Abstract

In general, the difference between men and women in terms of sex / gender is biologically termed natural differences which are absolutely non-exchangeable. Women have a uterus, breasts, ovaries, menstruation, get pregnant and give birth. Meanwhile, men have a penis and sperm for fertilization. This difference is natural throughout the ages and applies to all humans everywhere, regardless of the rich, poor, officials or people, urban or rural. The differences between men and women that result from social andsymbolic interpretations or social construction, or non-natural differences, can change from time to time or place.This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Research aimed at describing and analyzing phenomena, events, social activities, attitudes, beliefs, perceptions, and thoughts of people individually or in groups The. traditions about gender in this discussion are arranged based on these classifications and / or thematically, namely the problem of creating women. , regarding the duties / responsibilities of husband and wife, regarding the priorities of men, regarding women's leadership, as well as those related to the partnership of men and women.

Abstract

The pattern of child - friendly education is actually creating a safe, comfortable, healthy, conducive environment, accepting all the shortcomings of children and respecting the potential of children. The principles of child - friendly schools are: non - vio lent, non - discriminatory, the best education for children, the right to grow and develop and respect for children's opinions. Islam has a perspective on friendliness towards children, which emphasizes the recommendation to be merciful to children. As menti oned in the hadith of the Prophet: "Whoever does not love the little one among us and does not understand the rights of the greater one among us, then he is not from our group." (HR. Abu Dawud). This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Research aimed at describing and analyzing phenomena, events, social activities, attitudes, beliefs, perceptions, and thoughts of people individually and in groups "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam kissed Al - Hasan bin Ali, and on the side of the P rophet there was Al - Aqro bin Haabis At - Tamimiy who was sitting, So Al - Aqro ' said, "I have 10 children, none of them I have ever kissed." he will not be blessed." (Narrated by Al - Bukhari and Muslim). Even when the children made a mistake the Messenger of A llah guided them in a gentle manner. It was narrated from Abu Rafi bin Amr Al Ghifari that he said, "I threw stones at the Ansar palm trees. Then they brought me to the Messenger of Allah, sallallaahu 'alayhi wa sallam, he asked, "Son, why are you pelting their date palms? answered because he was hungry, O Messenger of Allah. He said, "Do not throw palm trees, but eat what falls from the trees. Then he rubbed his hand over my head and said, "May Allah fill you and satisfy you" (HR. Tirmidhi)

Abstract

The practice of offerings is a communit y tradition related to the magical customs or habits of the life of an indigenous population, namely in the form of serving food and other objects that are offered in religious ceremonies or ceremonies carried out symbolically with the aim of communicating with supernatural powers. In responding to tradition and culture, Hadith does not just reshuffle, but responds with three models: Tahmil, Taghyir and Tahrim. If it is in the context of living together, then the context of responding to socio - cultural trad itions and culture, the community must prioritize the love of peace, generosity and high awareness towards anyone in need regardless of their religious background, not cursing the gods (other than Allah) they worship and consider them good. their work.

Abstract

Bank sampah didirikan sebagai inisiatif masyarakat dalam upaya partisipasi menangani permasalahan yang selama ini ada. Dengan strategi pengolahan sampah 3Rm dengan tujuan agar masyarakat mampu mengubah imajinasi sebian banyak orang terhadap sampah yang tidak memiliki nilai ekonom. Praktik bank sampah ini telah berkembang di Desa Karangsono Sukorejo yang dipelopori oleh bapak H. Mohannad Alim selaku Kepala Desa Karangsono Sukorejo. Di era globalisasi ini bank sampah sudah tidak dilakukan dengan cara manual akan tetapi melalui sitem aplikasi. Dengan berkembangnya teknologi yang semakin canggih akan mempermudah penggunaan aplikasi bank sampah. Keunggulan dari penggunaan sitem aplikasi ini adalah dapat mempermudah pendataan sampah yang akan disetorkan dan juga lebih praktis. Universitas Yudharta menugaskan peserta KKN SDGs 2021 untuk mengenalkan serta mengajak masyarakat Desa Karangsono untuk menggunakan sistem aplikasi bank sampah untuk mempermudah pengaksesan sampah pada masyarakat melaui program kerja yang telah di susun oleh peserta KKN SDGs 2021. Aplikasi bank sampah yang akan digunakan adalah Aplikasi Resik.

Abstract

This paper explores the management of radicalism in Indonesia as an extremist and terrorist phenomenon, drawing on the hadith of Prophet Muhammad SAW. It adopts a qualitative approach and literature review as a research methodology, using the Integrative Review model. According to the Prophet's Hadith, two approaches are suggested: preventive action and repressive action. Preventive actions involve promoting attitudes of moderation, tolerance, compassion, justice, equal rights, and caution in issuing fatwas. On the other hand, repressive measures, in line with the hadith found in Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim, are directed towards addressing the actions of hypocrites and khawarij to safeguard the unity of the Muslim Ummah and protect the well-being of the Muslim community..

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalis pengaruh kegiatan ekstrakurikuler tahfidz dalam pembentukan karakter religius siswa di  SDN Glagahsari 1 Sukorejo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data seperti observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumen. Data yang terkumpul akan dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa desain program tahfidz yang terstruktur dengan melibatkan peran aktif guru pembimbing memainkan peran krusial dalam membentuk karakter religius siswa. Pengaruh positif ini tidak hanya terbatas pada hafalan Al-Qur’an, tetapi juga mencakup pemahaman mendalam dan internalisasi nilai-nilai agama. Lingkungan sekolah yang kondusif dan dukungan aktif dari keluarga merupakan faktor penting yang berkontribusi terhadap keberhasilan program tahfidz, menegaskan pentingnya sinergi antara lingkungan pendidikan formal dan keluarga dalam membentuk karakter siswa. Dengan demikian, pentingnya pendidikan agama dalam mendukung pembentukan karakter religius yang kuat pada generasi muda Indonesia. Implikasi praktis dari temuan ini adalah perlunya peningkatan peran pendidikan agama dalam kurikulum pendidikan untuk lebih efektif dalam membentuk moral dan etika siswa, serta pentingnya dukungan dari lingkungan sekolah dan keluarga dalam mendukung perkembangan karakter siswa.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan kebutuhan bagi setiap manusia agar menjadi manusia yang berdaya guna. Dalam undaang-undang RI No.20 Tahun 2003 tentang sistem Pendidikan Nasional. Pasal 1 Ayat (1) disebutkan bahwa pendidikan adalah usaha sadar dan terencana untuk mewujudkan suasana belajar dan proses pembelajaran agar peserta didik secara aktif mengembangkan potensi dirinya untuk memiliki kekuatan spiritual keagamaan, pengendalian diri, kepribadian, kecerdasan, ahklaq mulia, serta keterampilan yang diperlukan dirinya, masyarakat, bangsa, dan Negara Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam mengatasi kenakalan remaja di SMA Antartika Sidoarjo. Kenakalan remaja merupakan salah satu tantangan serius yang dihadapi oleh sekolah-sekolah menengah, termasuk SMA Antartika Sidoarjo. Guru PAI memiliki tanggung jawab tidak hanya dalam pengajaran materi agama, tetapi juga dalam pembentukan karakter dan moral siswa. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PAI di SMA Antartika Sidoarjo memainkan peran yang signifikan dalam mengurangi kenakalan remaja melalui berbagai strategi, termasuk pendidikan karakter, pendekatan personal, serta kolaborasi dengan orang tua dan pihak sekolah. Guru PAI juga berperan sebagai teladan, memberikan bimbingan spiritual dan moral yang mendalam kepada siswa. Selain itu, program kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang diinisiasi oleh guru PAI juga terbukti efektif dalam mengalihkan energi siswa ke arah kegiatan positif. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peran proaktif dan kolaboratif dari guru PAI sangat penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang kondusif dan dalam membentuk perilaku siswa yang lebih baik. Abstract Education is a necessity for every human being to become a useful human being. In the Republic of Indonesia Law No. 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System. Article 1 Paragraph (1) states that education is a conscious and planned effort to create a learning atmosphere and learning process so that students actively develop their potential to have spiritual religious strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble morals, and skills needed by themselves, society, nation, and state. This study aims to explore the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in overcoming juvenile delinquency at SMA Antarctica Sidoarjo. Juvenile delinquency is one of the serious challenges faced by secondary schools, including SMA Antarctica Sidoarjo. PAI teachers have the responsibility not only in teaching religious material, but also in forming students' character and morals. Through a qualitative approach, this study collected data through in-depth interviews, observations, and document studies. The results of the study indicate that PAI teachers at SMA Antarctica Sidoarjo play a significant role in reducing juvenile delinquency through various strategies, including character education, personal approaches, and collaboration with parents and the school. Islamic Religious Education teachers also act as role models, providing deep spiritual and moral guidance to students. In addition, extracurricular activity programs initiated by Islamic Religious Education teachers have also proven effective in diverting students' energy towards positive activities. This study concludes that the proactive and collaborative role of Islamic Religious Education teachers is very important in creating a conducive school environment and in shaping better student behavior.

Abstract

This qualitative research analyzes the social conditions of the Madinah community during Prophet Muhammad's era and the hadiths governing their social interactions. It highlights Madinah's socio-political environment marked by conflict, mainly between the Aus and Khazraj tribes. Prophet Muhammad addressed this by drafting the Constitution of Madinah, a foundation of multiculturalism. His role as head of state laid the groundwork for multicultural education, emphasizing Islamic values like justice, egalitarianism, and peace through rahmatan lil alamin theology. His exemplary conduct promoted tolerance. Additionally, his hadiths regulated social conduct, promoting inclusivity in multicultural society through greetings, handling the deceased, family ties, prayers, and converting Jews to Islam. They also prohibited killing women, children, laborers, and harming non-Muslims, further fostering a harmonious multicultural environment.

Abstract

The purpose of education is to provide moral education with values and norms that will be an example in behaving Education is not only about providing knowledge but also instilling the value of potential intellectual intelligence (IQ), emotional intelligence (EQ), and spiritual intelligence (SQ), in its condition in the individual. Spiritual intelligence (SQ) has a role in changing spiritual values or religious values such as honesty and trust, This research uses a descriptive qualitative method, the results of the research are in the form of data collection and descriptions or descriptive narratives. Then inter-presenting the data obtained through observation and interviews. The implementation procedure is to carry out arrangements in advance, ask permission with PAI teachers to be able to conduct interviews or collect information so that interview activities can be carried out as expected. The results of the search conducted by the researcher concluded that from all students of SMP Negeri 1 Purwosari as a whole from grade 7 to grade 9 had participated in carrying out the Dhuha prayer activity. Therefore, in this study, from the discussion, there is a positive and significant influence between Dhuha prayer on the Spiritual Intelligence (Spiritual Quotient) of students of SMP Negeri 1 Purwosari. With this, it can be concluded that the abilities carried out by students greatly affect the students' Spiritual Quotient. From the observations made and some findings obtained by the researchers, it shows that the results of the measure of discipline, behavior in learning at school and all habituation activities can also be applied at home with good results.
