Abstract

Justice is a very important pillar in everything, especially education. With justice, various problems will be easily overcome. With justice all people get rights and obligations according to their capacity. In Indonesia sometimes there are several aspects that cause inequality in education. These aspects are partly discussed in this article namely, disability, prisoners, economics, and gender. The four aspects are often the reasons for the absence of justice in education in Indonesia.Indonesia as a Muslim majority community requires them to hold fast to the core teachings in Islam, which are following the Koran, Hadith, Ijma and Qiyas. In this article the author explains about the view of the Koran against these four aspects by being adapted from various verses that point to these four aspects.As a result the four aspects are not a reason for inequality in education and even become a motivator to pay more attention to them based on references from sources of Islamic teachings.

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah usaha sadar untuk mewujudkan suasana belajar dan proses pembelajaran agar peserta didik secara aktif mengembangkan potensi dirinya untuk memiliki kekuatan spiritual keagamaan, pengendalian diri, kepribadian, kecerdasan, akhlak mulia, serta ketrampilan yang diperlukan dirinya, masyarakat, bangsa dan negara. Pendidikan sangatlah dibutuhkan pada masa sekarang ini terutama pendidikan yang islami. Pendidikan yang islami maksudnya pendidikan islam yaitu pendidikan yang mengandung aspek-aspek yang ada pada agama Islam. Karena Islam adalah agama yang rahmah disebabkan karena diturunkan melalui nabi yang rahmah yaitu Nabi Muhammad saw. Aspek-aspek pendidikan Islam haruslah diterapkan pada setiap lembaga pendidikan utamanya pendidikan yang barbasic Islam sehingga nampak nyata prinsip pendidikan yang berlandaskan ajaran Islam.

Abstract

Abstract

Peradaban dunia sedang dilanda krisis persaudaraan baik persaudaraan individu, kelompok ataupun antar negara. Terbukti adanya beberapa konflik yang sedang hangat dibahas antar negara seperti Rusia Ukraina, Amerika dan Rusia, China dan Thaiwan serta beberapa negara yang mengalami konflik internal maupun eksternal. Tujuan penulisan ini untuk menelaah faktor penyebab terjadinya krisis kesenjangan antara negara yg diwarnai beberapa konflik geopolitik dan bagaimana paradigma membentuk konsep perdamaian. Hasil dan kesimpulan Ada Prinsip moderat dalam Islam yaitu, Al-Tawasshuth, Al-Tawazun. Al-I’tidal, dan Al-Tasamuh yang didasari oleh dalil Al-Quran. Selain itu ada beberapa prinsip moderasi yang berjalan dalam indonesia yaitu, Moderasi Politik, Moderasi Agama, Moderasi Pendidikan dan moderasi Ekonomi.

Abstract

This research aims to increase the values ​​of Moderation in an effort to establish the principle of religious tolerance as a good national and state commitment in the real world and on social media. Using narrative-based descriptive qualitative methods. To foster a spirit of unity to become a developed country from various aspects, requires a spirit of nationalism and patriotism. Thus, society must be equipped with the Islamic concept of Rahmatan lil Alamin as an effort to form the principles of a tolerant society in everyday life and on social media.Conclusion: The Islamic concept of Rahmatan lil alamin is very effective in forming the character of a moderate and tolerant society between religious communities, supported by 4 moderate attitudes, namely, first, moderate towards the world of the afterlife, second, moderate towards fanaticism, third, moderate prejudice, good and bad, fourth, moderate optimism and psychism.

Abstract

Islam is the Universal Religion and a blessing for the whole of Nature, so that the principles taught are also universal without any discrimination against certain groups. As a religion that has shari'a or specific guidelines which we term fiqh, the shari'a must also be universal without distinguishing rules for certain groups unless there are underlying factors. In the above article, we have discussed many editorials that support equality in the field of gender, social affairs, and education as well as reveal some references that Islam is indeed a religion that loves peace. In the social field, it discussed disabilities, the rich, poor and free, and slaves, while in the education sector, it discussed disabled people and convicts. The aspects of fiqh that are discussed are about Worship, Muamalah and Munakahah. All aspects discussed support the existence of the principle of peace which is supported by the basis of equality. As a result, equality and peace have begun to be realized and sought after and supported by the government through many Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the PAI learning model in improving the quality of student learning outcomes through a learning innovation approach applied by PAI teachers at Mambaul Ulum Vocational School Wonosari Bondowoso. The research approach used is phenomenology with a qualitative research type. The results of data analysis found that the implementation of learning implemented by class Meanwhile, the innovation provides additional points for students who are active in understanding the lesson material. The learning methods applied are lecture and discussion methods. Meanwhile, the innovation implemented by class XII PAI teachers is Game Based Learning (GBL) and uses lecture and discussion methods. The supporting factor that influences learning innovation by class XI PAI teachers is providing advice to students. Meanwhile, the problem is that most students don't pay attention when the teacher explains the material. Supporting factors that influence learning innovation in class XII are teacher discipline, not being long-winded in explaining the material, and safe and peaceful class conditions. The problem is that there are similarities with other classes, namely students do not pay attention when the teacher explains the material

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana aspek-aspek pendidikan fiqih di pesantren untuk membangun kesetaraan dan perdamaian dunia. Sehingga, sebagai pedoman umat manusia, Al-Qur’an telah dipahami secara seragam dalam sejarahnya. Aspek-aspek fiqih yang dibasas adalah tentang Ibadah, Muamalah dan Munakahah. Semua aspek yang dibahas tersebut mendukung terhadap adanya prinsip perdamaian yang didikung oleh dasar kesetaraan. Alhasil kesetaraan dan perdamaian tersebut sudah mulai direalisasikan dan diupayakan serta didukung oleh pemerintah melalui banyak pesantren yang berada di Indonesia. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini menggunakan kajian kepustakaan. Berbagai referensi digunakan terkait tema artikel.

Abstract

Religious moderation is an important thing that must be present in every element of human life, including in every educational process. Because along with the ongoing process of human life, it will always be colored by social problems if it is not prevented with a character of loration through strengthening moderation, and until now, violence is still often found in the name of religion to discriminate against minority groups. This article aims to discuss the formulation of the concept of religious moderation in the context of Islamic perspective education. The hope is that it can be a reference in realizing the principle of moderation in education and as a study that supports the creation of moderation in Indonesia. The research method used is a literature study and its references are obtained from sources in the library or other media related to the discussion. The results of this study are the discovery of 4 aspects of moderation in amaliyah, namely Moderation in aqidah (Belief). Ubudiyah (Worship). Morals (Ethics). And Sharia (Tasyri'). In education, 4 discussions of religious moderation were found, namely first, in the subject matter, second, in the learning process, third, in learning assessment, fourth, in learning evaluation.
