Abstract

PT. Djawani Gunung Abadi merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang industri pertambangan di Jawa Timur, tepatnya berada di Desa Ngentrong, Kecamatan Karangan, Kabupaten Trenggalek Provinsi Jawa Timur, dengan komoditas yaitu batu kaolin yang memiliki risiko dan bahaya yang bisa saja terjadi, dengan penyebab kecelakaan kerja yang disebabkan oleh tindakan tidak aman (unsafe action) dan kondisi tidak aman (unsafe condition), maka perlu adanya tindakan yang diambil dari perusahaan untuk penerapan kesadaran akan pentingnya keselamatan kerja pada masing-masing tahapan pekerjaan akan bahayadan risiko yang dihadapi. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode hazard identification risk assessment and risk control (HIRARC) serta parameter likelihood (kemungkinan), severity (konsekuensi), dan exposure (paparan), untuk mendapatkan nilai dari masing-masing tahapan pekerjaan. Pengambilan data dilapangan dengan melakukan observasi langsung dilapangan. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan sebanyak 12 potensi bahaya dengan 22 risiko yang mungkin terjadi. Tingkat risiko tertinggi pada pada tahap pekerjaan pengumpulan material pada top loading menggunakan excavator yaitu kerusakan pada belt conveyor akibat benturan (1,800), memar pada kaki/ganguan pendengaran/sindrom akibat getaran (270), crusher yaitu tangan terjepit mengakibatkan patah (1,500), menara pantau crusher yaitu tersengat listrik/luka akibat sengatan Listrik (450) dapat tertumpah/mencemari area menara/tidak stabil saat dinaiki (750), front yaitu tabrakan mengakibatkan kerusakan akibat benturan (3,000), hauling road yaitu debu/pandangan terbatas (900) tertumpah material (2,500), hauling road dalam pit yaitu padangan terbatas /iritasi pada mata (900). Pengendalian risiko dilakukan berdasarkan hirarki pengendalian (hierarchy on control) yakni, eliminasi, subtitusi, rekayasa teknik, administrasi, alat pelindung diri (APD).

Abstract

Kegiatan peledakan merupakan salah satu proses penting dalam menunjang ketercapaian produksi pada sebuah tambang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tambang batubara PT. Bukit Asam Tbk, tepatnya di PIT 2 Banko Barat. Pada lokasi penelitian masih didapati fragmentasi berukuran bongkah 100 cm dengan persentase di atas 15% dimana target dari perusahaan yaitu dibawah 15%. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan geometri peledakan yang menunjukkan hasil nilai distribusi fragmentasi dari kegiatan peledakan selain dari geometri peledakan yang sudah direncanakan oleh perusahaan. Penerapan geometri peledakan harus dilakukan berdasarkan karakteristik batuan pada lokasi peledakan. Pada kasus ini kaitannya dengan dengan burden, spasi, kedalaman lubang ledak, kolom isian, dan stemming per lubang, dengan menggunakan rumusan menurut R.L Ash, C. J Konya, dan ICI Explosive. Seberapa besar powder factor dan pengaruhnya terhadap fragmentasinya dan juga pada waktu penggalian (digging time) alat gali muat excavator PC 2000. Pengaruh dari perubahan geometri peledakan ini dengan ukuran burden sebesar 5 meter, spasi 7,58 meter, stemming 3,6 meter, kedalaman lubang ledak 6 meter, kolom isian 1,3 meter dan air deck 1,1 meter menghasilkan nilai kelolosan distribusi fragmentasi 11,62 % yang lebih kecil daripada geometri peledakan aktual yaitu 24,80%. Maka dari itu geometri peledakan rekomendasi dengan ICI Explosive ditambahkan air deck lebih efektif daripada geometri peledakan aktual.Kata kunci: Digging time, excavator backhoe, fragmentasi, geometri peledakan, powder factor.

Abstract

Pengolahan bahan galian merupakan proses pemisahan mineral berharga dari mineral pengotor. Salah satu aspek biaya yang perlu dipertimbangkan dalam kegiatan ini adalah biaya pengolahan, yaitu pengeluaran yang timbul sebelum produk siap digunakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis biaya pengolahan dari penjualan produk serta mengevaluasi sensitivitas terhadap perubahan parameter biaya operasional.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan mempertimbangkan data lapangan berupa feed tambang dan hambatan kerja dalam analisis biaya. Pengolahan batu andesit memerlukan peralatan utama dan penunjang. Peralatan utama meliputi jaw crusher dengan kapasitas 47,25–128,25 ton/jam, sedangkan peralatan penunjang meliputi hopper, vibrating feeder, vibrating screen, dan belt conveyor.Total biaya operasional pengolahan batu andesit adalah Rp96.068.600,00, mencakup biaya listrik, grease, gaji pegawai, serta perawatan dan perbaikan. Dengan produksi 12.088,29 ton per bulan, PT. Bumi Kejayan memperoleh pendapatan Rp108.794.610,00 dan nilai penjualan Rp12.726.010,00. Biaya pengolahan mempengaruhi sensitivitas pemodelan harga jual dan produksi, terutama jika parameter biaya produksi meningkat lebih dari 13%. Faktor paling sensitif terhadap perubahan biaya operasional adalah listrik, gaji pegawai, perawatan, dan grease.

Abstract

PT. Sentosa Prima Coal is a company engaged in the Coal sector. This company is located in Mersam District, Batanghari Regency, Jambi Province. The area of the mining business permit of PT. Sentosa Prima Coal of 2000 Ha. Mining activities require reserve calculations before mining activities are carried out, including making a coal deposit model, calculating coal resources, pit design, calculating coal reserves, and calculating the stripping ratio (SR) value, so that later the number of coal reserves can be obtained and obtain a deposit model. The modeling and calculation of reserves were carried out using the "cross-section" with the help of Surpac 6.6.2 software. Based on the Cross Section's estimation results, coal resources for PT. Sentosa Prima Coal amounted to 8,073,932 tons, and coal reserves 6,662,514 tons, the volume of Overburden for the planned mining activity area was 24,779,981 BCM, and the stripping ratio value was obtained 1:4.

Abstract

PT. International Prima Coal is a subsidiary of a combination of two companies, namely PT. Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk and PT. Mega Raya Kusuma which is engaged in coal mining in East Kalimantan, with an area of 3,238 hectares of Mining Business Permit in Bantuas and Handil Bakti Villages, Palaran District, Samarinda City which is planning to open a new block, namely North Eagle 3 block for the sustainability of coal production. This is the background for the author to research mining design and production schedule. This study aims to analyze resources and reserves, design mining, determine the combination of tools and monthly production scheduling. The research method used is qualitative and quantitative methods. the quantitative method will produce data such as the value of resources and reserves, slope geometry, SR (Stripping Ratio), and the amount of production per month. The qualitative method will produce data such as haul road designs, mining methods, mining sequences. Based on the results of modeling of coal deposits in the northern pit eagle 3 has 3 seams (Q050, Q070, Q080) with a total measured resource calculated by the polygon method is 726,898 tons. The design of the mining pit limit at an elevation of 0 masl is the contour of the Q070 seam structure with a total coal reserve of 66,516 tons and OB 651,952 bcm with SR 10. The haul road is made of 2 lanes with a straight road width of 9 m and a bend road width of 18 m. The form of drainage that is made is a channel with a trapezoid shape and a settling pond. The mining method used is open pit with down-dip excavation. Mining sequences and production schedules are divided into 4 mining sequences to obtain a production target of ±16,000 tons/month.

Abstract

Limestone mining is a quarry system mining . Its production is influenced by weather factors, especially rainfall. This study aimed at determining the mathematical model wich is able to correlate the influence of rainfall on production of limestone. In addition, it analyzed the correlation between rainfall and limestone production using linear regression method. There are four important steps in this research. The first step is to collect data production and production factors. The second step is to process the data into a mathematical model using linear regression. The third step is to test the result of the mathematical model with the statistical test method. Then the fourth step is to analyze the mathematical model that has met the statistical test results. The results showed that the best mathematical model was: Log P = 0.502 x LOG((JO X Pr) 1.99 x (CH)-0.001) + 0.0002. In conclusion, the effect of rainfall toward the production derivation was very low. Besides, operation hours and productivity also affected production derivation.

Abstract

Magetan has resources mineral potential of non-metallic minerals and rocks. The mineral variety is a mineral which relates to the people livelihood because it necessary for infrastructure development. There is no mining area zoning until now and it can be used to optimize the management and utilization of potential resources. In Magetan, mining area zoning was carried out by giving weights and assessments to the determining parameters which was conducted by patch method and it utilized Geographic Information System. So, the result of mining area zoning could be grouped into three zones. They were a zone could be granted a mining permit, a zone could be granted a conditional mining permit and a zone could not be granted a mining permit. Determining parameters for mining area zoning were land height, disaster vulnerability, groundwater, river borders, lakes and irrigation buildings, springs, forests and protected areas, agricultural land and cultivation areas, settlements, cultural heritage, tourism and district strategic areas, and land slope. The result of potential resources identification was carried out by analyzing Magetan geological map which was obtained potential resources, like andesite, pumice breccia, sandstone, siltstone and basalt. The zoning of Magetan mining area is a zone could bne granted a mining permit and the area was 9,914.507 Ha or about 14% in a percentage of the area, a zone could be granted a conditional mining permit covering an area of 20,748.29 Ha or about 30% and a zone unable to be granted a mining permit covering an area of 39,296.08 Ha or about 56% of the total area of Magetan.

Abstract

The Mining industry in Indonesia plays a vital role as a source of state income and an integral part of the industrial progress of the nation. The majority of the mining industry in Indonesia employs open-pit mining. One of the weather factors that can be an obstacle in open-pit mining is rainfall. Therefore, this research focused on modelling data from rainfall, working hours and production outcomes. It applied the Artificial Neural Network algorithm with an input layer consisting of two neurons, a hidden layer with two neurons, and an output layer. The data on Rainfall working hours, and production results were trained to produce a model that, later on, will be used to predict the value of production results. For model testing, this study uses two parameters, namely learning rate and epoch. From 90 times of testing, the best model was obtained with a learning rate value of 0.3 and an epoch of 1000 which resulted in an RMSE error of 0.004838259401280330

Abstract

Pembelajaran matematika di sekolah dasar masih menghadapi tantangan rendahnya minat dan pemahaman siswa, khususnya pada materi operasi hitung bilangan bulat yang cenderung abstrak dan sulit dipahami melalui metode konvensional. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan Google Sites sebagai media pembelajaran matematika serta menganalisis dampaknya terhadap keterlibatan, pemahaman konsep, dan kemandirian belajar siswa kelas 5 MI Muhammadiyah 14 Ponorogo. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif untuk mengidentifikasi pola penggunaan media dan respon siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Google Sites mampu menyajikan materi secara visual dan interaktif melalui teks, gambar, video, dan latihan soal daring sehingga meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep bilangan bulat sekaligus mendorong keterlibatan dan kemandirian belajar. Selain itu, penggunaan media berbasis web ini turut mengembangkan literasi digital siswa sesuai tuntutan pembelajaran abad ke-21. Meskipun terdapat kendala terkait akses internet dan keterbatasan perangkat, Google Sites dinilai efektif sebagai media pembelajaran inovatif dan layak untuk dikembangkan lebih lanjut dengan dukungan infrastruktur digital dari sekolah dan orang tua.
