Abstract

The aim of this study is to explore the role of PAI teachers in shaping students' moral character during the COVID-19 pandemic at SMP IT Al-Asror, Sumbersari Village, Sekampung District, East Lampung Regency, as well as to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors involved in this process. This research employs a qualitative approach. The informants include the school principal, teaching staff, parents, and students. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data is ensured through triangulation of methods and sources. Data analysis follows the Miles and Huberman model, which involves data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study reveal that PAI teachers played a significant role in developing students' moral character during the pandemic through collaboration with parents regarding students' learning discipline at home, mandatory prayers, completion of assignments, and students' attitudes toward their families and surroundings. The supporting factors include: (1) the role of parents or guardians, (2) advancements in technology, and (3) the use of social media. The inhibiting factors include poor internet connection, students' personal attitudes, the role of parents or guardians, lack of behavioral supervision at home, and students' laziness in completing assignments. Abstract

Farmer group empowerment is one of the important strategies in increasing agricultural productivity and farmer welfare. This research aims to develop and implement an Android-based agricultural information system as a medium for empowering farmer groups in Nganjuk Regency. The system is designed to provide access to agricultural information in a fast, accurate, and relevant manner, including weather information, commodity prices, cultivation techniques, and consultation with agricultural extension workers. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach. The system development process refers to the Waterfall model which includes the stages of analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The implementation results show that the use of an Android-based information system significantly increases farmer group involvement in agricultural activities, accelerates the decision-making process, and improves access to agricultural information resources. In addition, the system facilitates two-way communication between farmers and extension workers, which was previously constrained by time and location limitations. The conclusion of this research is that information technology, especially Android applications, has great potential in empowering farmer groups in a sustainable manner. It is hoped that this system can be adopted more widely by other regions as an information technology-based farmer empowerment solution.

Abstract

In the rapidly growing digital era, the need for skills in the creative industry is very important, especially in the field of video editing. Video editing training for students and youth aims to improve competence and practical skills that are relevant to current industry needs. This training activity was organized by Karang Taruna Kelurahan Lolu Selatan, in collaboration with the Digital Talent Indonesia Course and Training Institute (LKP), and targeted students and youth in Palu City who have an interest in digital creative fields. The training method used a hands-on approach with materials covering the basics of video editing, introduction to software, shooting techniques, and audio visual editing. The results of this training showed an increase in participants' knowledge and skills in using editing software and understanding the video production process. In addition, participants also obtained certificates as a form of recognition of the competencies obtained. This program is expected to be the first step in preparing the younger generation to compete in the world of work, especially in the creative industry sector. In conclusion, video editing training not only provides the benefits of technical skills, but also encourages creativity, innovation, and sustainable youth empowerment.

Abstract

Companies committed to sustainability are expected to improve their financial performance. However, the impact of Green Accounting, Environmental Performance, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on financial performance remains unclear, especially for companies listed in the SRI Kehati Index, which emphasizes sustainability principles, integrity in corporate management, and environmental awareness. This study examines the relationship between these three factors and financial performance using a quantitative approach with secondary data from nine companies. The analysis was conducted using panel data regression in EVIEWS 12. The results indicate that Green Accounting and Environmental Performance have no impact on financial performance, while CSR has a significant negative effect on financial performance.

Abstract

This study investigates the effect of Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) on Return on Assets (ROA) in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2019–2023. Using purposive sampling, 20 companies were selected over 5 years (100 observations). Multiple linear regression analysis shows that CR has a significant positive effect on ROA, DER has no significant effect, while TATO has a significant negative effect on ROA.

Abstract

Produktivitas tanaman jagung dapat menurun secara signifikan akibat serangan penyakit pada daun yang sering kali tidak terdeteksi secara dini oleh para petani. Deteksi manual yang bergantung pada pengalaman subjektif petani memiliki keterbatasan dalam akurasi dan efisiensi, sehingga diperlukan solusi berbasis teknologi untuk mendukung praktik pertanian presisi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem klasifikasi otomatis penyakit daun jagung dengan menggunakan pendekatan Transfer Learning berbasis arsitektur DenseNet-201. Dataset yang digunakan terdiri dari gambar daun jagung yang terbagi dalam beberapa kategori, termasuk daun sehat dan daun yang terinfeksi penyakit seperti blight, rust, dan gray leaf spot. Untuk meningkatkan performa model dan mengurangi risiko overfitting, dilakukan teknik augmentasi data seperti rotasi, flipping, dan zooming. Proses pelatihan model dilakukan dengan pembagian data ke dalam set pelatihan dan pengujian. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa model DenseNet-201 berhasil mencapai akurasi sebesar 96,65% pada data uji, serta menunjukkan keunggulan dalam hal efisiensi komputasi dan kemampuan generalisasi dibandingkan dengan arsitektur lain yang lebih dangkal. Dengan hasil tersebut, penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa DenseNet-201 merupakan solusi efektif untuk deteksi penyakit daun jagung secara cepat dan akurat, sehingga dapat diintegrasikan ke dalam sistem pendukung pengambilan keputusan di bidang pertanian modern

Abstract

Selama ini perusahaan belum pernah melakukan pengukuran produktivitas sehingga jika output rendah maka perusahaan beranggapan tidak baik tanpa menganalisa penyebabnya secara spesisfik dan kurang memperhatikan efesiensi penggunaan sumber daya (input) yang dimiliki.Tujuan dari penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui pengukuran produktivitas dengan menggunakan metode American Productivity Center (APC) dan faktor penyebab turunnya produktivitas. Data yang diperlukan untuk analisis produktivitas ini diambil dari tahun 2022 sebagai periode dasar dan tahun 2023 sebagai periode pengukuran. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan pengukuran produktivitas dengan model American Productivity Center (APC) didapat produktivitas total sebesar (271,9%) atau terjadi peningkatan sebesar 171,9%. sehingga diperoleh model American Productivity Center (APC) yang tepat bagi perusahaan dengan menganalisis hasil indeks diperoleh masalah penurunan dari diagram fishbone untuk dilakukan upaya peningkatan produktivitas terutama pada input energi.

Abstract

The process of processing corn leaf disease data using the VGG 19 architecture based on deep learning is to analyze corn leaf diseases that result in low yields. In describing the values to be managed in this study, a digital image dataset of corn leaf diseases consisting of 5 classes with 3923 images per class was used. The objectives of this study are to enable easy prediction of corn leaf disease and to treat the disease. It also aims to enable pattern recognition of corn leaf disease based on digital images using the VGG19 architecture model. The results of corn leaf disease classification obtained from the VGG19-based model show excellent performance in identifying various plant health conditions. With an overall accuracy of 97.96%, this model successfully distinguishes between five disease classes, namely Common Rust, Grey Leaf Spot, Healthy, Northern Leaf Blight, and Northern Leaf Spot. This figure reflects the effectiveness of the model in recognizing the distinctive visual patterns of each disease, which is very important for effective crop management.
