Abstract

Abstract The Museum of Islamic History of the Archipelago is an answer to the problem of the differences between Islamic groups in the archipelago. So that the museum can provide information to the public about how Islam came to the archipelago peacefully without military support, both politics, solely preaching and also trading, then they marry local residents. Provide information to the public that our country is a unity between Indonesian and Islamic. Nusantara Architecture is an architectural art that focuses on the potential of culture, tradition, and climate conditions in the Indonesian archipelago. To support the concept of the Nusantara Islamic History Museum building, it will use the concept of Archipelago Architecture which will strengthen the characteristics of every diversity that exists in the archipelago and can provide education to visitors about the importance of knowing the cultural diversity of this country of Indonesia.

Abstract

Textile Wholesale Center is the center is the subject of various matters or the main part which is the place of activity. So the center means a point/base for the occurrence of various activities where there is one activity that is the most dominant and has the potential in that activity. Because there is no Wholesale Center in South Tangerang as a Shopping Center in Pamulang, this is the reason for the South Tangerang City Bappeda to plan to build a shopping center to meet the needs of the Pamulang community and the surrounding area. With the existence of large-scale shopping centers, people's tastes about the value of life change from objects to pleasure. Consumers demand that they can shop with their families in a friendly and family atmosphere and allow them to socialize, have fun, have fun inside the building. To answer this need, it is necessary to include recreational elements and in structuring the trade area so that it can give a new color to the existing shopping and shopping centers. The design concept at this wholesale center wants to use modern designs because it adapts to the surrounding environment that uses modern architectural designs besides that modern designs can be used long term.

Abstract

Pusat pelatihan sepakbola daerah Jabodetabek di Jabar bekasi di rencanakan dengan tujuan mempromosikan sepakbola di Indonesia, karena sepak bola di Indonesia saat ini tidak mampu bersaing dengan negara lain. dengan di gedungnya pusat pelatihan sepak bola ini nantinya akan berisi pemain pemain muda dari usia 12-18 tahun dari berbagai klub di jabodetabek. Pembinaan pemain muda nantinya akan berdampak positif bagi sepakbola di Indonesia dan mampu bersaing dengan negara lain dalam olahraga sepakbola. Pusat pelatihan sepak bola ini menyediakan fasilitas utama untuk sepak bola yang ada 3 lapangan sepak bola, sekolah khusus, kolam renang, pusat kebugaran, dan fasilitas lapangan. sedangkan untuk mahasiswa pendukung disediakan asrama dan ruang makan. untuk pelatih disediakan tempat tinggal dan untuk pendukung lainnya kantor administrasi, auditorium, mesjid, rumah tangga, pos jaga, dan gardu listrik. Konsep desain yang digunakan dalam gedung adalah konsep pemilihan arsitektur hijau dari konsep arsitektur hijau untuk meminimalkan buruk bagi pengguna dan lingkungan. selain konsep ini juga akan mengajarkan pengguna untuk selalu menjaga lingkungan.

Abstract

The abandoned animal shelter center is a place to accommodate animals that are stranded on the road, lost, or even animals that were handed over by their owners to the shelter. To then be cared for, raised until the animals get a new owner. The application of the Ecological Architecture concept to the shelter center is based on the movement for the preservation of nature and the environment for a sustainable life in the efficiency of energy and natural resources.

Abstract

Tomohon Agro Tourism in North Sulawesi is an architectural design with the ecological architecture application in its planning. The concept of architectural ecology is a constructive concept that pays attention to the balance of nature and artificial environment with humans, buildings and environment are the main elements. As an actors and users, human have a socio-cultural diversity to create buildings and environment harmonically. The design concept of architectural ecology is a plan that aims to design a system that is able to maintain the symbiosis of environment with buildings in order not to burden its natural cycle. On the other hand, the awareness of architecture student has begun to emerge to carry out its ecological insightful development processes. With the ecological nature that harmonizes an architectural concept with the surrounding environment, it provides conformity along the project. Agro-tourism areas that promote natural potential of flower plantations as a tourist attraction can be supported by an architectural touch. The diversity of types of flowers that exists in Tomohon city can create a specific space to discuss the object of the flower type. With this advantages, ecological concept can create a harmonization impression with flower plantation agro-tourism area in Tomohon, North Sulawesi.

Abstract

Kamal Muara adalah daerah yang sedang dihidupkan kembali dan dikembangkan lagi daerahnya. Daerah yang sudah banyak menarik perhatian pendatang dari dalam maupun luar daerah itu sendiri. Kamal Muara telah menyuguhkan banyak tempat wisata, seperti taman wisata alam, suaka margasatwa, waterboom terbesar, dan sebagainya. Selain itu Kamal Muara juga memiliki dermaga untuk kapal-kapal singgah, bukan hanya sebagai pengangkut ikan para nelayan tetapi juga sebagai alat transportasi para pendatang untuk menyebrangi pulau dari Kamal Muara ke kepulauan seribu. Dengan berkembangnya kepariwisataan di Kamal Muara, maka akan diadakan sebuah Kawasan Wisata Resort berkonsep tropis, sebuah konsep beradaptasinya bentuk bangunan terhadap pengaruh iklim tropis. Kawasan Wisata Resort ini diadakan sebagai pendukung kepariwisataan yang ada dan meningkatkan kepariwisataan di Kamal Muara yang sedang ingin dikembangkan.

Abstract

Education Center is a place or building that serves to accommodate and serve non-formal educational activities of private ownership that have teaching and learning facilities according to standards and facilities supporting learning activities by applying ideas and a contemporary (contemporary) design that is realized into a building form. Contemporary architecture in the application of Education Center buildings is based on the Hybrid Expression Style, namely the appearance of the building which is the result of a combination of contemporary elements with other architectural elements, and the Conventional and Abstract Form, which is the appearance of buildings that display conventional forms and complex forms (popular), so it's easy to understand the intent and purpose. Produce expressive building forms and have a contemporary impression.

Taman Edukasi adalah fasilitas edu-wisata di Kembangan Selatan, Jakarta Barat dan merupakan objek wisata ilmu pengetahuan yang dibangun dengan konsep pengembangan kawasan yang terencana, terintegrasi serta berbasis teknologi dalam rangka memberikan ruang berekspresi serta memfasilitasi tumbuh kembang anak-anak dalam suasana pendidikan yang menyenangkan. Di Taman Edukasi ini, para siswa mulai pra sekolah sampai sekolah menengah bisa dengan leluasa memperdalam pemahaman soal materi-materi pelajaran yang telah diterima di sekolah terutama dalam bidang sains. Konsep Arsitektur High Tech adalah gaya perancangan suatu bangunan atau lingkungan binaan dengan beberapa standar tertentu yang kemudian ditata dan diatur sehingga pemecahan masalah yang ada berhasil dicapai dengan pemakaian bahan-bahan bangunan yang fungsional dan estetis. Pemilihan tema arsitektur High Tech yang memiliki ciri khas menjadi pilihan tema rancangan bangunan Taman Edukasi di Kembangan Selatan, Jakarta Barat agar menarik minat para peserta didik untuk memperdalam dan mempelajari ilmu sains.

Abstract

The development of the Tandon Ciater Situ Tourism Area is an effort to make the tourism area environmentally friendly. Where also makes the tourist area not only provide recreational facilities to relieve fatigue, or adrenaline, such as outbound tours, water tourism, camping ground, playground, jogging track and food court but also provides learning facilities such as agricultural education tours, workshops recycling, and how to preserve the surrounding environment specifically intended for residents around the Situ Tandon Ciater Tourism Area. So the learning activities provided are in the form of understanding how to grow crops, harvest crops, and also how to make recycled materials into a high-value work. The building of Situ Tandon Ciater Tourism Area Development carries the concept of Environmental Friendly Architecture. The concept of environmentally friendly architecture is the concept of an architectural environmental awareness that not only incorporates the main aspects of architecture (strong, functional, comfortable, low cost, and aesthetic), but also incorporates the environmental aspects of a Green Building, energy efficiency, sustainable concepts and approaches holistic towards the environment that includes harmony between humans and their natural environment. So later the application of Environmentally Friendly Architecture at the time of the building in the Tandon Ciater Tourism Area in the form of environmentally friendly material, energy utilization or existing land acquisition, and also did not escape provide aesthetics for building users, especially facilities developed.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are a means of non-formal Islamic education that play a role in advancing the life of the nation as well as being a place to explore religious sciences, especially Islam, which is the majority in Indonesia. Islamic boarding school education is education that prioritizes Islam as a guideline. The purpose of this research is to realize the concept of planning and designing Islamic boarding schools in Tangerang City with the theme of Tropical Architecture which seeks to change the behavior patterns of its inhabitants to protect the surrounding environment from damage and better sustainability in the future. Analytical descriptive method for architectural design approach is carried out with an understanding of the principles of tropical architectural design, besides that, the activity group approach, capacity approach and space size are carried out. By applying the concept of tropical architecture can create a good learning environment and can prevent global warming problems. Building materials and components that have sustainable criteria to support the application of tropical architecture can be applied to buildings that function as a forum for santri activities in Islamic boarding schools.
