Abstract

Non-military personnel are a complement (complementary) of Indonesian Armed Forces soldiers. Therefore, NonMilitary Personnel and Indonesian Armed Forces soldiers are an integrated unit and are responsible for carrying out the main tasks of the Indonesian Armed Forces. This integration must be reflected in all levels of the organization and the roles of each. The use of Non-Military Personnel within the Indonesian Armed Forces environment is carried out based on the consideration that there are needs and demands for specific tasks that are more effective and efficient when held by Indonesian Armed Forces Non-Military Personnel, so as to ensure the continuity of the Indonesian Armed Forces's main tasks. The research objectives to be achieved are to describe and analyze the Effectiveness of the Education and Training Program (Training) in the Regulation of the Indonesian Armed Forces Commander Number 161/XII/2011 concerning the Development of Non-Military Personnel in the Account Office of the Regional Financial Officers Koarmada II as well as describe and analyze factors support and inhibitors. The type of research used is qualitative research. The results of the study show the Effectiveness of the Non-Military Personnel Education and Training Program (Training) for Non-Military Personnel in the Regulation of the Indonesian Armed Forces Commander Number 161/XII/2011 to Foster NonMilitary Personnel Indonesian Armed Forces Navy Personnel (Case Study of Non-Military Personnel in the Financial Management Accounts of the Regional Military Command II) Based on the 5 variables that the author conveys can be it was concluded that the education and training programs were quite effective in improving the performance of Non-Military Personnel both in terms of knowledge, skills and attitudes and behavior of NonMilitary Personnel. The effectiveness of the education and training program (Diklat) on the implementation of education and training to improve the performance of Non-Military Personnel, it can be concluded that with the implementation of education and training many Non-Military Personnel have experienced changes, both changes in behavior and changes in work attitudes. Abstract

The State and the private universities in Indonesia are categorized as one of the national instruments to improve the quality of life in the community, nation and state. Meanwhile, the work performance of private university lecturers is quite lagging compared to lecturers in state universities. Although improving the quality of higher education cannot be separated from the improvement of the quality of its main resources, namely lecturers, with the main task of Tri Dharma; teaching, research and service to the community.This study examines the influence of organizational culture factors, individual characteristicistics, and lecturer competence on the achievement motivation and work performance of lecturers at private higher educations in Indonesia, in which achievement motivation and individual characteristic as mediator variables for the relationship between organizational culture and work performance. A total of 100 questionnaires were distributed to the research locations, and all of them were returned completely filled in, and could be processed using PLS Smart4 Structural Equation Modeling statistics. The results of the study show that organizational culture factors, individual characteristic and achievement motivation have direct, positive and significant influence on the work performance of lecturers at private higher educations in Indonesia. In particular, organizational culture also has direct and significant influence on competence, individual characteristic and achievement motivation. However, achievement motivation is partial mediator for the relationship between organizational culture and lecturer work performance. Meanwhile, individual characteristic are partial mediators of the relationship between organizational culture and work performance. Meanwhile, lecturer competency is partial mediator for the relationship between organizational culture and lecturer achievement motivation. With this, it can be understood why there is lag in the achievements of lecturers at private higher educations compared to lecturers at state higher educations in Indonesia. It is hoped that this research can contribute to government policy and academic literature to improve the work performance of lecturers at private higher educations in Indonesia.

Abstract

The aim of the research in writing this thesis is to determine and analyze the influence of work culture on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus, to determine and analyze the influence of discipline on the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus and to determine and analyze the influence of work culture and discipline together on the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus. . This research is analytical observational research, namely the researcher makes direct observations of respondents by distributing questionnaires for analysis using quantitative research methods. Regarding research, the author used a saturated sampling technique. In this research, the author narrowed the population to 50 employees at the Pasar Minggu District Office, South Jakarta. There is an influence of Work Culture (X1) on Employee Performance (Y), because the t value for variable X1 (Work Culture) is 7.913, while the t table value for N = 70 is 1.994. So 7.913 > 1.994, it can be concluded that partially the Work Culture variable (X1) has an effect on Employee Performance (Y). There is an influence of Discipline (X2) on Employee Performance (Y), because the t value for variable X2 (Discipline) is 10.755, while the t table value for N = 70 is 1.994. So 10.755 > 1.994. It can be concluded that partially the Discipline variable (X2) has an effect on Employee Performance (Y). There is an influence of Work Culture (X1) and Discipline (X2) together on Employee Performance (Y), it is proven that the Fcount value is 302.318, while the Ftable ( 0.05) for n = 70 is 2.74. So Fcount > from Ftable ( 0.05) or 302.318 > 2.74 with a significant level of 0.000 because 0.000 < 0.05, then it can be said that Work Culture (X1) and Discipline (X2) together or simultaneously have a positive effect on Performance of employees at the Pasar Minggu District Office, South Jakarta (Y) with an R Square value of 0.900. This shows that 90% of Work Culture (X1) and Discipline (X2) together influence the performance of employees at the Pasar Minggu District Office, South Jakarta (Y), while the remaining 10% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research.

Abstract

The banking industry faces tight competition in credit distribution, so an effective marketing strategy is needed to increase the attractiveness of credit products for customers. This study aims to analyze the effect of market segmentation, promotion strategy, and interest rates on the distribution of Mandiri Multipurpose Credit (KSM) at Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk - North Jakarta. The research method used is a quantitative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires on 286 samples with a Likert scale and analyzed using statistical software Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research sample consisted of customers who had applied for and received KSM at Bank Mandiri North Jakarta. The independent variables in this study include market segmentation, promotion strategy, and interest rates as mediator variables, while the dependent variable is KSM distribution. The results showed that market segmentation did not have a significant effect on KSM distribution, which indicated that customer mapping based on certain characteristics did not always increase the effectiveness of credit distribution. Promotional strategies contribute significantly to attracting customers to apply for KSM. Interest rates also do not have a significant effect on KSM distribution, so this factor is not the main determinant in customer decisions to apply for KSM. Meanwhile, interest rates are not a mediator variable for the relationship between market segmentation and promotional strategies on KSM distribution. In conclusion, effective marketing strategies, especially in Market Segmentation that affect Interest Rates, can increase KSM distribution. However, interest rate factors need to be considered in designing credit policies to remain competitive in the market. The recommendation of this study is for Bank Mandiri to continue to develop more specific segmentation-based marketing strategies and offer attractive promotional programs to increase KSM distribution.

Abstract

One of the efforts to strengthen the role of women in the family context to improve overall family health and welfare is the Increasing the Role of Women towards a Healthy and Prosperous Family program. After one year, an analysis was carried out to find out what factors affect the effectiveness of this program. Specifically examine the influence of participation factors in programs, education, training, access to resources, culture and norms on increasing the role of women in the family and further on family welfare. Also culture and norms as moderator variables for the influence between changes in roles in the family on family well-being. Respondents were program participants, and were immediately interviewed for filling out questionnaires, which were processed with PLS Smart4 Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) statistics. The findings of this study are that participation factors in programs, education, training, access to resources to change the role of women in the family play a role in the effectiveness of family welfare programs. Culture and norms proved to be moderator variables for the influence of changing roles in the family on family well-being. Meanwhile, culture and norms are not moderator variables for the influence of participant participation in programs and training education held on participants' access to resources. With this, it can be understood what factors need to be done to be fostered and improved, so as to accelerate the success process of the program to increase the role of women towards a healthy and prosperous family in Indonesia.

Abstract

Peran Pusdatin Kemhan sebagai Walidata Kementerian Pertahanan memerlukan sumber daya manusia dengan kompetensi tinggi untuk penyelenggaraan layanan data terbuka, yang didukung oleh budaya kerja dan komitmen organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Pusat Data dan Informasi Kementerian Pertahanan. 2) Mengetahui pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. 3) Mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. 4) Membuktikan bahwa komitmen organisasi menjadi variabel mediasi antara kompetensi dan kinerja pegawai. 5) Membuktikan bahwa komitmen organisasi menjadi variabel mediasi antara budaya kerja dan kinerja pegawai. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif dan inferensial melalui survei pada 140 orang. Teknik sampling menggunakan stratified random sampling, menghasilkan 104 responden berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert 1-5 dan dianalisis menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Model) dengan software SmartPLS V3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi, budaya kerja, dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Pusat Data dan Informasi Kementerian Pertahanan. Hubungan tidak langsung menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi (Partial Mediation). Namun, hubungan antara budaya kerja dan kinerja pegawai melalui komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi tidak signifikan, artinya komitmen organisasi bukan sebagai mediasi (Unmediated). Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya kompetensi, budaya kerja, dan komitmen organisasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, dengan komitmen organisasi memainkan peran mediasi antara kompetensi,budaya kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh demosi, mutasi, dan promosi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan motivasi sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan satuan pengamanan di Bank Indonesia Kantor Pusat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui survei yang melibatkan 109 responden serta menunjukkan terdapat 5 (lima) variable dengan 7 (tujuh) hipotesis yang pengujiannya menggunakan Smart PLS versi 4.0. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa demosi memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja, promosi jabatan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja, mutasi jabatan tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, motivasi secara langsung juga tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, motivasi tidak terbukti sebagai mediasi hubungan antara demosi, mutasi dan promosi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan hasil tidak dapat mempengaruhi/tidak signifikan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa strategi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang berfokus pada demosi dan promosi dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, sedangkan mutasi serta motivasi sebaiknya diminimalisir karena dapat menurunkan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pemahaman mengenai dinamika pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di satuan pengamanan, khususnya PT TDP sebagai perusahaan penyedia jasa pengamanan yang memperkerjakan karyawannya di Bank Indonesia Kantor Pusat.

Abstract

The progress of an organization can be seen from changes towards the good, especially in achieving the goals that have been set, both private organizations and government agencies, will not be separated from the support of human resources owned by the organization. This study aims to reveal: 1) Is there an influence of communication on employee work effectiveness; 2) Is there an influence of employee status on employee work effectiveness.; 3) Is there an influence of communication and employee status together on employee work effectiveness. The method used in this study is quantitative with a survey approach. The population of this study were employees at the Directorate of Research and Community Service (DPPM) of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology. The sampling technique used in this study was random sampling. Research data were obtained through the Communication, Employee Status and Work Effectiveness instruments. The results of the study 1) Communication has a significant effect on employee work effectiveness at DPPM of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology.; 2) Employee Status has an effect but is not significant on Employee Work Effectiveness at DPPM of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology.; 3) Communication partially has a significant influence, while Employment Status does not have a significant influence.

Abstract

In today’s competitive business landscape, service quality and employee performance are critical determinants of customer satisfaction, especially within contact centre environments. This study investigates the simultaneous impact of service quality and employee performance on customer satisfaction at PT Astra Honda Motor’s (AHM) Contact Centre. Using a quantitative approach with descriptive and verificative methods, data were collected from 100 customers who interacted with the Contact Centre between October 2024 and January 2025. The research employed a structured questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale and analyzed data using SPSS version 25. Results from the t-test show that both service quality and employee performance have a significant and positive partial effect on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the F-test confirms their simultaneous influence, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.214, indicating that 21.4% of the variance in customer satisfaction can be explained by the two variables. These findings are supported by previous studies and emphasize the importance of responsiveness, reliability, competence, and communication in enhancing customer experience. The study concludes that improving service delivery and empowering employees are essential strategies for increasing customer satisfaction and fostering loyalty in competitive service-driven industries like
