Abstract

This research aims to analyze PT Asuransi Jiwa Nasional's business development strategy in responding to the challenges posed by the emergence of insurance technology startup companies (InsurTech) in Indonesia. Through a qualitative approach, this research reveals that PT Asuransi Jiwa Nasional has made a number of efforts to adapt, such as developing digital products, improving technology-based customer service, and establishing strategic partnerships with technology companies. However, this research also identified several challenges that companies face, such as internal resistance to change and limited technological infrastructure. It is hoped that the results of this research can contribute to insurance companies in formulating more effective strategies to compete in the digital era.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has driven significant transformation in the insurance industry, especially in the electronic retail insurance segment. This study aims to examine how integrated digital ecosystem innovation can optimize electronic retail insurance premiums in Indonesia. Using the action research method with the DMADV lean six sigma approach, this study involved in-depth interviews with industry players, including insurance companies, digital platforms, and regulators. The results of the study show that the integration between platforms, digital payments, and application-based insurance services creates an ecosystem that strengthens operational efficiency, expands consumer access, and enables more competitive and risk-adaptive premium determination. In addition, the use of real-time customer data allows for more targeted personalization of insurance products and services. This study emphasizes the importance of cross-sector collaboration in building a digital ecosystem that supports the sustainable growth of electronic retail insurance in Indonesia.

Abstract

Purpose: This study analyzes how Leadership Style, Communication, and Control Systems influence Service Behavior and Hospital Performance in Majalaya Hospital’s Covid-19 response. Research Methodology: This study used SEM with AMOS 26, collecting data from 105 respondents via questionnaires and interviews to test four hypotheses on leadership, communication, control systems, service behavior, and hospital performance. Results: The study shows that Leadership, communication, and control systems positively impact service behavior, which in turn enhances hospital performance and business outcomes. Conclusions: This study emphasizes the role of leadership, communication, and control systems in shaping service behavior and improving hospital performance, service delivery, and efficiency. Limitations: This study is limited to Majalaya Hospital's Covid-19 response, restricting generalizability. Self-reported data may also have introduced a bias. Contribution: This study reinforces the role of leadership, communication, and control systems in service behavior. It advises hospitals to enhance their feedback, communication, and leadership for better performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi implementasi metode pembiasaan dalam pembentukan kemandirian anak usia 4-5 tahun di TK Al-Qur’an Terpadu Miftahul Huda Purwakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan subjek penelitian berupa anak-anak dalam kelompok usia 4-5 tahun, dan objek penelitian adalah kemandirian anak. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa upaya guru dalam membentuk kemandirian anak dilakukan melalui penerapan metode pembiasaan, seperti kegiatan rutin, kegiatan spontan, dan memberikan keteladanan atau contoh. Dengan menggunakan metode pembiasaan tersebut, anak-anak menjadi terbiasa melakukan kegiatan sehari-hari, seperti memakai atau melepas sepatu tanpa bantuan, meletakkan tas di loker tanpa perintah, dan mampu merapikan alat tulis atau mainan yang telah digunakan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode pembiasaan efektif dalam membentuk kemandirian anak usia 4-5 tahun di TK Al-Qur’an Terpadu Miftahul Huda Purwakarta.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Pola Pembayaran Marketplace Dengan Cara Cashless Pada Agen JNE Area Jakarta Utara. Tujuan penelitian berjudul Pengaruh Pola Pembayaran Marketplace Dengan Cara Cashless Pada Agen JNE Area Jakarta Utara, adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Mengetahui pengaruh pola pembayaran di Marketplace dengan cara chassles untuk meningkatkan layanan perusahaan. (2) Mengetahui jumlah layanan jasa agen JNE untuk meningkatkan pelayanan masyarakat. (3) Meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan JNE bagi pelanggan di Marketplace. (4) Sebagai syarat pengajuan jurnal untuk menyelesaikan tugas pendidikan kuliah S1 bagi peneliti. (5) Menguji pengaruh transaksi dengan Cashless terhadap Agen JNE Jakarta Utara. (6) Menguji adanya pengaruh pembayaran cara Cashless terhadap agen JNE Jakarta Utara. (7) Mengetahui adanya hubungan positif signifikan transaksi Cashless dengan menggunakan layanan jasa JNE Area Jakarta Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan jenis kuantitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh dari angket dan data diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS Windows Versi 26.0 dengan menggunakan pengolahan data analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi berganda dan analisis korelasi. Jumlah sampel adalah 30 responden sebagai pengguna Marketplace dan menggunakan transaksi Cashless yang memenuhi syarat kriteria uji kelayakan data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan besarnya pengaruh hubungan yang kuat dengan rasio keseluruhan dengan besar nilai  63,1% dari dampak pola pembayaran Marketplace (X1) dan transaksi konsumen menggunakan Cashless (X2) pada Agen JNE Area Jakarta Utara (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the contribution of risk management and strategic control in enhancing the effectiveness of corporate governance in the general insurance industry. Strong corporate governance is a key prerequisite for addressing risk complexity, regulatory requirements, and the competitive dynamics of the insurance sector. This study adopts a qualitative approach using a systematic literature review and descriptive analysis of risk management frameworks, strategic control mechanisms, and corporate governance practices in general insurance companies. Data were obtained from secondary sources, including reputable international journal articles, industry regulations, and relevant corporate reports. The findings indicate that the integration of comprehensive risk management with effective strategic control strengthens oversight functions, improves the quality of strategic decision making, and promotes the implementation of transparency, accountability, and responsibility principles. These findings confirm that the synergy between risk management and strategic control plays a significant role in improving corporate governance quality and supporting the sustainability of general insurance companies’ performance.
