Abstract

PT Vizta Pratama Bengkulu is a branch of a franchise company engaged in family karaoke entertainment services, founded by a well-known dangdut singer, Inul Daratista and starting its first operation in 2005 in Kelapa Gading area. PT. Vizta Pratama Bengkulu has not used the Decision Support System Application. The decision to determine the recipient of the annual bonus is only to calculate the total value based on 3 criteria, namely responsibility, discipline, honesty without using a decision support method, therefore sometimes it is felt that the giving of employee annual bonuses is not right on target. Decision support system for giving annual bonus at PT. Vizta pratama using the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method is a desktop-based application that has implemented the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method, this application runs on a Windows operating system created using the Visual Basic .NET programming language and SQL Server 2008r2. This application can be used to assist in the assessment process in determining the annual bonus at PT. Vizta Pratama Bengkulu where this application uses 4 predetermined criteria and then processed using the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method so as to produce values that will be ranked. Based on the results of the Blackbox testing that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the decision support system for providing annual bonuses at PT. Viztapratama by using the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method is able to run well and can overcome data input errors by users and the SPK application with the Analytical Hierarchy Process method has provided effective results in accordance with the results of calculations using paired comparisons of 4 criteria where the comparison of pairs of criteria must produce consistent weighting criteria.

Abstract

The Palapa Library utilizes its website as the primary platform for providing information and services to users. However, the presence of vulnerabilities in the website poses significant threats to data and system security. This study aims to identify and analyze vulnerabilities on the Palapa Library website using the Penetration Testing method based on the NIST SP 800-115 standard. This method involves four stages: planning, discovery, attack, and reporting. The testing results identified two major vulnerabilities: sensitive information disclosure and SQL Injection. Once the vulnerabilities were identified, their severity levels were assessed using the Common Vulnerability Scoring System (CVSS) version 3.1. CVSS provides scores for the vulnerabilities, helping prioritize remediation efforts from the highest to the lowest risk. Based on the assessment results, appropriate remediation measures were developed to enhance the security of the Palapa Library website. This study is expected to serve as a reference for preventing similar security threats in the future and assisting other institutions facing similar challenges in improving the security of their information systems.

Abstract

Every company in the industrial sector, whether large, medium or small, requires effective raw material inventory control to ensure operational continuity and reducse costs. Mr. Abdul’s Tofu Factory, an example of an UMKM that was founded in 2011, produces tofu with the main raw material being soybeans (Glycine max), which has high demain the market. However, the processing of soybean raw material supplies at this factory is not yet optimal, characterized by excess stock which results in increased costs and unplanned purchases of raw materials. This research aims to analyze inventory control of soybean raw materials using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and Periodic Order Quantity (POQ) methods to determine the most economical order quantity. Data one the Purchase and use of soybeans at Mr Abdul’s Tofu Factory in the period January-December 2022 was analyzed. The research results show what the POQ method is more efficient than EOQ, with an optimal order quantity of 2.514,40 kg and frequency of purchases twice a year. The POQ  method is able to produce total inventory costs of IDR 3.788.290,55, lower than other methods. Therefore,the application of the POQ method is recommended to minimize inventory costs at Mr Abdul’s Tofu Factory and increase operational efficiency.

Abstract

Perubahan teknologi dan perkembangan internet telah mengubah paradigma marketing secara drastis. Digital marketing kini menjadi alat yang penting bagi pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas dan meningkatkan daya saing mereka. Artikel ini membahas pelaksanaan Workshop Digital Marketing yang diadakan pada tanggal 16 Agustus 2024 di Desa Krasakageng, Kecamatan Sragi, Kabupaten Pekalongan, yang diikuti oleh 24 peserta dari kalangan UMKM. Workshop ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam menggunakan strategi digital marketing, khususnya melalui platform Facebook Ads. Peserta diperkenalkan pada konsep riset pasar, pemasaran digital, serta penggunaan aplikasi pendukung seperti WhatsApp Business dan Meta Iklan. Hasil dari workshop ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta memperoleh pengetahuan dan keterampilan praktis dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk mengembangkan usaha mereka. Kesimpulannya, kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan daya saing UMKM di era digital dan menjadi salah satu bentuk nyata pengabdian masyarakat oleh Universitas Muhammadiyah Pekajangan Pekalongan (UMPP).

Abstract

The transformation of education in the digital era demands fundamental changes in the educational approach, where schools must adapt to the needs of students who live in a digital ecosystem. This study aims to analyze the implementation of leadership (technology leadership) in improving teachers' digital literacy and building a culture of quality, especially in the aspects of interpersonal and communication skills, staff development and training, and evaluation and research. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the study was conducted at SDN Sungai Miai 11 Banjarmasin with research subjects including the principal, two class teachers, two subject teachers, and one administrative staff. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document studies. The results of the study show that the technology leadership strategy implemented has succeeded in encouraging an increase in teachers' digital competence through continuous training and a technology-based evaluation system, as well as increasing the efficiency of school management, even though it still faces infrastructure challenges and disparities in digital competence among teachers. These findings emphasize the importance of adaptive leadership in supporting digital transformation in the educational environment.

Abstract

Pertanian organik menjadi penting untuk kehidupan masyarakat sehat dan tanpa merusak lingkungan sekitarnya. Penggunaan bahan organik dalam budidaya tanaman merupakan sistem pertanian ramah lingkungan yang berkelanjutan. Starter merupakan bahan tambahan yang digunakan pada tahap awal proses fermentasi pembuatan pupuk organik. Starter merupakan biakan mikroba tertentu yang ditumbuhkan di dalam substrat atau medium untuk tujuan proses tersebut. Tujuan  pengabdian ini adalah untuk  memperoleh starter berkualitas dalam pembuatan kompos dan meningkatkan pertanian organik, melalui penyediaan hara tanaman dengan pemanfaatan rumen ternak sapi yang ramah lingkungan. Dengan memanfaatkan Starbio asal rumen sapi sebagai penyedia starter pembuatan pupuk organik juga merupakan solusi dalam mengatasi rendahnya tingkat kesuburan tanah pada tanaman yang dibudidayakan. Starbio merupakan koloni berbagai bakteri alami seperti bakteri lignolitik, selulolitik, proteolitik, dan bakteri nitrogen fiksasi nonsimbiotik, yang berfungsi membantu memecah struktur jaringan yang sulit terurai sehingga zat nutrisi yang dapat diserap tubuh menjadi lebih banyak. Dengan demikian berpotensi membuka peluang usaha mikro dan menengah pada usahatani  berkelanjutan khususnya untuk pupuk organik

Abstract

 This study aims to analyze in depth the strategies implemented by teachers in overcoming students' difficulties in understanding Islamic Religious Education (PAI) materials. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, where data is collected through direct observation in class, in-depth interviews with teachers and students, and documentation studies of learning devices and student evaluation results. The subjects of the study consisted of PAI teachers and students in grades VII and VIII at a state junior high school. The results of the study showed that teachers face various challenges, such as low student motivation to learn, minimal background understanding of religion from the family environment, and student dependence on memorization methods. To overcome this, teachers apply several strategies, including: (1) the use of contextual approaches that link religious material to students' daily lives; (2) the use of visual and audio media to attract students' interest; (3) the application of active learning methods such as group discussions, case studies, and role-playing; (4) providing individual guidance to students who experience special difficulties; and (5) strengthening character and spiritual values ​​through school religious activities. These strategies are considered quite effective in helping students improve their understanding of Islamic Religious Education concepts that were previously difficult for them to understand. However, the results of the study also show that the success of the strategy is greatly influenced by external factors, such as parental support, learning environment conditions, and the availability of learning support facilities. This study recommends the need for ongoing training for Islamic Religious Education teachers in developing innovative learning methods and collaboration between schools, parents, and the community in supporting more effective Islamic religious education.

Abstract

This study analyzes the business model of Dimas Tempe MSME using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) and SWOT analysis approaches. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The BMC helped map key business elements such as customer segments, value propositions, and cost structure. SWOT analysis revealed strengths like product quality and customer loyalty, and weaknesses such as limited digital marketing and personal funding. Opportunities aries from the healthy food trend and e-commerce potential, while threats include market competition and raw material price fluctuations. The integration of BMC and SWOT provides a comprehensive view, enabling the MSME to develop strategies that leverage strengths, address weaknesses, and anticipate threats. This approach proves effective in supporting sustainable and adaptive business development.

Abstract

Steam power plants are the most widely used power plants. The steam produced will be channeled using a superheater pipe. The component that often fails is the superheater elbow pipe. The method used is purposive sampling. The test method used is metallographic testing where the test is based on ASTM. For the results of reading the microstructure content, the percentage of the microstructure phase of the sample tested was factory factory elbow superheater pipe with a percentage of 53.50% pearlite and 27.50% ferrite, the flexible superheater elbow pipe sample contained 43.00% pearlite and 36% ferrite. . 00%, the leaking superheater elbow pipe sample contained 37.50% pearlite and 43.00% ferrite. So the conclusion is that the superheater elbow pipe which has high hardness and good pearlite and ferrite content is found in the factory ebow superheater pipe sample, the manual bending elbow superheater pipe experienced a reduction in the pearlite phase and the addition of a ferrite phase, so it can be concluded that this sample experienced a reduction in resistance and hardness, The Leaking superheater elbow pipe sample has high hardness due to the heat treatment process and a martensite phase appears due to heating, while the percentage of pearlite decreases and ferrite increases, and if there is more ferrite in the material, the pressure in the pipe will be decreased.Steam power plants are the most widely used power plants. Abstract

This study aims to determine the development and implementation of the Islamic education curriculum in Indonesia and to understand the challenges faced in its implementation. The method used in this study is a qualitative study with a descriptive analytical approach through a literature review of various curriculum documents, Islamic education literature, and government policies related to Islamic education. The results of the study indicate that the Islamic education curriculum in Indonesia has undergone several stages of development, starting from the traditional period in Islamic boarding schools to the integration of the national curriculum in the modern era. The current curriculum emphasizes character building, religious moderation, and integration between religious knowledge and general knowledge. However, the implementation of the curriculum still faces obstacles such as the quality of human resources, differences between regions, and limited educational facilities. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen policies, improve teacher competence, and evaluate the curriculum on an ongoing basis so that Islamic education in Indonesia can run effectively and relevantly to the times.
