Abstract

Work stress is an individual response in which a negative emotional state responds in the form of tension, psychological, physiological and behavioral responses or actions (stress reduction) which are used to adapt to the surrounding environment where threatening, stressful and dangerous events or occurrences occur. Workload is pressure that occurs because work demands are too much and must be completed in a short time. The method used in this research is a literature review which is used as a data source for writing this article, because it can help researchers to gain an understanding of workload and work stress. Researchers look for data sources according to the topic and reveal topics regarding workload and work stress, then analyze and conduct discussions. The results of analysis from several journal articles that have been carried out by previous researchers show that the workload of a police officer can influence the work stress that arises and this work stress can influence the performance of police officers who experience this, so it can be concluded between workload and work stress are related, and can have an influence on the performance of police officers in completing their work.

Abstract

Carrying out job analysis can identify job requirements and ensure personnel alignment. Job analysis really helps improve employee performance and their job satisfaction. This research aims to provide an overall overview of the available literature on the role of job analysis and job satisfaction on employee performance through various sources and produce a summary and results based on the findings. The review was conducted by reading and analyzing 30 peer-reviewed journal articles. This study will summarize journal articles in tables; the first table explains the title, author, and year of publication; The second table describes the model, subjectively discussed, findings, and proposals. The results of this study have been documented; Employee performance is directly influenced by the relationship between workload, competency, and job analysis, which shows how important it is to align job demands with employee abilities. Job satisfaction directly affects employee performance, which shows how important it is for organizations to increase employee satisfaction.

Abstract

Crime is an activity that violates norms and laws and harms other people, such as abuse, drug abuse, theft and immoral acts. This criminal activity is influenced by various factors, both internal and external. Internal factors include psychological factors that an individual has and external factors include the individual's economic and social environment. This research uses a literature review method by collecting, analyzing, evaluating and combining information from related scientific literature. The conclusion of this research is that there are various psychological factors that cause criminal behavior such as instinct (id), emotion, environment, trauma.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas upaya pencegahan bullying melalui kegiatan sosialisasi di SDN 0405044 Dolat Rayat. Bullying di lingkungan sekolah dasar merupakan masalah serius yang berdampak pada prestasi akademik, kesehatan mental, serta kualitas interaksi sosial siswa. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk sosialisasi oleh mahasiswa KKN Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara dengan metode ceramah, diskusi, pemutaran video edukatif, serta permainan interaktif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa siswa mampu memahami konsep bullying, mengenali jenis-jenisnya, serta menyadari dampak buruk yang ditimbulkan. Selain itu, siswa menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dan berpartisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan. Dengan demikian, sosialisasi stop bullying terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran, membangun sikap saling menghargai, dan mendorong siswa untuk menjadi agen perubahan dalam menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang ramah anak.

Abstract

Abstract: Training and mentoring in processing butterfly pea flowers into a specialty drink in Mekar Mulio Village, Asahan Regency, was conducted as a form of community empowerment based on local potential. This activity aimed to improve the community's skills in processing butterfly pea flowers into a beverage with economic value and to introduce branding and digital marketing strategies as promotional tools. The implementation method consisted of socialization, hands-on training, product development mentoring, and training in the use of digital media for marketing. The results showed that the community was able to produce high-quality butterfly pea flower drinks, with attractive packaging, and a strong brand identity, namely "Telangi." Furthermore, training participants were able to utilize social media platforms such as Facebook dan Shopee to expand their market reach. This activity had a positive impact on increasing community knowledge, skills, and income. The program also opened up opportunities for the establishment of sustainable village micro-enterprises based on local potential. Keywords: Butterfly pea flowers, training, community empowerment, product branding, digital marketing. Abstrak: Pelatihan dan pendampingan pengolahan bunga telang menjadi minuman khas di Desa Mekar Mulio, Kabupaten Batubara, dilakukan sebagai bentuk pemberdayaan masyarakat berbasis potensi lokal. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengolah bunga telang menjadi produk minuman bernilai ekonomi serta memperkenalkan strategi branding dan digital marketing sebagai sarana promosi. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui tahapan sosialisasi, pelatihan praktik langsung, pendampingan pembuatan produk, serta pelatihan penggunaan media digital untuk pemasaran. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat mampu menghasilkan produk minuman bunga telang dengan kualitas baik, kemasan menarik, serta identitas merek yang kuat, yaitu “Telangi”. Selain itu, peserta pelatihan mampu memanfaatkan media sosial seperti Facebook, dan Shopee untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar. Kegiatan ini berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pendapatan masyarakat. Program ini juga membuka peluang terbentuknya usaha mikro desa berbasis potensi lokal yang berkelanjutan.Kata Kunci: Bunga telang, pelatihan, pemberdayaan masyarakat, branding produk, digital marketing.
