Abstract

Studi penelitian ini diarahkan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisa pengaruh dukungan organisasi, lingkungan kerja, dan employee engagement, terhadap kinerja karyawan. obyek penelitian yaitu politeknik perkapalan negeri surabaya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan bagian kontrak pada politeknik perkapalan negeri surabaydengan jumlah sampel 98 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model  analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil uji analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa dukungan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji tes sobel untuk menganalisis pengaruh tidak langsung menunjukkan bahwa employee engagement memediasi pengaruh dukungan organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dan employee engagement memediasi secara parsial pengaruh dukungan organisasi, lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di politeknik perkapalan negeri surabaya.

Abstract

BUMDES Masyarakat Madani Sejahtera is a business entity initiated by Desa Janti in Sidoarjo- East Java. However, recently BUMDES has an issue for not being able normally operate and provide financial statement as it used to. BUMDes has a retail business which sell daily items to the village. The community service team identify this issue and attempt to solve it. They developed online Post of Sales (POS) for efficiency and effectivity. At the same time the other member of the team which concentrated in accounting assist BUMDes to provide financial statement in accordance with Indonesian financial standard. The team were using collaborative approach which began with mapping the issue and continued with workshop for POS system and the financial statement template, assist BUMDes to use both POS system and financial statement template and the last one to find out how they use it by held monitoring and evaluation activity. At the end, BUMDes revenue and equity have significantly increasing compared to the previous period each 20% and 50%, BUMDes has their own POS system and could provide financial statement in accordance to SAK EMKM. This achievement overall can be used as an acceleration to reach SDGs in Desa Janti.

Abstract

Halal dan pemasaran tidak bisa dipisahkan dan merupakan hal yang menunjang satu dengan yang lain. Namun dalam prakteknya, pengusaha wanita Fatayat di Surabaya masih banyak yang belum memahami dan mengerti secara detail bagaimana prosedur untuk mendapatkan sertifikasi halal. Selain itu belum optimalnya pemasaran penjualan produk via online, terkait hal itu, maka perlu adanya kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) dari tim pengabdian Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Indonesia (STIESIA) Surabaya yang dilaksanakan bersama dengan Pengurus Wilayah (PW) Fatayat Jawa Timur menargetkan pengusaha wanita UMKM dari Surabaya dan Sidoarjo yang belum pernah mengajukan sertifikat halal maupun akun pemasaran digital. Kegiatan PKM dilaksanakan dengan tujuan memberikan pendampingan kepada wirausaha wanita untuk mengajukan sertifikasi halal dan memaksimalkan potensi pemasaran digital melalui akun media sosial berupa instagram bisnis dan akun penjual di marketplace shopee agar meningkatkan profitabilitas usaha di masa mendatang. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan terdiri dari empat tahap, yaitu tahap identifikasi masalah (mapping), tahap koordinasi persiapan yang dilakukan secara online dengan masing-masing UMKM melalui whatsapp, tahap pendampingan di Surabaya dan Sidoarjo serta tahap monitoring dan evaluasi di akun masing-masing pelaku usaha di website halal Kemenag. Luaran dari kegiatan ini berupa UMKM.

Abstract

Excessive clutter in the work environment can significantly hinder employee performance. The more items accumulate, the harder it becomes to maintain cleanliness, leading to a dirty and disorganized workspace. According to UCLA's Centre on Everyday Lives and Families, clutter can increase stress levels by elevating cortisol, which the brain interprets as a sign of failure. This stress reduces employees' cognitive abilities, further impacting their performance. Therefore, organizations must address this issue through decluttering. The 5S methodology—Seiri (Sort), Seiton (Set in order), Seiso (Shine), Seiketsu (Standardize), and Shitsuke (Sustain)—is an effective approach for decluttering and improving the work environment. This journal employs a literature review methodology, analyzing relevant sources such as previous journals, books, and articles. The review concludes that 5S is the most practical decluttering method for organizations. Various studies have demonstrated that 5S significantly enhances employee performance. Beyond performance improvements, 5S also boosts overall organizational efficiency, including time, energy, and cost savings.

Abstract

The Martapura River has an important role for the Banjar people (the largest tribe in South Kalimantan). Rivers, which generally function as residential and trading areas, cannot be avoided from pollution. Waste that is classified into two, namely domestic waste and non-domestic waste, not only has a negative impact on environmental sustainability, but is also very hazardous to health. As an effort to restore and preserve the Martapura River. The Provincial Government of South Kalimantan through the Environmental Service (DLH) created the Martapura Asri (Safe, Clean, Friendly, Beautiful) River program. Based on this, this study aims to analyze the implementation and create an environmental communication model for the ASRI Martaoura River program in Banjar Regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The research uses environmental communication theory and stakeholder theory. The results of the research show that the implementation of environmental communication in the ASRI Martapura River program is good, various activities carried out by DLH have fulfilled the 7 elements of environmental communication, but the implementation has not been carried out optimally. Starting from the role of stakeholders, the use and involvement of the media in program implementation, regulations to support program implementation so that it can run optimally, and related to representation of program implementation. From the results of this study it was also possible to create a communication model that was convergent and collaborative in nature, with the same agreement (mutual understanding), namely the ASRI Martapura River program, which was later called the ASRI Martapura River Environmental Communication Model.

Abstract

Background – The development of the tourism sector based on local wisdom, in supporting the sustainable tourism sector in Selayan Kalimantan, especially historical and religious tourism, namely mosques and tombs, is very much needed. Community-based tourism applications can be carried out in three stages, namely the planning stage, implementation stage and evaluation stage. Aim – The aim of this research is to analyze the concept and implementation of a combination of aspects of sharia-based human capital policy and local wisdom. Design/ Methodology/ Approach – This research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection in this article used in-depth interviews with 2 parties from managers and HRD. Apart from interviews, data was obtained through direct observation during employee selection and documentation. Findings – The research results showed that The development of religious tourism in South Kalimantan as sustainable tourism is very worthy of development, commitment to sustainable development, community involvement in decision making and management of religious tourism facilities and infrastructure that have previously existed, such as tombs, mosques and historical buildings. Efforts to optimize the development of sustainable religious tourism are developing the concept of cultural cities, increasing regional security, improving infrastructure and drainage in several places, providing new religious tourism attractions and more attractive additional attractions. Conclusion - The development of religious tourism in Banjar Regency has problems, namely (1) tourism facilities and infrastructure, (2) local resource development, and (3) marketing development. Research implication- It is hoped that there will be the obstacles that exist in religious tourism objects are related to facilities and infrastructure, weak local resources to support tourist attractions, and weak tourism marketing. To overcome obstacles, the strategies that can be implemented are related to the development of tourism facilities and infrastructure, development of local resources, and development of marketing. Limitations – Banjar Regency has quite large potential for developing religious tourism. There are 27 religious tourist attractions in Banjar Regency, but in reality most of the existing religious tourism has not been managed optimally..

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of commitment, leadership and individual character on employee work motivation in the Provincial Women's Empowerment, Child Protection and Family Planning Service. South Kalimantan, this is indeed crucial and significant in achieving organizational goals, so as to improve the performance of employees in the SKPD environment in the South Kalimantan provincial government. This research method uses a qualitative method, using SPSS version 24, data and data sources obtained from independent variables, namely Commitment (X1), Leadership (X2) and individual characteristics (X3) and Work Motivation (Y). Data analysis techniques are carried out using Descriptive Analysis, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Testing, both Persial t Statistical Tests, F Stimulant Statistical Tests, Determination Coefficients and Reliability Validity Tests. The research results show that the implications of the research results show that commitment, leadership and individual characteristics can influence the motivation of employees of the Provincial Women's Empowerment, Child Protection and Family Planning Service. South Kalimantan, can increase employee motivation through organizational leaders who continue to encourage their employees by providing guidance and direction consistently and continuously.

Abstract

The Industrial Era 4.0 has brought disruptive technological innovation, crossing physical and digital boundaries completely, and changing the way people carry out daily life activities and at work. Technological breakthroughs create opportunities for economic, social and individual growth, but artificial intelligence (AI) will take over human jobs. Human resource development readiness is important to overcome every obstacle in the 4.0 era. The aim of this research is to describe human resource development strategies that face challenges in the industrial era 4.0. The type of research method is descriptive analysis. The results show that a successful HRD strategy involves more than education, coaching, training, institutions, opportunities and rewards. Human resource management must increase creativity, change a fixed mindset into a growth mindset, adapt to science and technology and make changes, create superior human resources and adapt to the influence of the new era entering the social era. 5.0.
