Abstract

The lack of interest among students in the game of kasti is the background problem addressed in this research. The researcher utilized a modified air pump ball as a substitute for a tennisball. The air pump ball is a type of ball made from synthetic rubber, thus eliminating the potential for pain upon impact with the body. The modification of the air pump ball is intended to increase students' interest in playing kasti in the fifth-grade class at SDN Glagahsari 1 in Pasuruan Regency. This research employs the ADDIE model, a development method consisting of five stages: Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Data collection involves distributing questionnaires to content experts, media experts, small-scale trials, and large-scale trials. Based on the validation results from content and media experts, with each expert scoring 88% and 94%, respectively, it is indicated that the modified air pump ball is valid and suitable for use without revisions. Before conducting the large-scale trial, the researcher distributed before trial questionnaires to assess students' knowledge of softball, revealing an average percentage of 50%, reinforcing the lack of interest among students in the game. After the large-scale trial, after trials questionnaires were distributed, indicating an average percentage score of 90% among students. This demonstrates that the modified air pump ball is highly effective in enhancing students' interest in kasti game in the fifth-grade class at SDN Glagahsari 1, Pasuruan Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of hanging punch training on smash ability and determine the results of this training. This research uses a quantitative type of research with a one group pretest-posttest experimental design method. The study's findings demonstrated that improving smash skill was significantly impacted by the hanging ball hitting training programme. Pretest accuracy measures yielded an average result of 13.80%, and pretest speed gave an average result of 15.10%. The posttest average resulted in 17.55% posttest precision and 14.00% posttest speed. The difference in average precision of 3.75% and speed - 1.1% faster - illustrate the significance of the change. After getting instruction in hitting hanging balls, student's ability to smash has increased, according to the analysis that was done. The influence for improving smash skill ranges significantly.

Abstract

Motor skills are divided into 2, namely fine motor skills and gross motor skills. This research measures motor ability tests in the form of the Test of gross motor development-second edition (TGMD-2). In this experimental research there is a pretest and posttest in the form of Test of gross motor development-second edition (TGMD-2) which includes two objects, namely a locomotor object and a control object (manipulative) using treatment using modified learning through the traditional engklek game.The type of research used is experimental research. By using a True-Experimental research design. And data analysis uses the normality test, homogeneity test, and t- test after carrying out the pretest and post test. Next, the research results were analyzed using SPSS version 26.0.

Abstract

game rules. Nowadays, volleyball is not only played for health and fitness purposes, but has developed into a sports industry that demands achievement. High school students are quite interested in playing volleyball, because volleyball is easy to play anywhere. This type of research uses a development method using the Bord and Gall (2007) model which consists of 7 stages, namely, data collection, product design, expert validation testing, initial product revision, small scale product trials, large scale product trials, product results. Based on the digital media expert's validation test, a percentage result of 96% was obtained with a very valid category. Before carrying out small-scale trials, the researchers validated it with volleyball game experts and obtained a percentage of 92.8% with a valid category for use without revision. And validation with volleyball coaching experts obtained a percentage result of 86.4% with the valid category used with minor revisions. Small scale product trials were carried out by distributing questionnaires taking 12 volleyball extracurricular athletes. The small scale trials yielded a percentage of 78.9% with a valid category for use with minor revisions to variations in target code smash training. Large-scale trials were carried out by distributing questionnaires taking 25 volleyball extracurricular athletes. Large-scale trials obtained a percentage of 86.64% with a valid category for use without revision.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan metode bermain dalam pembelajaran bola voli menggunakan bola gandu pada ke aktifan siswa di SDN Glagahsari 1. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) menggunakan metode bermain dengan 2 siklus yang kegiatannya meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada kelas 6 SDN Glagahsari 1, dengan 13 siswa putra dan 15 siswi putri. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data kualitatif yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar dari data siklus 1 hingga siklus 2. Dari data awal tingkat kesalahan siswa pada saat teknik bintang beralih data observasi awal siklus 1 terjadi kesalahan sebanyak 85,71% dengan kategori sedang, terjadi peningkatan sehingga siswa yang melakukan kesalahan menurun yaitu sebesar 42,86%. Sedangkan pada siklus 2 hanya 10,71%. Pada saat teknik tukar posisi data observasi awal pada siklus 1 terjadi kesalahan sebanyak 85,71% dengan kategori sedang, terjadi peningkatan sehingga siswa yang melakukan kesalahan menurun yaitu 50%. Sedangkan pada siklus 2 hanya 14,71%. Pada teknik berpasangan data observasi awal siklus 1 terjadi kesalahan sebanyak 32,14% dengan kategori sedang, terjadi peningkatan sehingga siswa yang melakukan kesalahan menurun yaitu 17,86% dan pada siklus 2 menjadi 10,71%. Abstract: This study aims to analyze the effect of using the play method in learning volleyball using gandu balls on student activeness at SDN Glagahsari 1. This study uses the type of Classroom Action Research (PTK) using the play method with 2 cycles whose activities include planning, implementation, observation and reflection. This research was conducted in grade 6 SDN Glagahsari 1, with 13 male students and 15 female students. Data analysis in this study used qualitative data analysis which includes data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of this study indicate an increase in learning outcomes from cycle 1 to cycle 2 data. From the initial data on the level of student errors when the star technique switched the initial observation data for cycle 1, there were 85.71% errors in the moderate category, there was an increase so that students who made mistakes decreased by 42.86%. While in cycle 2 only 10.71%. At the time of the technique of exchanging positions, the initial observation data in cycle 1 had an error of 85.71% with a moderate category, there was an increase so that students who made mistakes decreased by 50%. While in cycle 2 only 14.71%. In the pairing technique, the initial observation data in cycle 1 showed that there were 32.14% errors in the moderate category, there was an increase so that students who made mistakes decreased by 17.86% and in cycle 2 to 10.71%.

Abstract

Effective education requires a profound understanding of the psychological factors influencing the learning process. In this context, this research conducts a systematic review of existing literature to explore the relationship between cognitive styles, self-regulation, and motivation in achieving effective learning. Cognitive styles encompass individual preferences in processing information and completing learning tasks, while self-regulation involves the ability to control behavior and emotions to achieve learning goals. Motivation, as a driving force, plays a crucial role in directing learning behavior, both intrinsically and extrinsically. This systematic review method involves the identification, selection, and critical analysis of relevant articles published within a specified time period. Data are comprehensively analyzed to identify patterns and trends that emerge in the relationship between cognitive styles, self-regulation, and motivation in the context of learning. The review findings indicate a significant correlation between cognitive styles and self-regulation with learning motivation. These findings underscore the importance of adapting learning strategies according to individual cognitive styles and developing self-regulation skills to enhance learning motivation. Intrinsic motivation, rooted in internal interests and desires, proves stronger in predicting sustained academic achievement compared to extrinsic motivation dependent on external rewards or punishments. The conclusion of this review emphasizes the need for a holistic educational approach that considers the complex interaction between cognitive styles, self-regulation, and motivation. Practical implications include the development of personalized and differential learning strategies as well as empowering students to manage their own motivation and self-regulation to achieve optimal learning potential.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dialami oleh masyarakat yaitu belum mengenal dan memahami olahraga menggunakan latihan functional training di wilayah kabupaten Blitar. Tenaga Ahli (Pelatih) setiap cabang olahraga di wilayah KONI kabupaten Blitar juga masih sangat terbatas yang mengetahui keberadaan olahraga menggunakan latihan functional training, dan para atlet serta pelatih dari setiap cabang olahraga terbatas mengetahui sosialisasi program latihan yang tersusun secara optimal mengenai kondisi fisik functional training. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat atau memberi pemahaman serta mengembangkan olahraga dengan menggunakan latihan fisik functional training, baik secara organisator dan prakmatis di wilayah Kabupaten Blitar. Hasilnya menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dari peserta dan peningkatan signifikan dalam performa fisik atlet. Pelatih mulai mengadopsi metode ini dalam program latihan rutin mereka, menciptakan perubahan positif dalam budaya latihan di komunitas olahraga Blitar. Program ini berhasil memberdayakan pelatih dan atlet serta memperkenalkan pendekatan latihan yang inovatif dan efektif.

Abstract

Pendidikan olahraga memainkan peran sentral dalam mengadaptasi kurikulum Merdeka yang telah diperkenalkan di banyak negara.Artikel ini menyajikan sebuah analisis Sistematis Literatur Review (SLR) yang mendalam tentang bagaimana transformasi kurikulum Merdeka mempengaruhi pendidikan olahraga melalui pendekatan teori behavioristik, kognitifistik, dan konstruktivistik. Dengan menggunakan SLR, penelitian ini merangkum temuan dari sejumlah artikel ilmiah dan penelitian terkait untuk memberikanpemahaman komprehensif tentang implikasi praktis dan teoretis dari integrasi teori-teori tersebut dalam konteks pendidikan olahraga.Dalam perspektif behavioristik, fokus utama adalah pada peran stimulus dan respons dalam pembelajaran olahraga. Penelitian inimengidentifikasi strategi pengajaran yang efektif, penguatan positif, dan manajemen kelas yang dapat meningkatkan hasil pembelajaran olahraga. Dari segi kognitif, analisis SLR menyoroti pentingnya pemahaman konsep, pemrosesan informasi, dan pengembangan keterampilan berpikir kritis dalam pengajaran olahraga yang berbasis pada kurikulum Merdeka. Sementara itu,perspektif konstruktivistik menekankan pembelajaran aktif, partisipasi siswa, dan penggunaan pengalaman langsung dalampengembangan pengetahuan dan keterampilan olahraga. Hasil dari tinjauan literatur ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga kepada pendidik, pengelola sekolah, dan pengambil kebijakan tentang cara mengoptimalkan pengalaman belajar dalam konteks kurikulum Merdeka. Implikasi praktis mencakup pengembangan kurikulum yang menggabungkan aspek-aspek behavioristik, kognitif, dankonstruktivistik untuk memfasilitasi pembelajaran olahraga yang holistik dan berbasis pada perkembangan siswa. Dengan merujuk pada berbagai perspektif teoritis ini, pendidikan olahraga dapat lebih efektif mencapai tujuan kurikulum Merdeka, menciptakan siswayang memiliki pemahaman mendalam tentang konsep olahraga dan keterampilan yang diperlukan untuk sukses di era global yangterus berubah.

Abstract

Hasil observasi pada pemain futsal KU 21 di Kabupaten Blitar dapat memperoleh data analisis kebutuhan dan peneliti menawarkan latihan functional training dan TRX Suspension untuk menghasilkan peningkatan kekuatan otot tungkai dan keseimbangan pada pemain futsal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan peningkatan kekuatan otot tungkai dan keseimbangan pada pemain futsal KU 21 Kabupaten Blitar. Penelitian ini dikategorikan sebagai penelitian eksperimen dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data kuantitatif. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini selama 8 Minggu, penentuan sampel penelitian dan tes data awal mengumpulkan data tentang kekuatan otot tungkai dan keseimbangan. Terdapat hasil signifikan pada kelompok functional training terhadap kekuatan otot tungkai dengan peningkatan 16,76% dan keseimbangan 26,76%. Sedangkan kelompok TRX Suspension memperoleh peningkatan 22,40% pada kekuatan otot tungkai dan 22,91% pada keseimbangan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of embodied cognition within the Neuro-Sports Learning (NSL) model as a cognitive intervention strategy in elementary school physical education. The research employed a quasi-experimental, pretest–posttest control-group design, involving two groups: an experimental group receiving instruction through the NSL model based on embodied cognition and a control group engaged in conventional physical education instruction. The participants consisted of 65 elementary school students in Blitar Regency, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using the Digit Span Test, D2 Test of Attention, and Cognitive Flexibility Test, and analyzed through t-tests and Repeated Measures ANOVA using SPSS. The findings revealed that the NSL model had a significant effect on enhancing students’ cognitive capacity (p < 0.001) with a large effect size (Cohen’s d = 1.05–1.41). The most significant improvement was observed in working memory and attention, both rated “excellent.” These results demonstrate that integrating embodied cognition principles into the NSL model effectively optimizes brain function by combining structured physical activities with cognitive challenges. The study contributes to the growing body of research on neuroscience-based physical education and provides practical insights into designing cognitively engaging movement-based learning experiences for young learners.
