Abstract

The population increase in the Special Region of Yogyakarta poses challenges, including developing Village-owned Enterprises or BUM Desa in Sleman Regency to enhance rural community welfare. BUM Desa data management currently relies on manual spreadsheets and lacks a dynamic data storage system, hindering access to accurate information. This study employed the Scrum methodology, gathering data through literature reviews, interviews, and observations to assess the current state of BUM Desa. A product backlog guided the development of a web-based GIS application through sprint planning, resulting in an application that maps BUM Desa locations in the Sleman Regency based on coordinates and provides detailed development classifications. This application enhances data management and decision-making for BUM Desa development, simplifies government data management, and improves public access to BUM Desa locations. Black box testing confirmed its functionality, with 100% validity. End-user computing Satisfaction (EUCS) surveys indicated high user satisfaction, emphasizing the application's usability and alignment with user expectations in providing accurate and accessible BUM Desa information.

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

Integrating augmented reality technology in physics education provides students with a novel learning experience, requiring proficient skills and effective organization. PyLo-AR, a Marker-Based Augmented Reality (M-AR) mobile app, teaches atomic models (Dalton, Thomson, Rutherford, Bohr). This study assesses PyLo-AR's user-friendliness using SUS and UEQ methods, involving highschool students. SUS scores indicate a satisfactory usability level (71). UEQ averages are 1.797 (Attractiveness), 1.700 (Perspicuity), 1.577 (Efficiency), 1.605 (Dependability), 1.941 (Stimulation), and 1.067 (Novelty). The category of the stimulation indicator is excellent, which means the PyLo-AR application is highly engaging for learners. The attractiveness, efficiency, and accuracy indicators are rated as "good," indicating that the PyLo-AR application is enjoyable and reliable in understanding the characteristics of each atom model through its 3D visualization features. Meanwhile, the clarity and novelty indicator categories are rated as "above average," suggesting that the PyLo-AR application is sufficiently efficient and easy to understand with an organized User Interface (UI). Thus, the PyLo-AR application has met the criteria for being a user-friendly application for learners to comprehend the characteristics of each atom model.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the I,provement of freestyle swimming skills using the drill method whit buoys and fins as media. This study uses experimental research methods. Then the design in this study was pre-eksperimental design with the form of the  one group pretest and posttest.the sampling technique in this study was total sampling because the sampling technique for this study involved some members of the population used as samples.the sample used in this study was 10 students from the garuda laut clib palopo. The results showed that there was an increase in the average score of the students from the pretestand posttest, namely, and 10,80 to 17,80, based on the normality test results of the pretest and posttest above the significant value , so it can be concluded that the pretest and posttest is normally distributed.based on the output paired sample test,it is known that the difference between the average pretest and posttest = 7,000 standard deviation = 0,667.from the SPPS output ,Tcount = 33,204 Ttable 2,306.When viewed from the significance, that the sig(2-tailed) value is 0,001. Because the significance values is less than (α 0,05), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is significant effect of the drill methodusing buoys and fins media on freestyle swimming skills for beginners at Garuda Laut Club palopo

Abstract

Education in Indonesia continues to face challenges in developing students' Higher-Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) to achieve Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 4 on quality education, which requires new strategies such as Dynamic Problem Solving (DPS) and innovative assessment tools to improve critical and analytical reasoning. This study aims to measure the DPS strategy and innovative assessment tools in improving students' HOTS  in physics learning. This research method uses a quasi-experiment with a posttest-only control group design. This study involved 120 high school students from four regencies/cities in South Sulawesi, Indonesia. Data on the effectiveness of the DPS strategy were collected and analyzed using an independent t-test, and data on innovative assessment tools were collected and analyzed through validity and reliability tests. The results of the HOTS test of students after participating in physics learning using the DPS strategy and innovative assessment tools showed that the experimental group was better than the control group. This study concludes that implementing the DPS strategy and innovative assessment tools effectively improves high school students' HOTS through physics learning. This research has an impact in encouraging critical and analytical thinking in students to solve real problems. In addition, this research also contributes to being a reliable and robust new pedagogical approach in physics learning under the demands of 21st century education.
