Abstract

Solar and lunar eclipses are natural phenomena that occur two to three times each year. All Muslims are advised to perform the sunnah eclipse prayer when an eclipse occurs. However, the eclipse phenomenon cannot always be seen directly from Earth due to weather conditions that prevent the eclipse phenomenon of the Sun or Moon from being seen. The purpose of this study is to determine the law of eclipse prayer when it is not visible. The research methodology employed is qualitative library research, which involved the extraction of data from the Nash Al-Qur'an and Hadith, as well as the analysis of the opinions of scholars. The findings indicate that if an eclipse occurs and is subsequently obscured by clouds, dust, or other obstructions, the eclipse prayer should be performed upon the knowledge that an eclipse has occurred. This condition is still considered an eclipse as long as the individual believes that the eclipse will be completed at a specific time. In the event that the eclipse is visible with thin clouds or a clear or cloudy sky and then hesitates, it is advisable to wait until the eclipse is confirmed to have occurred before commencing the prayer. Conversely, if the eclipse is not visible due to cloud cover or otherwise, despite the existence of information indicating the occurrence of an eclipse, the recommendation to pray the eclipse remains invalid.

Abstract

Abstract

This community service program was implemented to enhance human resource potential through the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. Gelam Village, located in Tambak District, possesses diverse assets that have not been fully utilized, particularly in relation to the development of youth interests and talents. The lack of adequate facilities and platforms has limited opportunities for children and adolescents to express their creativity and develop their potential. Therefore, this program was designed to provide solutions by leveraging local assets and community strengths. The program was carried out using the ABCD method, which emphasizes the identification, mapping, and optimization of existing community assets. Activities included skill development training, competitions organized in celebration of the holy month of Ramadan, and art performances involving active participation from community members. The primary beneficiaries of these activities were children and youth with talents in arts, sports, and other creative skills. The findings indicate that the program was effective in increasing community participation. This was reflected in the large number of participants joining the competitions as well as the enthusiasm of audiences attending the events. Furthermore, the activities successfully identified promising young talents who can be further nurtured to represent the village in higher-level competitions. The program also fostered greater social cohesion and provided a platform for community members to strengthen their identity through cultural and creative expressions. In conclusion, the implementation of the ABCD approach proved to be an effective strategy for community empowerment by strengthening human resources based on local assets and potentials. The outcomes highlight the importance of asset-oriented methods in building sustainable community development initiatives.

Abstract

In its history before the enactment of the UUPA there was a dualism of Agrarian Law in Indonesia. This dualism in agrarian law is more detrimental to indigenous groups, because customary law governing lands with customary rights is an unwritten law, while on the other hand land with western rights is regulated by written western law. Registration for lands subject to western law aims to provide legal certainty guarantees known as Rechts Cadaster or Legal Cadaster. The formulation of the problem in this study are: 1)legal protection for land rights holders due to loss of data at the Kendari City Land Office, 2) the impact of loss of land records on community land rights in Kendari City, 3) legal aspects of legal protection of land rights resulting from data recovery. The method used by researchers isnormative legal approachandspecifications in this study are included in the analytical descriptive. The sources and types of data in this study are primary data obtained from field studies by interviewingBPN in Kendari City. And secondary data obtained from literature studies. Based on the results of research that legal protectionagainst land rights holders due to loss of data at the land office namely1)BPN only provides legal protection to certificates of land rights whose archives have been restored; 2) The purpose of data recovery is to provide legal protection for land rights whose records have been lost/destroyed. BPN recovers data and re-approves land certificates and books as well as measurement papers based on Article 18 Perkaban Number 6 of 2010. The impact of the loss of land records on community land rights in Kendari City is 1) the loss/destroy of land records can weaken the strength of evidence of a certificate as evidence of land rights; 2) the impact of the destruction of land records results in certificates of land rights whose data cannot be used as evidence before being recovered before committing legal acts; 3) loss or destruction of land records does not necessarily eliminate/remove the right to the land in question. Legal aspects of the legal protection of land rights resulting from data recovery are 1) Substantial Aspects, 2) Structural Aspects, 3) Cultural Aspects. Keywords: Land; Protection; Rights.
