Abstrak - Pada lingkunan pelayanan yang tidak dapat diprediksi, perilaku sumber daya manusia yang berorientasi pada layanan dianggap sebagai faktor penting yang meningkatkan tidak hanya kualitas layanan tetapi juga kepuasan pelanggan. Praktik sumber daya manusia berkinerja tinggi dapat menunjang perilaku sumber daya manusia. Begitu pula iklim sosial organisasi akan menentukan terhadap perilaku dari manusia yang ada di dalamnya. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan guna mengetahui kinerja dan iklim organisasi apakah dapat mempengaruhi perilaku sumber daya manusia. Sampel diambil dengan metode stratified random sampling serta dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi dengan bantuan software SPSS 23. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dari kinerja tinggi dan iklim organisasi terhadap perilaku organisasi, hal ini ditunjukkan pada uji t dengan nilai sig. untuk variabel kinerja dan iklim sosial organisasi kurang dari 0,05. Pada hasil koefisien determinasi didapatkan hasil bahwa kinerja tinggi dan iklim sosial organisasi memberikan pengaruh terhadap perilaku organisasi sebesar 51,1%. Abstract - In an unpredictable service environment, the behavior of human resources in service-oriented organizations is considered an important factor that improves not only service quality but also customer satisfaction. High-performance human resource practices can support human resource behavior. Likewise, the social climate of the organization determines the behavior of human resources. This study aims to determine whether performance and organizational climate can affect the behavior of human resources. Sampling using the stratified random sampling method and analyzed using the regression method with the help of SPSS 23 software. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant relationship between high performance and organizational climate on organizational behavior, this is shown in the t test with a sig value. for performance variables and organizational social climate is smaller than 0.05. COVID-19 is a new disease that causes infection in the human respiratory tract and has a fairly high transmission rate. The problem related to this disease is the lack of public awareness in implementing a healthy lifestyle for the prevention and transmission of COVID-19. One way to gain knowledge and insight regarding the application of a healthy lifestyle is to organize health promotion through visual media and print media that are distributed to patients in the Cibogo Community Health Center, Subang Regency. Health promotion that is intensified through visual media and print media is expected to encourage people to capture, understand and remember the messages conveyed in the media, so that lifestyles can change according to science. This study uses a quantitative approach in which the calculation results will be described descriptively. There were 94 questionnaires distributed, each of which consisted of 13 statements. Based on research findings, health promotion through digital media attracts more public attention through print media. The objective of this study is to examine and analyze the direct influence of social media adoption and dynamic capabilities in increasing SMEs performance. It also considers market orientation as a moderating variable to understand more about the condition by which the relationship between the variables can be strengthened or weakened. By using quantitative approach, this study focuses on culinary SMEs in Bandung, West Java. The number of samples is 300 respondents, and the data is collected through giving questionnaire using Google Forms to culinary SMEs actors. The findings of this study indicate that both social media adoption and dynamic capabilities have a positive influence on SMEs performance. Furthermore, this study also prove that market orientation can strengthen the relationship between social media adoption and SMEs performance, as well as dynamic capabilities and SMEs performance. Workload analysis is a human resource planning activity that aims to determine manpower needs in the organization. It means that the number of employees have to be adjusted to the existing workload, so that the employees’ work effectiveness can be implemented properly. The population were inpatient medical record data update staff, by using quote sampling technique from the workload of five (5) staffs of inpatient medical record data update. The type of research was descriptive with quantitative approach. The aims of the research were to discover the job descriptions of inpatient medical record data update, to find out the need of human resource in inpatient medical record data update, and to know the work effectiveness of inpatient medical record data update. The data were collected by using interview and documentation techniques. The results of the research were the number of data update files completed in 2019 amounted to 40,910 files out of 43,764 files, with five (5) staffs available. Based on the results of the research on human resource planning in inpatient medical record data update section using Work Indicator of Staffing Need (WISN) method, the result of calculation using the WISN method was 6.24 or 6 in decimal. Based on the calculation, it is advised that the hospital needs to consider adding one more staff in medical record data update section, so that the work effectiveness of the staff can be implemented properly.

Introduction/Main Objectives: The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating role of entrepreneurial agility in the relationship between digital platform capability and business model innovation adoption, while also considering the moderating role of technology opportunism and environmental dynamism. Background Problems: Digitization currently influences every aspect of individual, including the way they carry out business. Therefore, it is important to understand the way firms respond to this condition while conducting their business. Novelty: This study addresses how the business model innovation adoption can be more advanced and supported by digital platform capability by considering various conditions to deal with changes in technology and the environment, including entrepreneurial agility, environmental dynamism, and technology opportunism. Research Methods: This study is carried out using quantitative approach by distributing questionnaire to the owners or managers of creative MSMEs in Bandung, West Java. The respondents are chosen using purposive sampling method, with the number of samples of 120 respondents. The data is then analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling with AMOS 3.0. Finding/Results: Digital platform capability has a positive influence on entrepreneurial agility, which has a positive influence on business model innovation adoption. Entrepreneurial agility mediates the relationship between digital platform capability on business model innovation adoption, and this relationship is moderated by technology opportunism and environmental dynamism. Conclusion: This study highlights the importance of digital platform capability for firms, as it can lead them to have entrepreneurial agility, and ultimately carry out business model innovation adoption.

National policy is critical to a policy's success. Policy implementation has a broad spectrum of implications and conditions. This study aims to investigate and describe the implementation of work-from-home (WFH) policies at the Bandung Regency Public Work Services Office. In this study, the qualitative research method was used. The findings of this study indicate that the implementation of the Work From Home Policy at the Public Works Services Office of Bandung City has been successful in meeting spatial aspects, specifically in the form of transforming personal space or employee homes in the Public Works Services Office of Bandung City by maximizing various existing devices and technologies that are considered convenient to use. Bandung City Public Work Services Office employees have been able to adapt to two different time situations, cyclical time and linear time. This demonstrates that the office and family support is adequate to meet the time constraints. Meanwhile, the Bandung City Public Work Services Office has been able to provide good work productivity by aligning narrative writing roles as employees, husbands or wives, and family members.

This service aims to improve lecturer skill and comprehension of the application of instructional approaches in shaping the character of students at the Bandung College of Administrative Sciences in Cibeunying Kidul District, Bandung City. This dedication is motivated by the need for lecturers who are motivated to improve competency and who have the ability to use instructional tactics to shape students' character. The degree of the students' bad character and the lecturers' poor teaching techniques is the dull everyday instructional routine. This service took place on Thursday, June 3, 2023. Field surveys (locations), conversations, information collection, and lecturer observations were initially carried out in order to deliver this service. After that, teachers received training and help with regard to enhancing their competency as lecturers and putting character-development teaching methodologies into practise. The output objectives for this volunteer initiative include scientific publications, online content, YouTube activities, and photo documentation of PKM activities. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data diperoleh dengan data primer dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner. Populasi dalam meneliti penelitiannya yakni seluruh pegawai Polres Karawang yakni 82 Orang. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, uji F, dan uji t untuk menguji dan menentukan pengaruh variable independent terhadap variable dependen.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan transformasional, dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja Polisi di Polres Karawang.

Dalam era globalisasi, organisasi menghadapi tantangan budaya seperti gegar budaya dan ketimpangan budaya. Budaya organisasi mempengaruhi perkembangan dan keberhasilan organisasi dengan nilai-nilai, norma, dan praktiknya. Gegar budaya terjadi ketika individu mengalami kebingungan dan resistensi terhadap perubahan budaya organisasi. Ketimpangan budaya terjadi ketika budaya organisasi tidak selaras dengan tuntutan lingkungan yang berubah cepat. Hal ini menghambat adaptasi dan inovasi organisasi. Metode penelitian kajian literatur digunakan untuk menyusun, menganalisis, dan mensintesis informasi dari sumber-sumber teks yang relevan. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukan bahwa gegar budaya dan ketimpangan budaya sangat berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan organisai. Jurnal ini menganalisis dampak fenomena ini serta faktor dan strategi yang mempengaruhinya. The right policy decisions and dividend payments can maximize the value of thecompany and shareholders. The value of the company is determined by the valueof its own capital and the value of debt. Therefore, the stock price means anincrease in the value of the company. In contrast to the larger dividend paymentscan reduce the company's ability to invest which can lead to a decrease in thecompany's growth rate in the future, this can make the shares go down. Thepurpose of this study is to analyze the relevance of firm size, profitability, andgovernance in dividend policy. This research is divided into five main parts. First,it presents the background of the research. This study uses the Library Research method, namely by approaching the theoriesthat are relevant to the focus of the research carried out. In this section, anassessment of the concepts and theories used is carried out based on the availableliterature, especially from articles in various scientific journals. The LibraryResearch approach is carried out to build a concept or theory that forms the basisof the study in this research.This study concludes that if company size has relevance in dividend policy, large,well-established companies will have easy access to the capital market, while newand small companies will have a lot of difficulty having access to the capitalmarket. Due to the ease of access to the capital market which is quite significantfor its flexibility and ability to obtain larger funds, so that the company is able tohave a higher dividend payout ratio than small companies.
