Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang Harga, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kelengkapam Produk Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Pada Toko Istana Buah Kediri, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil pengaruh dari harga, kualitas pelayanan dan kelengkapan produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Toko Istana Buah Kediri. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik Purposive Sampling. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 80 orang. Pengolahan data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinan (R2). Ada pengaruh parsial antara Harga terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen hasil uji t didapatkan nilai signifikan 0,035 < 0,05. Ada pengaruh parsial antara Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen hasil uji t didapatkan nilai signifikasi 0,005 < 0,05. Ada pengaruh parsial antara Kelengkapan Produk terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen hasil uji t didapatkan nilai signifikasi 0,025 < 0,05. Ada pengaruh simultan Fasilitas, Harga dan Lokasi terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan hasil uji F nilai signifikasi 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh cita rasa, harga dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pembelian konsumen di Master burger cabang Ringinrejo. Jenis analisis yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data kuesioner, wawancara, observasi dan pustaka atau literatur sedangkan teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas dan reabilitas uji asumsi klasik, analisis linier berganda, uji autokorelasi uji T, uji F dan R2. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Cita rasa berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen (2) Harga tidak brpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen (3) kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen (4) adanya pengaruh signifikan dari variabel Citarasa dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen secara simultan, sedangkan variabel Harga tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen secara simultan .

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the significance of the influence between work facilities and work motivation both partially and simultaneously. Population in this research totaled 212, the sampling technique used was proportionate stratified random sampling using the isaac and michael table so that 131 samples were found. Method the analysis used is quantitative with inferential statistic. Based on partial test it was found that there was a positive and significant influence between work facilities and employee performance. Work motivation has an insignificant effect and has a negative value on the employee performance of PR.Dua Dewi Cabang Kediri.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian untuk memetakan variabel-variabel independen yang mempengaruhi financial sustainability lembaga keuangan mikro yang terdapat di beberapa negara. Lembaga keuangan mikro merupakan bagian dalam sistem keuangan negara yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat kecil dengan tujuan mengurangi kemiskinan. Lembaga keuangan mikro diharapkan mampu menjadi pilihan bagi masyarakat yang berpendapatan rendah. Financial sustainability adalah kemampuan suatu entitas untuk menutupi seluruh biayanya dari pendapatan operasionalnya tanpa bergantung pada pihak ketiga atau subsidi. Sebanyak 20 artikel penelitian kuantitatif disentisis dan dibuat peta untuk penelitian berikutnya. Hasil penelitian diperoleh setidaknya ada tiga faktor besar yang mempengaruhi financial sustainability lembaga keuangan mikro yaitu faktor makro ekonomi, faktor lembaga keuangan mikro, dan faktor dari peminjam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengisi kesenjangan teoritis antara modal intelektual dan sikap risiko dan untuk mengidentifikasi perlunya studi lebih lanjut tentang peran mediasi literasi keuangan dan keberlanjutan bisnis pada UKM batik. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diisi oleh 222 UKM batik di Jawa Timur. Teknik analisis data menggunakan structural equation modeling (SEM) dengan analysis of moment structure (AMOS). Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa modal intelektual tidak berdampak pada keberlanjutan bisnis dan secara signifikan mempengaruhi literasi keuangan. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa sikap risiko berpengaruh signifikan terhadap literasi keuangan dan keberlanjutan usaha. Literasi keuangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan bisnis. Temuan menarik dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa literasi keuangan memediasi modal intelektual dan sikap berisiko. Literasi keuangan juga menjadi mediator yang baik antara modal intelektual dan keberlanjutan bisnis. Literasi keuangan merupakan mediator yang baik antara sikap risiko dan keberlanjutan bisnis. Dengan demikian, temuan literasi keuangan sebagai faktor yang mempengaruhi keberlanjutan bisnis merupakan model penelitian yang signifikan berdasarkan teori dan fakta empiris di lapangan.

Abstract

This research explains the influence of the physical work environment and supervision on performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable for non-medical employees at RSUD Dr. Iskak, Tulungagung Regency. The analysis technique in this research uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, partial tests (t tests), and sobel tests. The population in this study was 533 non-medical employees. The sampling technique in this study used nonprobability sampling with the accidental sampling method and the number of samples taken in this study was 85 non-medical employees. In this study, the results showed that the physical work environment had a significant effect on employee performance, supervision had a significant effect on employee performance, the physical work environment had a significant effect on job satisfaction, supervision had a significant effect on job satisfaction, work satisfaction had a significant effect on employee performance, the physical work environment had a significant effect on performance through job satisfaction, supervision has a significant effect on performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

This company is one of the largest construction companies in Tulungagung and has a strong culture to support the achievement of strategic goals and enhance employee performance. The company's culture plays an important role in shaping the behavior, values, and attitudes of employees, which can influence the productivity and performance of the company. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection was conducted using observation, interviews, and documentation methods at PT. Megah Bangunan Abadi Tulungagung. This study aims to investigate the Corporate Culture Implementation Strategy to build a Productive Work Ethic at PT. Megah Bangunan Abadi Tulungagung. These findings can help identify the implementation strategy of corporate culture, the challenges faced, and the impacts produced. The results of this study indicate that the strategy for implementing corporate culture to build a productive work ethic at PT. Megah Bangunan Abadi Tulungagung requires a deep understanding of the employees and the factors that influence them because PT. Megah Bangunan Abadi has employees with varying levels of education. However, PT. Megah Bangunan Abadi Tulungagung has already implemented open and transparent communication as one of the strategies to strengthen the work ethic. Having a positive organizational culture can reinforce the existing culture within the company, especially if employees feel valued and supported, which can enhance performance, motivation, responsibility, creativity, and loyalty of the employees.

Abstract

The current development of human resources has a huge influence on the company. Business competition is currently very competitive and entrepreneurs who run micro and macro businesses must be more able to develop and compete competitively. This research aims to determine the role of competency (Z) in mediating selection (XI) and training (X2) on employee performance (Y) at the Nganjuk Sadex (Shuttlecock) factory. Using a quantitative approach, the research subjects were employees of the Nganjuk Sadex (Shuttlecock) factory. The employee sample consisted of 80 production employees. The sampling technique is saturated sampling. The research uses the Smart-PLS method. The results show that; (1) selection has a significant effect on competency, (2) training has an insignificant effect on competency, (3) selection has an insignificant effect on employee performance, (4) training has a significant effect on performance, (5) competency has a significant effect on employee performance, (6) competence mediating selection has a significant effect on employee performance, and (7) competence mediating training has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: This study is to provide a wider bibliometric literature review on Islamic financial literacy (IFL). Background Problems: IFL requieres a comprehensive review of existing studies. Looking for potential topics is one way to develop knowledge in IFL by using bibliometric studies. Novelty: This paper is to fill in the gaps by providing an extensive bibliometric analysis of the literature related to IFL. Research Methods: We analyzed 57 articles published from 2016 until 2024, a 9 year period. Articles were taken from the Scopus database. We studied classify articles using VOSviewer software. We analyzed citation and analysis co-occurrence. Finding/Results: The topic of IFL is still in demand today. Indonesia and Malaysia are the countries with the most productive in terms of the number of documents. Six thematic clusters: The red clusters include demographic variables, financial inclusion, financial literacy, halal, Islamic banking services, Islamic capital market, Islamic Finance, and Islamic financial literacy. The green cluster includes COVID-19, Finance, human, literacy, self-concept, and self-efficacy. The blue cluster includes banking, intention to use, Islamic financial inclusion, and marketing. The yellow cluster includes behavioural intention, Islamic banking, Islamic financial services, and Islamic marketing. The orange cluster include intention, market discipline, sharia mutual funds, and subjective norm. The purple cluster include financial socialization and religiosity. The following topics have attracted the greatest attention: Islamic Financial Inclusion, Islamic Capital Market, Halal, Religiosity, Self-Concept, and Self-Efficacy. Research limitation/implications: This paper highlights the interconnectedness of education, personal behavior, and financial products within the Islamic finance framework. This structured breakdown aligns the elements that influence Islamic finance development, providing a pathway for examining how literacy, behavior, and products shape the field.

Abstract

Evaluation of communication strategies is very important to measure the success and follow-up of waste management programs by the Environmental Service (DLH) of Kediri Regency. The previous communication strategy evaluation model was considered ineffective and did not provide comprehensive information. This study aims to apply the AIDDA model ( Attention, Interest, Desire, Decision, Action ) in waste management program evaluation activities in Kediri Regency based on the theory of environmental communication sociology. Researchers examine the comparison of communication strategy evaluation results before and after using the AIDDA model. In addition, assess community involvement and identify factors that influence the success of this model. The research method is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques use interviews, observations, and documentation. The number of informants in this study was 6 people, namely 3 staff of the DLH PSLB3 division and 5 waste managers in five villages in Kediri Regency. The results of the study found that the evaluation of the AIDDA model communication strategy can ensure the effectiveness of communication, increase community participation, optimize resource use, improve program sustainability, and provide empirical evidence of the effectiveness of communication strategies. The results of this study can provide valuable information for DLH and stakeholders to design more effective communication strategy evaluations in waste management programs, environmental responsibility programs and sustainability support according to needs.
