Abstract

This study describes and analyzes the implementation of tajwid learning for Sogan Elementary School students during the Covid-19 pandemic era. Where the purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of recitation learning in improving students' recitation skills at SDN Sogan. Tajweed learning at SDN Sogan is carried out online, considering the increase in cases of being infected with the Covid-19 virus in Kulon Progo Regency and in accordance with recommendations from the government in order to create comfort and safety in the learning process. This study uses a descriptive analysis method using a qualitative approach, which describes the use of media in learning during the Covid-19 pandemic era. Based on the results of interviews conducted by researchers, learning recitation is carried out using online methods, namely by using digital media platforms such as Whatsapp, Youtube and Google forms. These platforms can facilitate the delivery of tajwid learning so as to create good learning objectives. This can be seen from the stages in learning recitation by using the online method. Starting from preparation and planning that is quite mature with the administration of learning planning, preparation in terms of the capacity of educator resources, as well as preparation of supporting facilities and infrastructure for recitation learning in the pandemic era. Furthermore, it can also be seen from the evaluation of learning held in Tajweed learning using the online method that went quite well. Keywords: Implementation, Tajweed Learning, Covid-19 Pandemic

Abstract

Mistisme yang dikenal dengan laku batin di dalam masyarakat Jawa menjadi fenomena menarik untuk dikaji. Sebagai sebuah perangkat pemikiran yang meliputi kosmologi dan mitologi, laku batin direalisasikan dalam bentuk ritual untuk memperoleh tujuan tertentu. Di kalangan masyarakat pesisir, Ziarah Batu Cinta komplek Cepuri pantai Parangkusumo merupakan salah satu petilasan pertemuan Nyi Roro Kidul dan Panembahan Senopati yang dianggap sebagai tempat mustajabah untuk melaksanakan ritual. Fenomena tersebut melatarbelakangi peneliti bagaimanakah perilaku sejarah, ritual dan perspektif masyarakat terhadap ritual zirah batu yang dilaksanakan di komplek Cepuri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan sekaligus menganalisis praktik ziarah kubur pada masyarakat pesisir Parangkusumo. Riset merupakan riset kualitatif dengan dengan jenis studi kasus. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah fenomenologi yang berkaitan dengan ziarah batu di Parangkusumo. Peneliti menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan untuk mengumpulkan dan menguji kredibiltas data menggunakan trianggulasi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ritual ziarah Batu dilatarbelakangi dengan kisah pertemuan Panembahan Senopati dan Nyi Roro Kidul yang menjalin pernikahan spiritual untuk mewujudkan ketentraman Yogyakarta. Adapun motif ritual biasanya dilakukan untuk memperoleh ketenangan, kekuatan, keturunan dan keberkahan hidup dengan ritual berdiam diri di depan batu dengan memanjatkan doa sesuai dengan agama dilanjutkan tabur bunga dan memasang dupa. Masyarakat pesisir sendiri memahami bahwa ziarah batu merupakan salah satu wasilah akan adanya keberkahan di dalam kehidupan masyarakat. meskipun demikian, masyarakat tetap melanjalankan peribadatan sesuai dengan ajaran agamanya, sehingga unsur sikretis sangat kental di dalamnya.

Abstract

Elderly or old age is a period where a person enters 60 years and over. Elderly people generally experience a decline in bodily function, one of the most common declines in bodily function is cognitive function. There are various diseases caused by cognitive disorders. One disease or health problem that is often experienced by the elderly is dementia. Dementia is a progressive disease that cannot be cured. Patients with advanced dementia will experience the last year of their life with various problems and persistent severe disabilities. One way to prevent dementia is by doing brain exercises. Brain exercise is a simple body movement-based exercise that can be done anywhere and at any time. The population of this community service is the elderly in the Sei Sikambing sub-district, Medan Sunggal sub-district. The implementation method used in this community service is the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method. In this method, the service carried out has the aim of empowerment, namely training participants' independence from community service. The number of elderly male respondents was 18 people and elderly women were 12 respondents. After conducting brain exercise training interventions for the elderly and providing material about dementia, a posttest was carried out again to assess the development of knowledge received by respondents.

Abstract

The book of Al-Akhlaq Lilbanat by Sheikh Umar ibn Ahmad Baradja can be used as an intermediary in overcoming the current moral condition. The purpose of this article was to find out the moral education values in the book Al-Akhlaq Lilbanat. This paper was a study of Sheikh Umar ibn Ahmad Baradja's views regarding women's moral education, using a library research model with data sources from the book Al-Akhlaq Lilbanat. The data collection techniques used are content analysis and deduction methods by concluding data sources and then analyzing them in detail. The results of the study indicate that the values ​​of moral education in the books of Al-Akhlaq Lilbanat volumes I and II are interrelated, such as morality towards Allah SWT, Prophet Muhammad saw, family, relatives, servants, neighbors, teachers, and friends. Volume III contains some women's etiquette in doing things. The values ​​of moral education in the book Al-Akhlaq Lilbanat are in line with Islamic education as well as actual conditions for women in the contemporary era of Indonesia. This book can be used as a guide that was practical and easy to understand and can be a solution to handling problems that occur in the contemporary era.

Abstract

Mata pelajaran Agama Islam di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah memiliki beragam materi di antaranya adalah sejarah Kebudayaan Islam, Alquran Hadist, Fiqh dan Aqidah Akhlak. Setiap mata pelajaran tersebut memiliki keterikatan antara satu sama lainnya. Dalam membimbing, memotivasi, mengarahkan, memahamkan, mengembangkan kemampuan dasar melalui mata pelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah dimaksudkan bisa memperoleh perkembangan yang baik untuk peserta didik. Selain itu penghayatan dalam sejarah bisa memaknai isi kandungan dalam Alquran dan Hadist yang bisa mewujudkan peserta didik dalam berperilaku yang memancarkan Iman Dan Takwa kepada Allah SWT yang mana sudah di tentukan dalam Alquran dan Hadist. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui bagaimana pendalaman nilai-nilai karakter melalui mata pelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Misi dan Mata pelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam yaitu untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan mencerdaskan umat muslim muslimah dalam beriman dan bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian Literature review. Mata Pelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam bisa membentuk karakter yang mulia terhadap peserta didik, dengan pembiasaan di sekolah dan dorongan dari para pendidik dan orang tua.

Abstract

Purpose − This research aims to understand the state of Europe before the Renaissance, describe the process of the Renaissance, and analyze the penetration of Islamic education to the Renaissance movement in Europe. Method − This research is qualitative type with a library research approach. Where research was carried out by collecting, reading and reviewing books related to the analysis of Islamic educational leadership and its penetration into the renaissance in Europe. The analysis techniques in collecting data for this research are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions using a historical approach. Findings − The results of this study describe the condition of Europeans before the renaissance, the process of the renaissance, and the analysis of the contribution of Islamic education to the renaissance movement in Europe. The condition of Europe before the Renaissance experienced dark ages, moral degradation, and ignorance (dark ages). The dark ages of Europeans can be seen from economic, political, socio-cultural, and religious aspects. The process of the renaissance was motivated by the Muslims who occupied the Andalusian region (Spain) in 771 AD under the caliphate of the Umawid State, namely Al-Walid bin Abdul Malik and the governor of North Africa Musa bin Nushair and commanders Tharif bin Malik and Thariq bin Ziyad. Andalusia (Spain) developed under the leadership of the Umawid State and the Abbasid State which carved a glorious civilization. Muslim scientists were born, one of which was Ibn Rushd, for his thoughts was born the bluff of Averroeism. The Renaissance first appeared in Italy by the bourgeoisie and the word renaissance was first introduced in France by Jules Michelet and popularized by Jacob Burckhardt. On the other hand, the renaissance also began with the Rusydian movement (students of Ibn Rushd) from among the Westerners themselves, among them Musa Ibn Maimun and Siger de Barbant. The contribution of Islamic Education to the renaissance can be seen from the existing education system or level of education such as, kuttab, mosque, book translation center and library. Where it made a long-term contribution to the renaissance process.

Abstract

Deficiency and excess nutrition can affect the growth and development of children. Several factors can affect nutritional status, namely symptoms of a history of infectious diseases and environmental sanitation. To determine the relationship between a history of infectious disease symptoms and environmental sanitation on the nutritional status of children aged 6-12 years. This research is a quantitative research and the research design used is analytic observational with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were all students at UPT SDN 060831 aged 6-12 years. The sample used was 225 students selected by statistical random sampling method. Data collection was carried out by measuring the child's weight and height and filling out questionnaires. Statistical test using Spearman test. Statistical test results showed that there was no relationship between a history of infectious disease symptoms and the nutritional status of children aged 6-12 years at UPT SDN 060831 because the ρ value was 0.147 or > 0.05. While the statistical test results also showed that there was a relationship between environmental sanitation and the nutritional status of children aged 6-12 years at UPT SDN 060831 with a ρ value of 0.000 or < 0.05 with a correlation coefficient of 0.313 meaning that the level of relationship strength was sufficient. The nutritional status of children at UPT SDN 060831 in 2023 is not affected by symptoms of infectious diseases (ISPA and Diarrhea) where research on the history of symptoms experienced by children is only in the last 1 month.

Abstract

The community service project aims to enhance public knowledge and skills in providing immediate assistance during cardiac emergencies. Conducted in collaboration with the Indonesian Emergency and Disaster Nurses Association (HIPGABI) North Sumatra and the Regional Crisis Center Team North Sumatra, this program focuses on training participants in the fundamental techniques of Basic Life Support (BLS), including cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and the use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs). The training is specifically designed for the congregation of HKBP Resort Kwala Bekala Church. The involvement of HIPGABI North Sumatra and the Regional Crisis Center Team North Sumatra brings expertise and professionalism, ensuring that the training adheres to national standards and best practices in emergency response. The outcomes of this training are expected to strengthen community resilience and preparedness in dealing with health emergencies in Medan and the surrounding areas.

Abstract

Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) is a way for the community to be able to maintain the quality of their health. One indicator that is used as a reference is Handwashing with Soap (CTPS), because it can prevent the occurrence of diarrhea and ISPA, especially in vulnerable groups such as school-age children. However, learning about health in schools often uses inappropriate methods and media. This activity aims to increase students knowledge about washing hands with soap at UPT SDN 060831. The activity method is carried out by counseling and health education about good and correct CTPS at school. The results of this activity have been socialization and counseling to 25 students, in addition to that, handwashing with soap (CTPS) was also carried out at UPT SDN 060831. The conclusion of this activity is that students are able to practice how to wash their hands properly using soap and flowing water.
