Abstract

This research explains the important picture that is highlighted regarding the development of the theories and practices in the science of takhrij al-hadith. The hadith is part of one of the two sources of Islamic law after the Koran. The prince of tahkhrij hadith has actually been done at the beginning of the development ?ulum al-hadith, by only tracing the location of the hadith in the sources of literature or books compiled by hadith collectors. The rest regarding in-depth research on the quality of the hadith (sanad-matan) was not too carriedout by previous scholars. discourse of hadith is classified into 2 (two) types, such as: 1) discourse about the authority of the hadith as hujjah in Islamic law, and 2) study of the authenticity of the hadith itself (whether or not the Hadith itself is valid). So it is important for the next generation to be introduced to the science of takhrij al-Hadith. This has become important for Muslims to be able to connect and reveal their messages historically from the Prophet Muhammad. The author uses a literature study which introduces the methods in the takhrij al-hadith. The results of his conclusion that takhrij al-hadith had indeed been carried out by previous scholars with their respective methods, but nowadays the development and portrayal of takhrij hadith has begun to target digitalisation methods in the form of online, software or applications. For this reason, it is necessary tointroduce these technology and information-based methods while elaborating and collaborating on pre-existing methods with contemporary methods based on technology and information.Keywords: Takhrij al-Hadith, Theory, Practice

Abstract

This study discusses the aesthetics of personal grooming in which contains recommendations for shaving underarm hair. This research is included in the study of literature commonly referred to as literature study, the object of this study is the hadith relating to personal grooming, especially the recommendation of shaving underarms assisted by the approach of maqasid al-shari'ah al-Syatibi. The result is that this personal grooming, related to hygiene and health, is in accordance with the concept of maqasid al-shari’ah in Islam, which is the aim of realizing benefit. Shaving armpit hair is agreed to Sunnah and favoured, pulling armpit hair has an impact on personal hygiene and health grooming in Islam emphasizes cleanliness and health,- the thing about the recommendation of shaving armpit is very basic and important for personal grooming.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan pergumulan mengenai nikah dari sudut sejarah, dalil al-Quran dan Hadits (Firman dan Sabda), sampai pada nalar para Ulama Islam. Nikah mutah ialah sebuah ikatan pernikahan antara laki-laki dan perempuan untuk waktu tertentu dengan mahar dan kesepakatan lain yang disebut dalam akad. Nikah mutah tidak mempunyai tahapan atau proses cerai, dengan makna lain bahwa nikah mutah menyesuaikan tempo yang disepakati bersama dengan sendirinya hubungan berakhir sesuai kesepakatan akad. Maka penting bagi peneliti untuk mengangkat pergumulan ini tanpa harus menjustifikasi sesuai dengan kepentingan tertentu. Karena perlu disadari bahwa nikah mutah hingga dewasa ini, selalu menjadi primadona dalam pergumulan fikih dan madhzab. Peneliti menggunakan studi kepustakaan (library research) dengan menganalisisnya dari sudut kesejarahan dan dalil-dalil yang membicarakan tentang nikah mutah. Hasil kesimpulannya bahwa Nikah mutah pernah di izinkan dua kali dan diharamkan dua kali oleh Rasulullah Saw, Ibn Asyur berpendapat bahwa nikah mutah bukanlah pembatalan atau pengharaman melainkan menyesuaikan kondisi-kebutuhan mendesak atau darurat. Buktinya di masa khalifah Abu Bakar dan khalifah Umar Ibn Khattab masih ada praktiknya, namun khalifah kedua (Umar ibn Khattab) akhirnya mengharamkannya untuk selamanya dimasa-masa akhir jabatannya.
