Process management includes planning, implementing and evaluating holistic approach-based learning to support children's cognitive, social, emotional and motor development. Output management focuses on evaluating educational outcomes that include skills, character and learners' readiness to continue their education to the next level. An integrated strategy, including quality input management, play-based and thematic learning processes, holistic developmental evaluation, and active collaboration with parents, demonstrates Hevea Kindergarten's commitment to producing graduates who are competitive and have superior character.

Abstract

Character education is an important component in the formation of early childhood personality. This study aims to examine the management of character education based on religious values ​​in Tunas Harapan Kindergarten, Jember Regency. This process is implemented through natural material collage art activities with star patterns, which focus on the religious values ​​of the first principle of Pancasila, namely Belief in the Almighty God. The researcher used a qualitative approach in this study. Data collection was carried out using interview techniques, observation, and documentation studies. The role of the teacher as a facilitator is very visible in providing direction, instilling values, and encouraging cooperation among children. The results of this observation indicate that the planning, organization, implementation, and evaluation of activities were effective, despite challenges such as limited time and abstract understanding of symbols for children. Supporting factors include children's enthusiasm, school support, and a positive environment. Children succeeded in understanding religious values, showing creativity, and building character, such as discipline, cooperation, and environmental awareness. The evaluation of the activity showed satisfactory results, with positive feedback from children. This study confirms the importance of integrating religious values ​​in early childhood character education through a creative and contextual approach.

Abstract

SEMAGI is a breakfast habituation program given to early childhood as an effort to provide children with an understanding of the importance of breakfast in the morning to improve concentration in learning at school. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the SEMAGI program habituation on learning concentration in early childhood at SPS Kamboja 4 School, Sukowono District, Jember Regency. This study used a pre-experimental research approach with one group pretest-posttest design. Data analysis used in this study used t-test analysis to determine the impact of breakfast habituation on learning concentration in early childhood as seen from the significance of the difference in learning concentration before and after being given the SEMAGI program. The pre-test results showed that out of 25 samples, 16 (64.0%) respondents had poor learning concentration and 9 (36.0%) respondents had good learning concentration, while in the post-test, 7 children (28%) still had poor learning concentration, while 18 children (72%) had good concentration. The results of the t-test analysis showed a significant difference in learning concentration before and after the SEMAGI program with a t value of 2.736 and a p value of 0.012. These results show a significant number because the p value <significance level (α) = 5% (0.05). Based on these results, it can be said that the SEMAGI program has a positive impact on learning concentration in early childhood at SPS Kamboja 4 School, Sukowono District, Jember Regency. Based on the research that has been conducted, students are accustomed to having breakfast to support children in concentrating when receiving learning at school.

Abstract

Problems in the field based on the known that the ability of children who know or identify geometric shapes is still lacking because only 13 children out of 18 children there are still those who do not know about geometric shapes, can not distinguish geometric shapes. The purpose of this study was to determine whether through APE Maze Geometry can improve the ability to recognize geometric shapes. This research uses Classroom Action Research or PTK. the subject of this research is the students of Kindergarten A Pertiwi 37 Kaligondo Banyuwangi which amounted to 18 children. The data collection procedures used in this study are observation techniques, and documentation.The results of the study obtained a percentage increase during the pre-cycle phase and after the implementation of class action showed an increase. Based on the observation results, it is known that there were 2 children (11.1%) who had BSH and BSB criteria at the pre-cycle stage, but after the first cycle of action was carried out this number increased to 10 children (55.5%), and even higher to 17 children (94.4%) in cycle II which shows that some children have reached the BSH criteria and are doing very well. It can be concluded that APE Maze Geometry is an APE that can improve the ability to recognize geometric shapes for group A children. This research shows that children's understanding of geometry concepts can be improved through the use of play-based learning strategies such as APE Maze Geometry.

Abstract

Tax avoidance remains a critical issue for governments and businesses, as it directly impacts state revenue, corporate reputation, and public trust. In Indonesia’s food and beverage industry, the complexity of regulations and diverse corporate strategies create opportunities for tax avoidance that warrant closer examination. This study analyzes the influence of corporate social responsibility, fiscal loss compensation, and executive risk preference on tax avoidance among food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2018–2022. Using a quantitative approach, the research employs secondary data from annual financial reports and applies panel data regression analysis. The results show that, simultaneously, all three variables significantly affect tax avoidance. However, partially, corporate social responsibility and fiscal loss compensation have no significant effect, while executive risk preference has a significant negative impact, indicating that risk-averse executives are less inclined to adopt aggressive tax strategies. These findings provide empirical evidence on behavioral and institutional factors shaping corporate tax behavior and highlight the role of executive characteristics in tax policy. The study is limited by its sector-specific sample and selected variables, suggesting opportunities for broader research in the future.

Abstract

Manajemen pendidikan karakter anak usia dini sangat penting dalam mengetahui perkembangan anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang bagaimana manejemen pendidikan karakter anak usia dini melalui implementasi green behavior di TK Kristen Cahaya Jember. Guru berperan penting dalam merancang kegiatan dalam dokumen perencanaan pembelajaran, yaitu RPPM (Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Mingguan) dan RPPH (Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Harian), sehingga pembiasaan perilaku peduli lingkungan dapat berlangsung secara konsisten. Permasalahan utama yang diidentifikasi adalah kurangnya pemahaman guru terhadap konsep green behavior, kurangnya kepedulian anak terhadap terhadap lingkungan sekitar dan keterbatasan sarana prasarana yang ada. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif studi kasus dengan metode pengumpulan data seperti observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pada penelitian ini, menggunakan teknik analisis data model Miles dan Huberman, yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Fokus penelitian diarahkan pada 3 aspek utama pendidikan karakter yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Pada tahap perencanaan, guru menyusun program pembelajaran yang terintegrasi pada nilai-nilai peduli lingkungan, seperti kebiasaan untuk membuang sampah pada tempatnya, merawat tanaman, dan menghemat energi. Guru berperan penting dalam merancang kegiatan dalam dokumen perencanaan pembelajaran, yaitu RPPM (Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Mingguan) dan RPPH (Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Harian), sehingga pembiasaan perilaku peduli lingkungan dapat berlangsung secara konsisten. Pada tahap pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui pembiasaan sehari-hari, teladan yang di berikan guru, sehingga anak terbiasa menerapkan perilaku peduli lingkungan secara konsisten. Evaluasi dilaksanakan dengan observasi perilaku anak, penilaian sikap, dan refleksi guru untuk mengukur keberhasilan pembiasaan green behavior. Dengan demikian pendidikan karakter melalui green behavior di TK Kristen Cahaya Jember dapat menjadi pondasi penting bagi pembentukan generasi yang berbudaya dengan lingkungan sekitar.
