Abstract

The 5.0 era demands deep digital transformation in all sectors, and education units are no exception. This article aims to discuss policy management in the context of education, especially in the 5.0 era, which is characterized by the integration of technology and humanist approaches in the learning process. The 5.0 era prepares students to face the challenges of the future, and requires educational units to adapt to rapid social and technological changes. This study uses a qualitative method with the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach by examining the results of research that have been published in journal articles that discuss the 5.0 era in educational units. The results of the study show that effective policy management in the 5.0 era includes the development of a curriculum that is responsive to industry needs, improving teacher competence through technology-based training, and collaboration between schools, parents and the community. Then, the article identifies the challenges faced by education units in implementing the policy, including resource limitations and resistance to change. It is hoped that these findings can provide insight for stakeholders in formulating better policy management strategies to improve the quality of education in the 5.0 era.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve the quality of preschool children's education through the role of parents in the digital world. The research method used is qualitative, using data collection methods such as observation, interviews and literature research. The results show that active participation of parents in monitoring and accompanying their children in the use of technology is an important step in improving the quality of education. Involved parents can guide the use of technology for learning and support children's cognitive, social and emotional development. In addition, this study shows the importance of collaboration between parents and educational institutions to effectively utilize technology to promote children's development. The conclusion of this study shows that parental support for the smart and responsible use of technology can optimize infant development and prevent the negative impact of technology on children. This research is expected to contribute to the development of digital education and guide parents in facing the challenges of the digital era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pelaksanaan penggunaan media pembelajaran tematik kelas IV di Gugus Husni Thamrin Kecamatan Winong Kabupaten Pati. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari kepala sekolah, guru dan siswa kelas IV Segugus Husni Thamrin. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil observasi, wawancara dan pengumpulan dokumentasi. Setelah dilakukan analisis data hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan penggunaan media pembelajaran tematik kelas IV di Gugus Husni Thamrin guru menggunakan media disesuiakan dengan tema yang dipilih yang dapat menyampaikan materi pelajaran, guru memanfaatkan media pembelajaran yang tersedia sehingga dapat digunakan dan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan kegiatan belajar mengajar di kelas. Namun ada beberapa guru yang belum memanfaatkan media secara maksimal dikarenakan usia yang tidak muda dan kesehatan fisik jadi guru hanya memanfaatkan media papan tulis untuk menjelaskan materi pembelajaran tematik di kelas IV. Siswa lebih mudah memahami jika guru menggunakan media di kelas pada pembelajaran tematik dibandingkan guru tidak menggunakan media siswa kurang memahami materi pembelajaran tematik. Maka pelaksanaan penggunaan media pembelajaran tematik kelas IV Segugus Husni Thamrin Kecamatan Winong Kabupaten Pati berjalan dengan lancar sesuai dengan tema yang dipilih dan kebutuhan siswa dalam pembelajaran tematik di kelas IV.Kata Kunci: Media, Pembelajaran Tematik
