Abstract

Batugamping merupakan bahan baku utama dalam pembuatan semen. Seiring meningkatnya kebutuhan semen maka meningkat pula kebutuhan batugamping. PT. United Tractors Semen Gresik Tbk (UTSG) menetapkan target produksi batugamping 11.000 ton/hari pada masing-masing crusher. Kegiatan penambangan PT. United Tractors Semen Gresik Tbk (UTSG) mengalami kendala yaitu tidak tercapainya target produksi tersebut. Oleh sebab itu, dilakukan analisis kinerja alat muat–angkut untuk mencapai target produksi tersebut.Pemecahan masalah yang dapat dirumuskan antara lain, meningkatkan effisiensi waktu kerja alat muat  PC 750SE-7 dari 72,5% menjadi 80,67% dan PC 300SE-8 dari 72,26% menjadi 81,49%. Sedangkan untuk alat angkut dumptruck Scania (UTSG) dari 70,27% menjadi 79,93%, dumptruck Isuzu (TTME) dari 71,24% menjadi 81,28%, dan dumptruck Faw (GL) dari 72% menjadi 81,36%. Solusi berikutnya merubah keserasian alat dengan penambahan alat angkut  6 (enam) unit pada alat muat PC 750SE-7 didapatkan peningkatan produksi 11.334 ton/hari. Pada alat muat PC 300SE-8 merubah keserasian alat dengan mengurangi 1 (satu) unit alat muat dan menambah 5 (lima) unit alat angkut sehingga didapatkan peningkatan produksi sebesar 11.381 ton/hari sehingga target produksi 11.000 ton/hari pada masing-masing crusher dapat tercapai.

Abstract

The position of Majenang-Bantarkawung region become important and strategic because has a lot ofmineral and coal resources. However, there is no effort in mining area regulation to optimalizationmanagement of mining resources who can useful for people prosperity. Mining zonation of Majenang-Bantarkawung make with weighting and scoring in determination of mining parameters thanprocessing the parameters with overlay method. The parameters are : Land height, Land elevation,Disaster-prone areas, Overburden thickness, Ground water, River area, Water infiltration areas,Forest areas and Agricultural area. According to overlay of 10 mining parameters, Majenang-Bantarkawung mining zonation can be divided into can be permitted to mined, can be permitted tomined with certain condition, and can’t be permitted to mined. Banyumas regency has 61 distributionof mining resources location. Cilacap regency has 75 distribution of mining resources location. Brebesregency has 53 distribution of mining resources location.

Abstract

The main effect of hauling using dump trucks are effected by haul road, machine condition, and weather. The purpose of this research to analyze the connection between CBR, rolling resistance and soils bearing capacity with dump truck velocity use linear regression methods by mathematical model approach. Dump truck velocity as dependent variable (Y). CBR, rolling resistance and soils bearing capacity as the independent variable (X). Based on this research, rolling resistance has a negative effect to dump truck velocity. Dump truck velocity decrease 0,13 – 0,14 km/h by 10 lbs increase of rolling resistance. CBR dan soils bearing capacity have a positive effect to dump truck velocity. Increase 5 % of CBR and 0,34 kg/cm2 soils bearing capacity can increase dump truck velocity 0,48 – 0,66 km/h. To increase dump truck velocity, the minimum CBR value on the haul road is 15 % and soils bearing capacity 6,79 kg/cm2 with a maximum rolling resistance value of 40 lbs.

Abstract

Naga Karya Sultra Ltd is a company engaged in nickel mining in Marombo Village, Lasolo District, North Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. Reclamation has become an important part of mining activities, thereby requiring evaluation of its success. This research was aimed at analyzing the implementation of reclamation at the production operation stage and its success rate through a quantitative method approach consisting of land management, revegetation, and maintenance. Based on the Minister of Forestry Regulation No. P. 60/Menhut-II/2009, the success rate of reclamation carried out by Naga Karya Sultra Ltd was categorized as moderate as it reached 85.6. It meant that the reclamation was accepted with a note of improvement. According to the Decree of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources No. 1827 K/30/MEM/2018, it obtained 84.5%. After reviewing and considering factors of reclamation success rate, the value obtained was well received.

Abstract

Kediri Regency is a potential area for mining minerals. One of the rock excavation materials found in Kediri Regency is the type of andesite and backfill. Backfill is a mineral as a result of weathering of the parent rock, which is rich in andesite fragments and silica elements. This research was conducted at the exploration location of Tarokan Village, Tarokan District, Kediri Regency. The study was conducted using petrological analysis to obtain rock types and estimates of the availability of these minerals at the research site. Based on the results of petrological analysis, it shows that the sample is a type of backfill and andesite. However, the presence of all samples was dominated by samples of backfill that were present in abundance in as much as 98 % of the total exploration area. Based on the results of the estimation of backfill resources from geological modeling and volumetric calculations from the triangulation concept at an elevation of 110-72 mdpl, the measured resource of the Sandy Tuff unit (TU) has a volume of 2,514,150 m3, based on the results of the analysis of the average rock density of 2.172 g/cm3, the tonnage of the sandy tuff unit is 5,460,734 tons, with the tonnage of backfill from tuff 4,203,659 tons, and andesite tonnage 1,257,075 tons.

Abstract

PT. Sentosa Prima Coal is a company engaged in the Coal sector. This company is located in Mersam District, Batanghari Regency, Jambi Province. The area of the mining business permit of PT. Sentosa Prima Coal of 2000 Ha. Mining activities require reserve calculations before mining activities are carried out, including making a coal deposit model, calculating coal resources, pit design, calculating coal reserves, and calculating the stripping ratio (SR) value, so that later the number of coal reserves can be obtained and obtain a deposit model. The modeling and calculation of reserves were carried out using the "cross-section" with the help of Surpac 6.6.2 software. Based on the Cross Section's estimation results, coal resources for PT. Sentosa Prima Coal amounted to 8,073,932 tons, and coal reserves 6,662,514 tons, the volume of Overburden for the planned mining activity area was 24,779,981 BCM, and the stripping ratio value was obtained 1:4.

Abstract

Magetan has resources mineral potential of non-metallic minerals and rocks. The mineral variety is a mineral which relates to the people livelihood because it necessary for infrastructure development. There is no mining area zoning until now and it can be used to optimize the management and utilization of potential resources. In Magetan, mining area zoning was carried out by giving weights and assessments to the determining parameters which was conducted by patch method and it utilized Geographic Information System. So, the result of mining area zoning could be grouped into three zones. They were a zone could be granted a mining permit, a zone could be granted a conditional mining permit and a zone could not be granted a mining permit. Determining parameters for mining area zoning were land height, disaster vulnerability, groundwater, river borders, lakes and irrigation buildings, springs, forests and protected areas, agricultural land and cultivation areas, settlements, cultural heritage, tourism and district strategic areas, and land slope. The result of potential resources identification was carried out by analyzing Magetan geological map which was obtained potential resources, like andesite, pumice breccia, sandstone, siltstone and basalt. The zoning of Magetan mining area is a zone could bne granted a mining permit and the area was 9,914.507 Ha or about 14% in a percentage of the area, a zone could be granted a conditional mining permit covering an area of 20,748.29 Ha or about 30% and a zone unable to be granted a mining permit covering an area of 39,296.08 Ha or about 56% of the total area of Magetan.

Abstract

Madiun Regency is an area that has abundant natural resource potential, one of which is the mining sector. The existing potential is dominated by rock commodities. The potential of rock mining materials, namely; trass, andesite, clay, and backfill. It is necessary to zoning mining areas to optimize the management and utilization of potential resources. Mining area zoning takes into account various land use parameters. The patch method is used as a reference for the weighting and assessment of each parameter using a Geographic Information System (GIS). Zoning can be grouped into Permitted Zones, Conditional Permitted Zones, and Non-permitted Zones. The parameters determining the zoning consist of the distribution of land use based on existing ones as well as spatial and regional planning plans. The results of the identification of potential resources are carried out by analyzing geological maps and obtaining potential resources, among others; sand, sandstone, andesite, trass, clay, and backfill. The results of the zoning of the Madiun Regency mining area are; the area of ​​the zone that can be granted a permit is 37,114.95 ha, the area of ​​the zone that can be granted a conditional permit is 1,090,05 ha, and the area of ​​the zone that cannot be granted a permit is 72,310.35 ha. The results of the zoning of mining areas in the Madiun Regency can be used for consideration of mining land clearing plans based on integrated data.

Abstract

PT. Cinta Jaya (Gasing Grub) merupakan perusahaan bidang pertambangan Nikel Laterite yang merupakan anak perusahaan dari PT. Gasing Sulawesi. Perusahaan ini telah melakukan kegiatan eksplorasi lanjut guna mengetahui volume, densitas, dan juga kemenerusan kadar pada blok eksplorasi cahaya prima kausa. Kegiatan eksplorasi dilakukan dengan melakukan pemboran inti dengan jumlah 36 titik pengeboran dengan jarak 50 meter dengan luas 8 ha. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menentukan domain geologi dari perlapisan nikel laterite (Limonite, Saprolite, dan Bedrock) dengan pendekatan geostatistik. Metode yang digunakan yakni Ordinary Kriging dengan penentuan tipe variogram yang telah ditentukan berdasarkan Parameter Variogram. Hasil perolehan sumberdaya pada lapisan limonite sebesar 726,784 m3; lapisan Saprolite 398,336 m3; untuk perolehan cadangan Low grade sebesar 14,080 m3; Medium Grade 222,208 m3; dan Hight Grade 176,128 m3

Abstract

The Atang Are Abadi Firm is a limestone mining company that has carried out further exploration activities to determine the volume, density, and continuity of grades in the exploration area. The exploration activities conducted core drilling at 17 drilling points, a distance of less than 250 meters, and an area of 19.36 ha. This research determined the geological domain of limestone layers with parameters of CaO content greater than 53% through a triangulation (triangle) method. Meanwhile, the cut-and-fill method was used for resource and reserve calculations. The resource acquisition in limestone layers with a content of more than 53% reached 25,682,831.9 BCM, and the acquisition of reserves in limestone layers with a content of more than 53% had 6,788,073.56 BCM. The estimation results of limestone resources and reserves obtained based on the Indonesian National Standard 4726: 2019 are included in the classification of measured limestone resources and proven limestone reserves.
