Abstract

Kegiatan Reklamasi adalah bagian hal penting bagi kegiatan pertambangan dimana dalam kegiatan reklamasi ini perlu dilakukannya penilaian terhadap keberhasilan reklamasi yang dilakukan. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji serta mengevaluasi dari kegiatan reklamasi yang dilakukan oleh PT. Gunung Bale dengan mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan reklamasi pada lahan area timbunan. Metode penelitian dengan melakukan pendekatan metode kuantitatif yang meliputi: observasi penataan lahan, revegetasi dan pemeliharaan serta studi pustaka mengenai peraturan perundangan dan laporan penelitian sebelumnya. Hasil akhir yang diperoleh tingkat keberhasilan reklamasi yang dilakukan PT. Gunung Bale adalah 36 dimana nilai ini tidak dapat diterima, kemudian dilakukan kajian kembali dengan memperhatikan faktor dari tingkat keberhasilan reklamasi sehingga didapatkan nilai menjadi 79 nilai ini dapat diterima dengan baik.

Abstract

PT. Perkasa Inakakerta adalah salah satu anak perusahaan grup dari Bayan Resource yang bergerak dalam bidang penambangan terbuka. PT. Perkasa Inakakerta terletak di kecamatan bengalon, kabupaten kutai timur, provinsi kalimantan timur. Kegiatan penambangan yang dilakukan PT. Perkasa Inakakerta dapat mempengaruhi kestabilan lereng pada wilayah penambangan. Oleh karena itu diperlukan analisis kemantapan lereng untuk mendapatkan rekomendasi faktor keamanan dan probabilitas kelongsoran. Analisa kemantapan lereng menggunakan metode kesetimbangan batas bishop. Perhitungan faktor keamanan dan probabilitas kelongsoran berdasarkan metode monte carlo dan menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak slide 6.0. Dari hasil analisa, didapatkan rekomendasi faktor keamanan lereng dan probabilitas kelongsoran yaitu, untuk lereng tunggal rekomendasinya adalah tinggi 10 meter dan sudut 55° pada kondisi setengah jenuh dengan Faktor keamanan (deterministic = 1.186, mean = 1.175) dan nilai probabilitas kelongsoran yaitu 40.200%. Sementara untuk lereng keseluruhan lowwall, rekomendasinya pada tinggi 105 meter dengan sudut 21° pada kondisi setengah jenuh dan kondisi kering. Nilai faktor keamanan (deterministic = 1.478, mean = 1.460) dan nilai probabilitas kelongsoran = 4.3% pada kondisi setengah jenuh, dan pada kondisi kering, faktor keamanan (deterministic = 1.520, mean = 1.515) dan nilai PK = 2.3%.

Abstract

Kabupaten Magetan memiliki potensi bahan galian yang cukup besar. Hanya saja, belum memiliki data secara rinci tentang keberadaan dan penyebaran sumberdaya bahan galian pada wilayahnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah identifikasi potensi bahan galian di Kabupaten Magetan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, Kabupaten Magetan memiliki 5 potensi bahan galian yaitu : Andesit, Batupasir,  Basal, Breksi batuapung dan Batulanau. Batupasir dengan luasan area potensi 25.241,13 Ha. , Andesit dengan luasan area potensi 36.122,15 Ha , Basal dengan luasan area potensi 27.823,52 Ha, Breksi Batuapung dengan luasan area potensi 10.226,94 Ha, Batulanau dengan luasan area potensi 23752.45 Ha.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengangkutan menggunakan dump truck dipengaruhi oleh kondsisi jalan, peralatan dan cuaca. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa hubungan antara geometri jalan angkut terhadap penggunaan bahan bakar dump truck dengan pendekatan model matematika berdasarkan metode regresi linier. Konsumsi bahan bakar dinyatakan sebagai variabel terikat (Y). Kemiringan jalan, jarak angkut, kecepatan dan waktu tempuh dinyatakan sebagai variabel bebas (X). Berdasarkan analisa  model matematika dapat diketahui bahwa yang paling besar pengruhnya terhadap konsumsi bahan bakar dump truck adalah perubahan jarak angkut. Tiap perubahan jarak sebesar 100 meter akan menambah konsumsi bahan bakar sebesar 0,112282 liter.

Abstract

Galuh Cempaka Ltd. is a Gravel Mining Company with an area of 2,994 Ha. The mining system was surface mine or open pit. There are several things which should move in dig and load activities, such as mechanical soil, productivity, and compatibility of loading and conveying equipment are important factors in gravel mining activities. It influences on how far to know the effective work hour and the productivity. The purpose of this research was to determine work efficiency in Galuh Cempaka Ltd, and calculate the productivity of each equipment and the Match Factor value of the loading and conveying equipment in mining activity. From the observation and data processing, it obtained 1 unit of excavator Komatsu PC 400LC, wasingplan as far as 1.5 km. The effective work time was obtained work efficiency of 0.82 and after it was conducted the efficiency become 0.83 and it was reduced the obstacles from excavator CAT 320D. Before digging toll productivity got optimizing from CAT 320D in gravel excavation, it got 94.2 tons/hour and after it got optimizing from CAT 320D excavator in gravel excavation, it obtained 99.6 tons/hours and the IVECO 380 dump truck for gravel loading was 125.55 tons /hour. It obtained Match Factor Overburden (08) 1. it means it is less than 1. So, there was waiting time for transportation equipment which had not arrived yet. Match Factor Gravel (1.2) 1 means more than 1. So, there was a waiting time for transportation because the digging tool was filled.

Abstract

PT. Trimegah Bangun Persada intends to do mining activity at the north part of IUP as the south and west parts have already been mined. This research aimed at producing natural resources of laterite nickel in the advanced exploration activity of Tangkuban Block. Besides, it also compared and determined the estimation methods having a good correlation with drilling results. Tangkuban Block carried out core drilling within total drill numbers of 286 spots and space distance 25 meters at the block area 22.16 Ha. This research began with determining the geological domain consisting of limonite, saprolite, and bedrock through a geo-statistical approach. After that, the researcher estimated nickel resources by three methods namely ordinary kriging, inverse distance weight, and nearest neighbor point. The result of estimation by ordinary kriging obtained a total volume of limonite layer 1,345,313 m3 with the content average of 1%, while the total volume of saprolite layer was 1,850,000 m3 1.64%.

Abstract

CV. Mutiara Timur is a company that is applying for a mining business permit for sirtu commodities in Klampok Village, Tongas District, Probolinggo Regency. The planned mining system is open pit mining using the quarry method. From the results of research in the field obtained rock lithology in the form of topsoil, gravel and sand. Where in the slope design later, the topsoil will be peeled off first. The purpose of slope stability analysis is to determine the geometry of the slope by taking into account the safety factor in order to create safe working conditions. Slope stability analysis on CV. Mutiara Timur using the Bishop method using the Slide v6.0 software. Based on the analysis carried out, the recommendation for slope geometry on a single slope is 4 meters high with a slope of 600 so that the no-load safety factor is 1.350 and the safety factor with load is 1.267. In addition, the slope geometry is obtained on the overall slope, which is a total height of 21 meters with a slope of 380 so that the no-load safety factor is 1.243 and the safety factor with the load is 1.239.

Abstract

PT. International Prima Coal is a subsidiary of a combination of two companies, namely PT. Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk and PT. Mega Raya Kusuma which is engaged in coal mining in East Kalimantan, with an area of 3,238 hectares of Mining Business Permit in Bantuas and Handil Bakti Villages, Palaran District, Samarinda City which is planning to open a new block, namely North Eagle 3 block for the sustainability of coal production. This is the background for the author to research mining design and production schedule. This study aims to analyze resources and reserves, design mining, determine the combination of tools and monthly production scheduling. The research method used is qualitative and quantitative methods. the quantitative method will produce data such as the value of resources and reserves, slope geometry, SR (Stripping Ratio), and the amount of production per month. The qualitative method will produce data such as haul road designs, mining methods, mining sequences. Based on the results of modeling of coal deposits in the northern pit eagle 3 has 3 seams (Q050, Q070, Q080) with a total measured resource calculated by the polygon method is 726,898 tons. The design of the mining pit limit at an elevation of 0 masl is the contour of the Q070 seam structure with a total coal reserve of 66,516 tons and OB 651,952 bcm with SR 10. The haul road is made of 2 lanes with a straight road width of 9 m and a bend road width of 18 m. The form of drainage that is made is a channel with a trapezoid shape and a settling pond. The mining method used is open pit with down-dip excavation. Mining sequences and production schedules are divided into 4 mining sequences to obtain a production target of ±16,000 tons/month.

Abstract

PT. Agung Satriya Abadi is engaged in mining sand and stone which is formed by weathering deposits, located in Wonosunyo village, Gempol District, Pasuruan Regency, East Java. Companies that run in this category of rock mining generally have quite complex problems, one of which is in terms of time management which is considered less attention by some rock mining companies. In this study, several analyzes will be carried out and run the scientific method.The analysis carried out in this study uses statistical methods by displaying mathematical modeling and analysis of the relationship between circulation time and productivity in linear regression analysis. The data values that arise from the use of this mathematical-statistical method are the value (R2) = 0.8597 or 85% of the Doosan Giant Dx 520 Lca, then the value (R2) = 0.8459 or 84% of the Doosan Giant 300 Class, then Hino Ranger 500 Fm 260 Ti paired with Doosan Giant Dx 520 Lca has a value of (R2) = 0.9868 or 98%. And lastly, the Hino Ranger 500 Fm 260 Ti paired with the Doosan Giant 300 Class has a value of (R2) = 0.9886 or 98%.The data generated from each distribution time and productivity relationship from Doosan Giant Dx 520 Lca generates a difference value = 13,031 m3/hour, Doosan Giant 300 Class gives a difference value = 31.347 m3/hour, Hino Ranger 500 Fm 260 Ti against Doosan Giant Dx 520 Lca raises the difference value = 1,659 m3/hour, Hino Ranger 500 Fm 260 Ti against Doosan Giant 300 Class raises the difference value = 1,492 m3/hour.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah identifikasi potensi bahan galian di Kabupaten Ngawi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, Kabupaten Ngawi memiliki 6 potensi sebaran bahan galian yaitu : Tanah Urug dengan luas area potensi 74.779 Ha, Andesit dengan luas area 1.626 Ha, Batugamping dengan luas area potensi 2.788 Ha, Lempung dengan luas area potensi 23.366 Ha, Sirtu dengan luas area potensi 29.619 Ha, dan Breksi dengan luas area potensi 5.210,7 Ha.
