Abstract

This study aims to analyze the leadership style effect on job satisfaction, the leadership style effect on performance, the job satisfaction effect on performance and the leadership style through job satisfaction effect on performance. The results of the regression analysis show the equation: Y1 = 0.740X and Y2 = 0.226X + 0.601Y1. The path analysis results show the equation, Y2 = 0.671X. Hypothesis test results indicate that the leadership style has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, the leadership style has a significant positive effect on performance, the job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on performance and the leadership style through job satisfaction significant positive effect on performance. Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of testing and analyzing the influence of performance allowances, competency and discipline on the performance of employees in Campalagian District, Polewali Mandar Regency, both partially and simultaneously. This research is a type of descriptive quantitative research. The sample consisted of 63 employees of the Campalagian District office, Polewali Mandar Regency. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis. The results of this research show that 1) performance allowances have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees in Campalagian District, Polewali Mandar Regency. 2) Competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees in Campalagian District, Polewali Mandar Regency. 3) Discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees in Campalagian District, Polewali Mandar Regency. And simultaneously performance allowances, competency and discipline influence the performance of employees in Campalagian District, Polewali Mandar Regency. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the current employee performance of Hotel D'Shining in Barru Regency. The variables used in this study are Organizational Culture (X1), Work Life Balance (X2), Work Discipline (X3) and employee performance (Y). The sample in this study was 70 respondents. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research using primary data. While the analysis method used in this study is data validity test, data reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, simultaneous influence test (F test), partial influence test (t) and simultaneous determination test R2. The research results show that (1)Organizational culture has a significant positive influence on the performance of employees at Hotel D'Shining in Barru Regency. (2) Work Life Balance has a significant positive influence on the performance of employees at Hotel D'Shining in Barru Regency. (3) Work discipline has a significant positive influence on the performance of employees at Hotel D'Shining in Barru Regency. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Produktivitas Petani Padi di Kecamatan Binamu Kabupaten Jeneponto. Serta untuk mengetahui Faktor-Faktor Pengaruh Produktivitas Petani Padi di Kecamatan Binamu Kabupaten Jeneponto. Analisis produktivitas petani padi di Kecamatan Binamu Kabupaten Jeneponto merupakan langkah penting untuk memahami dinamika pertanian di wilayah tersebut. Melalui pengumpulan data, analisis statistik, dan wawancara terstruktur, telah berhasil diidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas padi. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif secara bersamaan. Pendekatan kuantitatif adalah suatu strategi penelitian yang menekankan pada pengukuran kuantitatif fenomena dan analisis statistik untuk menjelaskan hubungan antar variabel yang diukur. Pendekatan kuantitatif akan digunakan untuk menganalisis data produktivitas padi secara statistik, sementara pendekatan kualitatif adalah serangkaian praktik interpretatif yang membuat dunia nyata tidak hanya ditemukan, tetapi juga diperlihatkan secara berbeda. Pendekatan Kualitatif akan digunakan untuk memahami konteks dan faktor-faktor non-angka yang mempengaruhi produktivitas. Faktor-Faktor Pengaruh Produktivitas Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor- faktor seperti teknologi pertanian, ketersediaan air, manajemen lahan, dan pendidikan petani padi memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap produktivitas petani padi di Kecamatan Binamu. Terdapat potensi pengembangan pertanian yang dapat ditingkatkan, terutama melalui penerapan teknologi pertanian yang lebih canggih, pengelolaan air yang efisien, dan peningkatan pengetahuan petani Kata Kunci : Analisis, Produktivitas dan Petani Padi.

Abstract

Kinerja merupakan alat yang digunakan untuk melakukan evaluasi kepada karyawan sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai pembanding pada periode sebelumnya, penelitian ini mencoba untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan karir, kompensasi dan komitmen kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 230 karyawan pada PT. China Comservice Indonesia Cabang Makassar, teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu sample random sampling dengan menggunakan rumus slovin sehingga didapatkan 70 sampel. Untuk mengkonfirmasi hipotesis penelitian, data primer yang terkumpul kemudia akan dilakukan analisis dengan teknik analiss regresi linear berganda yang didukung dengan alat aplikasi SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). Hasil penelitian ini menunjykkan bahwa pengembangan karir, kompensasi dan komitmen kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara parsial pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan komitmen kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. China Comservice Indonesia Cabang Makassar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran dan hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai jika dimediasi oleh organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada Lembaga Layanan Pendidikan Tinggi Wilayah IX. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis jalur (Path Analysis) dan menggunakan uji Sobel untuk menganalisis pola hubungan antar variabel dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai jika dimediasi oleh Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai jika dimediasi oleh Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan Agility terhadap Agilitas Organisasi Pada PT. Arco Samudra Perkasa Balikpapan. (2) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap Agilitas Organisasi Pada PT. Arco Samudra Perkasa Balikpapan. 3). Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi terhadap Agilitas Organisasi Pada PT. Arco Samudra Perkasa Balikpapan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis deskriptif dan analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 85 responden. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier berganda, maka Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1). Kepemimpinan Agility berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Agilitas Organisasi Pada PT. Arco Samudra Perkasa Balikpapan (2). Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Agilitas Organisasi Pada PT. Arco Samudra Perkasa Balikpapan (3). Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Agilitas Organisasi Pada PT. Arco Samudra Perkasa Balikpapan.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of work Environment, training and development of human resources and occupational health and safety on employee performance at PT Sulawesi Resources Morowali. This study uses primary data through a survey of 70 employees as a sample of the total number of employees, especially crew as many as 227 people, surveys from August-October. The results of this study indicate that the work environment, training and development of human resources, and occupational health and safety have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Sulawesi Resources Morowali.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the current employee performance at PT. Unity Nickel Alloy Indonesia in Bantaeng Regency. The variables used in this research include Placement (X1), Experience (X2), Work Motivation (X3), and Employee Performance (Y). The sample for this study consists of 75 respondents. This study employs a quantitative research design using primary data. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The analysis methods applied in this research include data validity testing, reliability testing, normality testing, multicollinearity testing, heteroscedasticity testing, multiple linear regression analysis, simultaneous effect testing (F test), partial effect testing (t test), and simultaneous determination test (R2). The results of the study show that: (1) Placement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Unity Nickel Alloy Indonesia in Bantaeng Regency; (2) Experience has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Unity Nickel Alloy Indonesia in Bantaeng Regency; (3) Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Unity Nickel Alloy Indonesia in Bantaeng Regency.
