Abstract

KKM UNIBA Group 63 conducted a mentoring program for the community of Sukajadi Village, Carita District, in selling pindang fish crackers on the Shopee marketplace to improve digital skills, expand market reach, and increase community income through online marketing. Sukajadi Village is famous for the production of quality pindang fish crackers, but the sales of these products are still limited to the local market due to lack of access and knowledge about digital marketing. The assistance was carried out through several stages, namely training on the use of the Shopee platform, creating a seller account, developing a digital marketing strategy, and optimizing product listings. The results of this mentoring showed a significant increase in the community's knowledge and skills regarding online sales. The community is able to create and manage an online store on Shopee, utilize the available features to increase product visibility, and organize effective promotional strategies. Sales of pindang fish crackers through Shopee increased significantly, as evidenced by the increase in the number of orders and revenue. In addition, the program also has a positive impact on the economic empowerment of the village community, with more community members involved in the production process and product sales.

Abstract

The right sales strategy can drive increased turnover. Digital marketing is the most effective media and strategy in expanding market reach. This is one way for a group of women in Sindang Karya Village - Anyer, Banten, to advance their products. Currently, the marketing is still conventional and simple. So that the turnover obtained has not been maximized, and product branding has not been achieved as a superior product. This devotion aims to utilize E-Commerse as an optimization of digital marketing in increasing sales of MSME products and processed home products managed by women's groups in Sindang Karya Village, Anyer - Banten. As the role of women as the main actors in local economic activities, digital marketing strategies are expected to be the main driver in expanding market reach and increasing village community income. This research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection through observation, interviews, literature studies, and training conducted for 6 meetings by providing materials on digital marketing. The results showed that the application of appropriate digital marketing strategies, such as the use of social media, marketplaces, and attractive marketing content, can optimize the sales of local products and empower women in the area

Abstract

The 2024 election in Indonesia faces the challenge of attracting the attention of Generation Z, young voters with unique characteristics and communication preferences. Legislative candidates are required to adjust their political communication styles to effectively capture interest and gain support from this generation. This study aims to analyze the political communication style employed by young legislative candidates in approaching Generation Z voters. The research method uses content analysis with a qualitative approach, examining communication styles through published content. The subjects of this study are young legislative candidates in the electoral district (Dapil) of Banten 1. The study concludes that to gain the attention and electability of Generation Z in the 2024 election, candidates should use an interpersonal communication style that is transparent and effective, utilizing visual aids and social media as primary platforms. Political communication that is simpler, relevant, effective, and authentic is the form of communication that Generation Z needs in the election

Abstract

Frontline bureaucrats, often called street-level bureaucrats, play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of public policies. They interact directly with the public in delivering public services and running government programmes. Therefore, understanding their role is crucial to realising effective, efficient and accountable policies. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by collecting data from various sources and then analysing it. Research Objectives to determine Public Service Delivery, Implementation of Government Programmes, Interaction with the Community, Policy Evaluation, Agent of Change. Understanding the roles and challenges of frontline bureaucrats, as well as efforts to improve their roles, is essential to realising good governance and public policies that benefit the community

Abstract

Batik is one of the archipelago's treasures that is increasingly being marketed optimally. Batik 786 ‘Batikna Urang Banten’, one of the MSMEs in Kolelet Wetan Village, Rangkasbitung, Banten, has been in existence for five years but has not yet been touched by digitalization. As a result, its marketing is still done in a conventional manner. The production site is also not easily accessible to a wider market, so Batik 786 needs additional efforts to boost its sales and brand recognition. This initiative aims to expand Batik 786's target market through digital marketing by creating an account on one of Indonesia's e-commerce platforms, Shopee. The initiative is carried out in the form of training sessions with four meetings. From an introduction to e-commerce to a simulation of the checkout process until the product reaches the consumer. The materials provided by the Student Work Study Program (KKM) Group 56 of Bina Bangsa University have helped Batik 786 become digitally literate and ready to compete in the national market. The results of this community service initiative demonstrate an increase in Batik 786's capacity in digital marketing. The owner of Batik 786 can now easily expand their marketing efforts optimally through digital marketing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas implementasi program pembangunan infrastruktur ruas Jalan Rangkasbitung–Gajrug oleh Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (PUPR) Kabupaten Lebak. Jalan ini memiliki fungsi strategis sebagai penghubung antarwilayah serta mendukung mobilitas masyarakat, distribusi hasil pertanian, dan akses menuju destinasi wisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana program pembangunan tersebut telah diimplementasikan secara efektif. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis dilakukan berdasarkan teori implementasi kebijakan dari George C. Edwards III yang terdiri dari empat variabel utama: komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi pelaksana, dan struktur birokrasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi antar pihak terkait cukup baik, meskipun belum sepenuhnya sistematis. Sumber daya manusia yang tersedia dinilai kompeten, namun jumlahnya masih terbatas. Dari sisi anggaran, alokasi dana belum sepenuhnya mencukupi sehingga menuntut penyesuaian teknis. Komitmen pelaksana tinggi, namun pengambilan keputusan tetap terpusat pada pimpinan. Struktur birokrasi sudah mendukung, meskipun fleksibilitas masih perlu ditingkatkan. Kesimpulannya, implementasi program belum berjalan optimal dan membutuhkan peningkatan dalam hal koordinasi, sumber daya, serta dukungan anggaran. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan SDM, monitoring yang berkelanjutan, dan perencanaan berbasis kebutuhan untuk keberhasilan pembangunan infrastruktur jalan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of the Department of Tourism and Culture (Disparbud) of Pandeglang Regency in increasing local revenue (PAD) through the management of the tourism object at Cisiih Beach (Parta Beach) in Cimanggu District. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The study adopts the tourism management theory proposed by Andi Mappi Sammeng (2000), which includes three main aspects: development, institutionalization, and regulation. The findings reveal that the role of Disparbud in managing Cisiih Beach has not been optimal. Several obstacles were identified, including the lack of infrastructure, limited digital promotion, and low community involvement. Nevertheless, the tourism office has made several efforts such as internal promotions, coordination with local businesses, and environmental education for local residents. It is recommended that stronger synergy between the local government, community, and private sector be established. Additionally, the formulation of technical regulations and structured community empowerment programs are needed to ensure sustainable tourism management and contribute to the growth of local revenue in Pandeglang Regency.

Abstract

Advances in digital technology in global competition are encouraging Generation Z to develop competencies in digital marketing. Therefore, through the ‘Gen Z Melek Digital’ training at SMK Darul Ulum – Rangkasbitung, Banten, digital literacy among students can be strengthened. The objective of this study is to encourage the formation of a mindset about digital entrepreneurship, particularly in vocational schools, by increasing interest in digital business through online platforms. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach using data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation during the training. The research subjects are 12th grade students at SMK Darul Ulum – Rangkasbitung, Banten. The findings indicate that this enhancement plays a crucial role in preparing Generation Z to adapt to technological advancements aligned with industry needs. This training program is effective in improving students’ understanding of digital marketing, social media optimization strategies, and practical content creation skills. Based on these findings, digital literacy enhancement for Gen Z can be conducted continuously by collaborating with industry as a support for practical learning.
