Abstract

The process of formulating the curriculum of the Marketing Management Studies Programinvolves the academic community in the Department of Business Administration, industry,professional associations, and alumni. The formulation of the curriculum provides guidance indeveloping an annual activity plan, which contains a series of activities to achieve graduateswho are qualified and able to compete and be able to respond and adapt to environmentalchanges relevant to stakeholder needs and the development of science and technology. Theresults of research course lead to the formulation of a quality curriculum based on the distinctiveadvantages of Marketing Management Program. The sampling technique used in this research isaccidental sampling method in this case is the alumni of Marketing Management study. Thisresearch technique will use two approaches: 1). Confirmatory factor analysis, on StructuralEquation Modeling (SEM); and 2). Regression Weight in Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).The outline of the model in this research can give positive contribution for the curriculum ofMarketing Management Study Program in order to realize the quality of the graduates that theuser wants, either in the form of suggestions of managerial implications, the formulation ofcurriculum development and textbook material. The managerial suggestion is aimed at theCurriculum of Marketing Management Program in formulating the future development programpolicy

Abstract

This study aims to deepen understanding of the practice of core marketing capability by exploring the impact of marketing competitive curriculum and marketing employability performance for vocational high education graduates in carrying out multiplier tasks. Core marketing capability is proposed to bridge the relationship between competitive marketing curriculum and marketing employability performance. The study is a survey design approach, data collected from 225 respondents were analyzed through structural equation modeling using AMOS 26.0. The findings of this study reveal a significant relationship between marketing competitive curriculum directly with marketing employability performance, and indirectly through Core Marketing Capability

Abstract

Research on business continuity is an interesting topic to investigate, given the intense competition in the business world. The purpose of this study is to develop Green Process Innovation Performance from Green Strategic Intentions with the help of Intervening Variables, namely Green Intellectual Capital consisting of Green Human Capital, Green Organizational Capital, and Green Relational Capital. The population that became the subject of this study were MSME business actors engaged in Batik Tulis Lasem in Rembang Regency. The sampling method used is the census method, and the number of samples used is 115 respondents, which is part of the total population. The results of the model generated from this study are expected to make a positive contribution to the UMKM players of Batik Tulis Lasem in an effort to maintain the continuity and sustainability of their business, especially in the environmental aspect. The results of this study can also be articulated in the form of suggestions for management and formulation of scientific articles, as well as the development of measurement instruments. The managerial advice generated from this research can be useful for local governments in formulating policies and programs aimed at supporting the continuity of entrepreneurs, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The increasing challenges of economic competition and issues related to environmental maintenance require business actors to consider the actions that will be taken in order to survive and exist in the recovery after the co-19 pandemic while still paying attention to the surrounding environmental conditions, the application of Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) is a topic that is being echoed in the industrial world today. The population of this study were Semarang Batik MSME players. While the sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling method. The number of research samples was 100 samples. The research technique used is linear regression analysis and Moderation Regression Analysis using SPSS version 25. The output model in this study is expected to make a positive contribution to MSME actors in an effort to realize their business continuity, both in the form of managerial implication suggestions and the formulation of scientific articles and measurement instruments. Managerial advice is aimed at the local government in formulating program policies to maintain the existence of Semarang batik entrepreneurs who are currently being affected by issues related to environmental friendliness.

Abstract

The empowerment of women is a fundamental driver of economic growth and sustainable development. When women engage in business, they create more opportunities for a better life for their families. One way home-based businesses can market themselves is through social media, which is a form of online marketing that uses the Instagram platform. The main objective of this community service team is to help a group of mothers start a home business making various culinary delights in Pedalangan, Banyumanik, Semarang. Secondly, we assisted the moms' culinary business in Pedalangan in creating their own Instagram account.

Abstract

Batik tidak hanya dikenal di dalam negeri, tetapi juga menjadi daya tarik masyarakat luar negeri, Salah satu hal yang dapat dilakukan oleh para perajin batik adalah meningkatkan kualitas batik, keaneka ragaman corak /motif batik yang menarik, unik, serta bernilai tinggi agar permintaan konsumen tidak menurun. Untuk itu, inovasi motif batik, strategi pembuatan batik serta kualitas   bahan dinilai   sangat penting demi berkembangnya motif batik Indonesia, sehingga dapat tetap menarik perhatian konsumen. Belakangan ini salah satu motif membatik yang sangat banyak permintaan dari konsumen baik dari dalam negeri maupun luar negeri adalah batik ecoprint. Motif batik yang dihasilkan dengan teknik ecoprint. Saat ini yang menjadi kendala dari UKM   batik tersebut adalah banyaknya pesanan batik ecoprint yang belum bisa dipenuhi karena keterbatasan UKM Batik Kelurahan Pedalangan, hal ini dikarenakan pengrajin batik banyak yang belum menggunakan Teknik ecoprint. Teknik ecoprint merupakan seni mengolah kain dengan memberi corak menggunakan sumber kekayaan alam seperti dedaunan, bunga, batang dan pewarna alam lainnya. Politeknik Negeri Semarang sebagai Lembaga Perguruan Tinggi, sudah semestinya ikut ambil bagian dalam bentuk pemberian peningkatan kemampuan para pengrajin tersebut dalam pemberdayaan membatik dengan teknik ecoprint. Luaran lain dari pengabdian ini selain pemberian materi dan bantuan pemberdayaan proses membuat batik adalah penguatan kelembagaan yang terpadu antara masyarakat, pemerintah dan Polines.    Key Words: Pemberdayaan, Batik ecoprint

Abstract

The potential of Indonesian batik is at risk of being eroded without any preservation and development efforts being made by Indonesian batik craftsmen. This service program identifies a gap in the curriculum and extracurricular content, namely elements of local wisdom and culture that have not been fully adopted by Nurul Islami Unggulan High School. The program implements a creativity incubation approach for Nurul Islami Unggulan High School students so as to strengthen the love of batik as a beloved iconic brand. Furthermore, the objective of this service program is to reinforce character education, which aims to enhance students' knowledge, appreciation, and love for batik. The outcomes of community service are anticipated to serve as a foundation for future service activities.
