Abstract

The detailed spatial planning policy formulation and zoning regulations in the city of Yogyakarta are in accordance with the policy formulation process. In the implementation process, there are several stages, namely: First, policy formulation is a process to understand problems or assumptions, diagnose causes, map goals and unify different views, the two policy agendas are a process after policy formulation with policy making that has entered In the policy agenda process, the three choices of alternative policies to solve a problem are to solve a problem, the fourth policy setting is a process to establish policies or endorsements so that there is a binding legal force. The factors that influence are (1) Political factors (2) Economic (financial) factors (3) Administrative factors (Organizational) (4) Technological factors (5) Social and cultural factors (6) Defense and security factors. In the policy formulation process for Detailed Spatial Planning and Zoning Regulations in the City of Yogyakarta, cooperation with various related parties, such as from the private sector, spatial planning experts, academics, and other involved parties, is necessary. In addition, in the implementation process, there must be socialization to the community, a form of socialization such as deliberation (two-way communication), so that there is no friction against the community or related parties. Furthermore, in explaining the zoning regulations, it must be in accordance with the designated zone and pay attention to several aspects such as accuracy, land suitability, and other supporting aspects.

Abstract

English listening skill is widely considered fundamental as a basic for further mastering in English. A viewing technique changes into the most suitable option for assisting students in learning listening English. A community service program is implemented to teach listening by using viewing techniques for the students of Global Prestasi English Center. Students are treated with movie-viewing techniques. These include fast forward, silent viewing of language, English learners are assisted to boost listening skills, freeze frame, and partial viewing. It is carried out in fifteen meetings weekday timetable. Students’ responses for the levels of appropriateness are mostly appropriate and absolutely appropriate. These responses are a number student of 93.2% to recognize words meaning, 97.7% to enrich new vocabulary, 86,3% to identify expressions and ideas, 90,9% to improve pronunciation and spelling, 83,1% to recall important words, 81,8% to avoid similar sounds, 93,2% acknowledge to predict or confirm meaning, 93,2% distinguish between sounds, 72,7% understand native speaker accent, and 97,7% listening activity icebreaker.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji strategi pemerintah desa dalam meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat melalui pengembangan Wisata Napal Manjur di Desa Terusan, Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara. Wisata ini memiliki potensi alam yang menarik, seperti kebun jeruk yang rimbun dan air yang sejuk, namun belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, serta analisis data dengan reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pengembangan yang dilakukan meliputi penyediaan sarana prasarana seperti perbaikan jalan, pembangunan spot foto, toilet, tempat berjualan, lahan parkir, serta promosi melalui media sosial dan undangan kepada dinas terkait. Diharapkan, upaya ini dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat Desa Terusan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana strategi penanganan illegal logging dengan penguatan jalur koordinatif lintas sectoral. Dengan memperhatikan kaidah konsep strategi dan jalur koordinatif lintas sectoral diharapkan dapat meminimalisir dan mengantisipasi terjadinya illegal logging di wilayah XIII Lakitan Bukti Cogong Kabupaten Musi Rawas. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan sumber data primer dan sekunder dan untuk mengumpulkan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Serta untuk menganalisis data penelitian ini menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) kebijakan yang tepat dan baik akan menghasilkan penanganan illegal logging dengan indikator ketepatan kebijakan dan pelaksanaan kebijakan, 2) strategi penanganan illegal logging melalui penguatan jalur koordinatif lintas sectoral dengan dukungan internal dan dukungan masyarakat, 3) komunikasi sebagai strategi penanganan illegal logging dengan indikator masukan informasi dan keputusan yang responsif. Oleh karena itu, strategi penanganan illegal logging melalui jalur koordinatif lintas sectoral harus diterapkan dan diharapkan dapat tercapai dan sesuai dengan tujuan yang ada.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to see how personal branding or Prana Putra Sohe through Instagram @Prana_Putra_Sohe as town major of Lubuklinggau increasing local people satisfaction. This is quantitative study through questionnaire, observation and documentation. Population of this study is taken from the 51.300 followers of town major Instagram of Lubuklinggau namely @Prana_Putra_Sohe in march of 2023. The sample is taken by using random sampling and Taro Yamane formula such of 100 samples. Analyzing data of this study validity, realibility, simple linear regression, T test and determinant cooficient test (R2). The data is analyzed by using SPSS program version 26. The result of cooficient determination is 0,564 as percentage of 56,4 percent by means the variable of society satisfaction is affected by Personal Branding with 56,4 percent. T test result namely T count 11,268 is bigher than T table with 9,237 and significance value of 0,000 by means H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. The result of T test proses the hypothesis namely “There’s a significance effect between Personal Branding toward local people satisfaction in Instagram of town major of Lubuklinggau which is proven true”.
