Abstract

The results of Basic Health Research in 2018 show that the prevalence of caries in Indonesia reached 57.6%, including caries in pregnant women. The occurrence of dental caries in pregnant women can occur before pregnancy which is then exacerbated due to the nausea and vomiting that accompanies pregnancy. Indonesia currently also has a nutritional problem that is of concern, namely stunting in children because it has the highest prevalence compared to other nutritional problems. This study aims to find out whether there is a relationship between stunting children and the incidence of maternal caries during pregnancy in the work area of Sukaindah Community Health Center, Bekasi Regency. Methods: The type of research method used is observational analytical research, cross sectional research design, with sample data obtained using the DMF-T index and stunting data originating from the community health center totaling 50 respondents using a total sampling technique. Chi-Square test results show a sig value, =0.001 (P<0.05), which means there is a relationship between stunting children and the incidence of maternal caries during pregnancy, in the work area of the Sukaindah health center, Bekasi district. Reports results related to each research question and statistical analytic. There is an association between child stunting and the incidence of maternal caries during pregnancy, in the working area of Sukaindah health center, Bekasi district.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Mahasiswa profesi kedokteran gigi merupakan salah satu calon tenaga kesehatan. Salah satu tindakan yang sering dilakukan oleh mahasiswa profesi adalah penumpatan gigi. Posisi kerja yang tidak ergonomi dapat berpotensi menyebabkan kelelahan, nyeri otot, dan mempengaruhi efektifitas dalam bekerja. Postural stress adalah suatu beban pada tubuh yang disebabkan oleh mempertahankan posisi kerja yang tidak ergonomi yang memiliki kecenderungan gerakan yang berulang dan posisi kerja yang statis berlangsung dalam waktu lama sehingga memiliki potensi yang dapat mengakibatkan stress pada bagian tubuh tertentu. Posisi kerja mahasiswa profesi ketika melakukan tindakan perawatan gigi baik pada pasien maupun phantom selama pendidikan profesi dapat menjadi kebiasaan hingga menjadi dokter gigi. Tujuan: Mengetahui perbedaan postural stress antara mahasiswa profesi yang melakukan tindakan penumpatan gigi pada pasien dan pada phantom di RSGM IIK Bhakti Wiyata Kediri. Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah analitik observasional dengan rancangan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 50 responden yang dipilih secara acak menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara mengamati dan mendokumentasikan posisi kerja responden kemudian melakukan penilaian postural stress menggunakan metode Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA). Hasil: Analisis data menggunakan uji mann whitney memiliki nilai signifikan 0,000. Berdasarkan data tersebut maka terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan angka postural stress antara mahasiswa profesi yang melakukan tindakan penumpatan gigi pada pasien dan pada phantom di RSGM IIK Bhakti Wiyata Kediri. Kesimpulan: Postural stress mahasiswa profesi yang melakukan tindakan penumpatan gigi pada pasien lebih tinggi daripada mahasiswa profesi yang melakukan tindakan penumpatan gigi pada phantom di RSGM IIK Bhakti Wiyata Kediri.

Abstract

Abstrak, Masalah kesehatan gigi mulut berdasarkan hasil RISKESDAS selama 2 periode terakhir masih menjadi permasalahan di Indonesia. Mahalnya biaya tindakan kedokteran gigi menjadi alasan masyarakat enggan datang untuk periksa ke dokter gigi. Pencabutan gigi merupakan perawatan yang sering dilakukan tetapi edukasi tentang hal yang boleh dan tidak boleh dilakukan setelah pencabutan gigi masih sering menjadi pertanyaan banyak pasien. Tujuan penelitian ini memberikan pelayanan pencabutan gigi gratis beserta edukasi pasca pencabutan gigi dengan memanfaatkan artificial intelligence (AI). Kegiatan yang bekerja sama PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk ini berlangsung tanggal 18-20 September 2024. Pencabutan gigi gratis diberikan kepada masyarakat yang datang ke RSGM IIK Bhakti Wiyata dilanjutkan sesi edukasi pasca pencabutan gigi menggunakan media yang memanfaatkan artificial intelligence berupa flyer digital produk canva. Sebanyak 47 pasien telah menerima pencabutan gigi gratis yang kemudian diberikan edukasi “Do’s Don’ts Post Tooth Extraction” secara digital. Pasien memahami isi edukasi dengan baik karena dikemas praktis dengan flyer digital. Pasien antusias dengan pelayanan pencabutan gigi gratis dan memahami dengan baik edukasi pasca pencabutan gigi dengan memanfaatkan artificial intelligence. Abstract. Oral health problems based on RISKESDAS results for the last 2 periods are still a problem in Indonesia. The high cost of dental procedures is the reason why people are reluctant to come to see a dentist. Tooth extraction is often carried out, but education about what can and cannot be done after tooth extraction is still a frequent question for many patients. This study aims is to providing free tooth extraction services along with post-tooth extraction education by utilizing artificial intelligence (AI). Activities in collaboration with PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk will take place from 18-20 September 2024. Free tooth extractions are given to people who come to RSGM IIK Bhakti Wiyata followed by post-tooth extraction education sessions using media that utilizes artificial intelligence in the form of digital flyers for Canva products. Results. A total of 47 patients received free tooth extractions and were then given digital "Do's Don'ts Post Tooth Extraction" education. Patients understand the educational content well because it is packaged practically with digital flyers. Patients are enthusiastic about the free tooth extraction service and understand post-tooth extraction education using artificial intelligence well.

Abstract

This Research is expected to know the influence of the quality of services installation pharmaceutical a pharmaceutical, attitude officers, speed service, the provision of information and education medicine, and the availability of medicines of satisfaction outpatients at the hospital Amelia simultaneously, partial and the dominant. The results of the study can also be used as the basis in the arrangement the development program of increasing the quality of services pharmaceutical in conformity with expectation patients and renders service IFRS Amelia be an option to obtain medicine.The research is research observational analytic with the approach cross-sectional.Data analysis to research this using analysis linear regression multiple. The research results show that all dimensions the quality of services pharmaceutical influential together to satisfaction patients. Three dimensions speed service, the provision of information and education medicine and the availability of medicines influential be partial to satisfaction patients. Factors that dominant influential the quality of services pharmaceutical to satisfaction outpatients is a factor the availability of medicines.
