Abstract

This study aims to describe the impact information in online learning on students mathematics learning outcomes in the teaching and learning process at home due to the presence of COVID-19. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The population drawn from the researcher, was all students of class II SD Negeri 091320 Raya tongah Pematang raya. As for being the samples of this study, namely the parents of students and teachers of class II SD Negeri 091320 Raya Tongah, totaling 25 people, namely 12 students, 12 parents and 1 class II teacher. Data collection techniques in this research use documentation, interviews, observations, which are looking for data on relevant matters from various kinds in the library such as documents, books, magazines, news. The results of the analysis of the research data obtained show that the impact experienced by students, teachers and parents in online teaching and learning activities is that students' math scores have increased, the impact felt by parents and teachers on mastery of technology is still lacking, additional internet quota costs, employment Additional for parents in assisting children in learning, communication and socialization between students, teachers and parents is reduced.

Abstract

The national education functions as a custodian of values in society so that they can be preserved. The character building is a filter for negativity in globalization. To instill the value of character education, of course it is not enough just to be given memorization or test scores that meet the passing standards, but as a whole it must be integrated between cognitive, affective and psychomotor. In this study, researchers examined the character improvement of grade 3 students at SDN 01320 Raya Tongah in appreciating fable literary works. The story fable is an animal that teaches various grade 3 elementary schools. The fable contains values that are acceptable to students. There are many learning values that can be explored in the fable which can then be used as an alternative in educating students. The purpose of this research is to show what character education values can be taken in the fable and to describe how the character reporting of 3rd grade students of SDN 091320 Raya Tongah through the appreciation of fable literary works. This type of research is conducted in qualitative research. The results of this study indicate that the character values in the fable that can be a role model for SDN 091320 students include: honest attitude, responsibility attitude as well as an attitude of wanting to help and character building of SDN 091320 Raya Tongah through the appreciation of fable literature. The story book approach, good communication, and implementation, namely by inviting students to appear properly and the teacher inviting students to apply what they got from the fable stories they had created together.

Abstract

Diarrheal disease is a condition where the frequency of defecation is more than 4 (four) times in infants and more than 3 (three) times in children, the consistency in children is watery, can be green in color or can also be mixed with mucus and blood that occurs in children under five. occurs as a result of a person's lack of information or knowledge. This research was conducted in the Working Area of the Pamatang Raya Health Center, Simalungun Regency from August to September 2020, the sample size was 71 people using an analytical quantitative method through a cross-sectional approach. Data collection using secondary data was analyzed using the chi-squere bivariate test. The results showed that in the good knowledge category there were 15 people (21.1%), enough knowledge 26 people (36.6), less knowledge 30 people (42.3), negative attitudes were 47 people (66.2%), positive attitudes were 24 (33.4), good mother behavior were 26 people (36.6), poor behavior were 30 people (42.3%). The conclusion from the study is that there is a relationship between knowledge, attitudes, and behavior of mothers towards diarrheal disease in toddlers at the Pamatang Raya Health Center.

Abstract

The application of organic farming to paddy rice farming is one of the interesting topics in an effort to reduce environmental pollution caused by the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides. This study aims to determine the level of production and analyze the environmental impact of the soil from the application of organic and conventional farming in Beringin subdistrict, Deli Serdang district. Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a metabolic disorder with a multifactorial etiology. This disease is characterized by chronic hyperglycemia and affects the metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. Examination of the urine sediment is often referred to as microscopic examination. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of erythrocytes, leukocytes, bacteria in organic urine sediment in the urine of people with diabetes mellitus. This research is descriptive in nature which was conducted in July 2019 at the Karo Pematangsiantar Health Center. The research sample is 30 samples taken by total sampling method. Data obtained from primary data and secondary data. The results showed that the organic sediment of urine in patients with diabetes mellitus contained abnormal amounts of erythrocytes, leukocytes and bacteria. There were 21 samples of abnormal Erythrocytes (70%) and normal as many as 9 respondents (30%), in 21 samples the number of Leukocytes was above normal i.e. abnormal (70%), in 21 samples the number of Bacteria was abnormal (70%). The results of the study found that there were 9 samples of Normal Erythrocyte counts and 9 abnormal samples, in 9 samples the number of Normal Leukocytes and 9 abnormal samples, in 9 samples the number of Normal Bacteria and 21 samples the number of Bacteria was abnormal in people with diabetes mellitus at the Karo Pematangsiantar Health Center . From the research results are expected to be a scientific contribution and information in enriching knowledge. The results of the study found that there were 9 samples of Normal Erythrocyte counts and 9 abnormal samples, in 9 samples the number of Normal Leukocytes and 9 abnormal samples, in 9 samples the number of Normal Bacteria and 21 samples the number of Bacteria was abnormal in people with diabetes mellitus at the Karo Pematangsiantar Health Center .
