Abstract

Persaingan di dunia bisnis semakin kompleks, perusahaan-perusahaan mencoba untuk meningkatkan jumlah konsumennya dengan melakukan pelayanan yang cepat dan biaya yang murah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dampak dari sistem ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) terhadap efisiensi proses akuntansi dan pelaporan keuangan. Artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan penelitian pustaka atau studi pustaka. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan dan membedakan berbagai teori, seperti yang ditemukan dalam literatur penelitian, untuk mengkaji teori-teori yang ada. Berdasarkan literature review pada hasil dan pembahasan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) berdampak positif terhadap Efisiensi Proses Akuntansi dan Pelaporan Keuangan pada sebuah perusahaan.

Abstract

Organic fertilizer is fertilizer composed of living creature material, such as weathered remains of plants, animals and humans. Organic fertilizer can be in solid or liquid form and is used to improve the physical, chemical and biological properties of soil. Organic fertilizer contains more organic material than its nutrient content. Sources of organic material can be compost, green manure, manure, harvest residues (straw, stover, corn cobs, sugar cane bagasse, and coconut husks), livestock waste, industrial waste that uses agricultural materials, and municipal waste (garbage). One solution for choosing the best organic fertilizer is to use a decision support system for selecting the best organic fertilizer using the Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Timely (SMART) method. Where the author carries out calculations using the formulas available in the SMART method. A web-based application that has been created with a decision support system can make it easier for workers to choose the best organic fertilizer. The method used, namely the SMART method, has quite accurate results by going through several calculation processes.

Abstract

Training on the use of digital Quran applications aims to assist users in understanding and using digital Quran applications well. In this training, participants will be introduced to the menu available in the digital Quran application and how to use it. Participants will also be taught how to access the Quran through the app and how to use the translation and audio menus. This training can help participants in learning and reading the Quran more easily and effectively through the students' android devices. The use of digital Quran applications is one way to help in understanding and using digital Quran applications well. This training can benefit participants, both in terms of knowledge and skills, as well as help them in improving their understanding of the QuranKeywords : Quran, Digital, Apps, Android Devices

Abstract

Qrcode dan aplikasinya pada absensi digital merupakan salah satu teknologi yang memiliki dampak aplikatif yang sangat berguna pada saat sekarang ini. Pemahaman teknologi tersebut menjadi kebutuhan penting bagi generasi muda, khususnya pada bidang teknologi, untuk dapat bersaing di masa yang akan datang. Pengenalan tentang teknologi kode QR dan sistem absensi digital sangat penting bagi siswa SMA Nur Azizi di Tanjung Morawa. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini, siswa diperkenalkan dengan konsep kode QR dan penerapannya dalam sistem absensi digital. Dengan penyampaian materi dan praktik langsung, siswa diharapkan dapat memahami dan mengaplikasikan teknologi kode QR dalam kehidupan sehari-hari mereka. Respon antusias dari siswa menunjukkan minat mereka yang besar dalam memanfaatkan teknologi ini secara efektif. Tujuan utama kegiatan ini adalah memberikan wawasan dan keterampilan praktis kepada siswa tentang penggunaan kode QR dalam konteks absensi digital, sehingga mereka dapat lebih siap menghadapi era digital yang terus berkembang. Inisiatif ini tidak hanya bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan teknis siswa, tetapi juga untuk membentuk pola pikir pembelajaran yang berkelanjutan dan adaptasi terhadap teknologi baru. Dengan mengintegrasikan keterampilan ini ke dalam pengalaman sehari-hari, siswa dapat mempersiapkan diri dengan lebih baik untuk menghadapi kemajuan teknologi. Pendekatan komprehensif ini memastikan siswa menjadi peserta aktif dalam pengembangan dan penerapannya.

Abstract

The development of computer technology nowadays has progressed very rapidly in line with the development of computer and telecommunication technology, making communication more open and information exchange faster, however not all developments in communication technology have had a positive and beneficial impact. One of the negative impacts of technological development is the existence of wiretapping, with the presence of encrypted tapping, the security aspect in exchanging important information. The problem of sending messages (e-mail), be its agencies, education, government, private and others, must contain confidential information, so encryption of the message is required. Encryption of information is important to support information security, because it can guarantee message security. Therefore, encryption is needed by users who have information that is guaranteed its confidentiality. One way to store data sent via email is to use cryptography. The Affine Cipher is an extension of the Caesar Cipher which multiplies the plaintext by a value and adds a shift. Creating an application by implementing cryptography using the Affine Cipher is one way of maintaining the confidentiality of information and is very important. The results obtained from this research are that the application created can change the content of existing messages and can store information that is available when sending e-mails. The process of encoding messages using the Affine Cipher algorithm is successfully used to hide secret messages into text.

Abstract

The development of big data technology has generated huge volumes of diverse data, creating challenges in detecting anomalies that could potentially affect decision-making. This research aims to examine the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in detecting anomalies in big data systems to support faster, more accurate and effective decision-making. The approach used includes the integration of machine learning algorithms, such as classification-based detection, clustering, and deep learning, in identifying abnormal patterns in large datasets. The research method involves real-time dataset-based simulations by measuring the performance of AI models using accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score metrics. The results show that the application of AI can significantly improve the anomaly detection capability compared to conventional methods, with an average accuracy of 92%.

Abstract

Information technology is a process from obtaining data to processing and analyzing the data so that it is stored in various ways to create or produce quality information. Currently, the development of information technology is very rapid and fast, including in Indonesia itself, therefore this research explores the Android-based design "Design and Build an Android-Based Customer Menu Recording Application at Benu Coffee Shop Using Agile Methods". Benu Coffee Shop, as a favorite place in the city center, faces challenges in the ordering system which still uses manual methods using pen and paper. Therefore, a system is needed that can manage menu orders according to customer and cafe needs. The Agile method was chosen for the development of this system because of its flexibility in adapting to changing needs. This research includes needs analysis, design of use case diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams, and databases. This system allows admins to manage menus, tables, customers and sales reports. System testing is carried out using the black-box method to ensure the expected functionality. Test results show success in displaying the login page, navigation and customer menu ordering. This system is expected to improve efficiency and service quality at Benu Coffee Shop by providing solutions that are responsive to changing needs.

Abstract

Pemanen merupakan tenaga kerja yang dimiliki PT.Perkebunan Nusantara IV Dolok Sinumbah yang bertugas untuk melakukan kegiatan panen buah, pemotongan tandan buah matang, mengutip dan mengumpulkan brondolan atau biji kelapa sawit yang lepas dari Tandan Buah Segar (TBS), serta pengangkutan hasil kelapa sawit ke Tempat Pengumpulan Hasil (TPH). Oleh sebab itu untuk meningkatkan semangat kerja para pemanen Perusahaan melakukan program rutin untuk melakukan pemilihan pemanen buah kelapa sawit terbaik. Dalam melakukan pemilihan pemanen buah kelapa sawit terbaik saat ini masih dilakukan dengan cara manual. Agar tidak terjadi kesalahan dalam melakukan pemilihan pemanen, maka dibutuhkan sebuah bidang ilmu sistem pendukung keputusan yang nantinya dapat membantu dalam melakukan proses pemilihan. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, maka dikembangkan sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan menggunakan metode (Business Process Reengineering) BPR yang bertujuan untuk membantu perusahaan dalam pengambilan keputusan dalam memilih pemanen buah kelapa sawit terbaik secara tepat. Dengan adanya hasil penelitian ini, maka SistemPendukung Keputusan yang menggunakan perhitungan metode BPR (Business Process Reengineering) dapat mempermudah pihak perusahaan dalan pengambilan keputusan untuk menetukan pemanen buah kelapa sawit terbaik sesuai dengan kriteria yang sudah ditetapkan.

Abstract

Pharmacies are an important part of the health service system that provides medicines and health products to the public. However, many pharmacies still use manual systems in managing transaction data and stock of goods which often cause problems such as recording errors, data loss, and long processing times. This research aims to design and implement a web-based Pharmacy Management Information System at Maju Bersama Pharmacy using the prototype method. The prototype method was chosen because of its ability to allow for rapid iteration and continuous feedback from users, so that the system can be designed according to specific needs. The results of the study show that the implemented system is able to improve operational efficiency by automating the process of recording and managing data, minimizing errors, and providing more accurate and reliable information. With this system, pharmacy staff can focus more on serving customers, so that the quality of service also improves. This research is expected to be a reference in the development of management information systems in other pharmacies.

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to improve the digital Literacy of rural communities in Indonesia through information technology-based Training. This activity was conducted online and involved 50 participants with a varied basic understanding of digital technology. Interactive training methods using the Zoom application and mentoring via WhatsApp are carried out to ensure participants can understand and practice the training material, especially in social media and e-commerce. The Training results showed a significant improvement in the participants' abilities. Before the Training, only 20% of participants could use social media, and 15% could take advantage of e-commerce. After the Training, this figure increased to 85% and 70%, respectively. Although there are challenges in the form of limited internet access in some regions, the provision of materials that can be accessed offline helps participants in the learning process. This program increases digital Literacy and contributes to improving the local economy through digital marketing of village products. With positive results, this program can be replicated in other regions to empower the community through information technology. This study shows that the right digital training approach can significantly impact Literacy and economic empowerment in rural communities.
