Abstract

Salah satu strategi pembangunan guna mengurangi kemiskinan serta pemerataan kesejahteraan masyarakat pemerintah Indonesia sudah merancang kenaikan pendapatan nasional dari sektor pengiriman migran ke luar negara. Indonesia diketahui sebagai sumber pengiriman tenaga kerja migran terbanyak ke- 2 setelah Filipina di tingkatan Asean. Saat ini pendapatan terbanyak non-pajak yakni dari pengiriman tenaga kerja migran. Selama ini pemerintah masih terkesan kurang seirus dalam menuntaskan kasus PMI, kebijakan-kebijakan yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah tidak pernah memberikan solusi yang tepat terhadap para pekerja migran Indonesia. Sedangkan disisi lain ketidak mampuan negeri dalam melaksanakan amanat Undang Undang Dasar 45 guna menjamin hak untuk warga negaranya memperoleh pekerjaan serta penghidupan yang layak membuat negeri terkesan lepas tangan terhadap kasus PMI yang ada. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah guna mengetahui kenapa Indonesia mengurangi tenaga kerja sektor informal, guna membandingkan strategi perencanaan SDM di sektor migran serta pemerintahan lebih dahulu dan mengenali kenapa sektor infornal justru membagikan devisa negeri yang sangat besar dari sektor tenaga kerja migran. Untuk itu pemerintah perlu mempersiapkan suatu strategi baru serta terobosan kebijakan mengembangkan pekerja migran Indonesia.

Abstract

Pemasaran Internasional adalah kegiatan bisnis yang bersifat merencanakan, menetapkan harga, memperomosikan dan mengarahkan aliran barang dan jasa perusahaan kepada konsumen atau pengguna di lebih dari satu negara untuk mendapatkan keuntungan. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan jenis penelitisn Kualitatif Deskriptif. Penelitian Deskriptif memiliki tujuan utama untuk menjelaskan dan menggambarkan fenomena atau peristiwa yang diteliti. Penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif dapat memberikan gambaran tentang suatu masalah, faktor, fakta, peristiwa dan realita secara luas dan mendalam sehingga diperoleh suatu pemahaman baru, maka metode kualitatif akan lebih tepat.Bentuk pemasaran terbaru dan modern yang kian memudahkan penggunanya adalah E-commerce. Maka perlu dilakukan penerapan pemanfaatan Digital Marketing. Penerapan Pemanfaatan pada Digital Marketing Pemasaran adalah proses merencanakan dan melaksanakan konsep, penerapan harga, promosi dan menghasilkan ide, barang dan jasa untuk menciptakan pertukaran yang dapat memuaskan tujuan individu maupun organisasi. Analisis strategi pemasaran adalah proses untuk menerangi dan memahami berbagai aspek strategi pemasaran suatu perusahaan atau produk. Meski tantangan selalu mengintai setiap perusahaan, namun masih banyak pebisnis yang tidak menyadari bagaimana kondisi asing dalam pemasaran inernasional.

Abstract

Anemia is a significant global health issue, with 4% of maternal deaths in developing countries still related to anemia during pregnancy. According to the World Health Organization (WHO) data from 2020, the prevalence of anemia among pregnant women remains high at 33%. In Indonesia, the prevalence of anemia among pregnant women ranges from 40% to 50%. This study aims to identify the factors associated with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women in the working area of Rasimah Ahmad Health Center, Bukittinggi City, in 2024. The research employed a descriptive analytic method with a cross-sectional approach and purposive sampling. Data analysis included both univariate and bivariate analyses. The study found no significant relationship between maternal age and the incidence of anemia in pregnant women, with a p-value of 0.072. However, there was a significant relationship between nutritional status and the incidence of anemia in pregnant women, with a p-value of 0.016. Additionally, there was a significant relationship between compliance with iron tablet consumption and the incidence of anemia, with a p-value of 0.021. Furthermore, there was a significant relationship between maternal knowledge about anemia and the incidence of anemia, with a p-value of 0.014. It can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between nutritional status, compliance in consuming fe tablets, and maternal knowledge regarding the incidence of anemia in pregnant women at the Rasimah Ahmad Community Health Center, Bukittinggi City in 2024. It is hoped that health workers at the community health center will be able to provide pregnant women with education about risk factors during pregnancy and how to deal with it so as to minimize the incidence of anemia by carrying out early detection to prevent anemia in pregnant women.

Abstract

This international Community Service activity was held at Lukmanulhakeem School, Yala, Thailand, with the aim of introducing the importance of understanding Indonesian linguistics and culture to teachers and students to strengthen cross-cultural understanding from an early age. The background of this program is based on the need for an understanding of cultural diversity from an early age as an effort to build tolerance and solidarity in the educational environment. The methods used are interactive training, cross-cultural discussions, and field visits. The material provided includes an introduction to the basic vocabulary of Indonesian language and culture, such as greetings and traditional foods and gotong royong traditions. The results of the activity showed that as many as 35 teachers succeeded in improving their understanding of the linguistic concepts of Indonesian culture. In conclusion, this program has succeeded in creating harmonious cross-cultural relationships and has a positive impact on improving the quality of education at Lukmanulhakeem School. For the continuation of this program, further assistance and the provision of technology-based learning media are needed to support the sustainability of implementation in partner schools.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Company Size (SIZE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Profitability (ROA) on Company Value at BUMN Commercial Banks on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used is secondary data and the method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 20 program to obtain a comprehensive picture of the relationship between one variable and another. The sample of this study consisted of 4 banks from 2012 - 2019 using saturated sampling as a sampling method. The results of this study indicate that the ERM, Company Size and Profitability variables have a significant effect on the Value sometimes with a significance level of less than 5%, while DER partially has no significant effect. The results of simultaneous regression analysis show that ERM, SIZE, DER and ROA together affect Firm Value. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) of the results of this study is 0.665, which means that the four variables are able to influence 66.50% and the rest is influenced by other proportions that are not variables in this study

Abstract

In the digital era, influencer-based marketing has become one of the most effective strategies for reaching millennial and Gen Z markets. This study aims to analyze the impact of influencer-based marketing on new product launch strategies, particularly in creating brand awareness, enhancing consumer engagement, and driving purchasing decisions. The research approach uses a quantitative method with data collection through surveys of 250 respondents from the millennial and Gen Z segments in Indonesia. The analysis results indicate that relevant, authentic, and interactive content delivered by influencers has a significant impact on the success of new product launches. Additionally, the level of consumer trust in influencers also affects the effectiveness of the marketing campaign. This research provides practical contributions for companies to design more targeted and relevant influencer-based marketing strategies that align with the characteristics of millennial and Gen Z markets. By understanding the key factors that influence the success of influencer-based marketing, companies can maximize opportunities to effectively introduce new products in an increasingly competitive market.

Abstract

Era ekonomi kreatif telah mendorong pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk beradaptasi dengan teknologi digital sebagai strategi pemasaran. Namun, realitas di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar masyarakat Desa Sukarame, Kecamatan Carita, Banten, masih enggan beralih dari metode manual ke sistem digital, termasuk dalam hal transaksi non-tunai seperti QRIS. Berdasarkan hasil Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang dilakukan, ditemukan bahwa pelaku UMKM produk emping dan kripik pisang cenderung hanya memasarkan produknya secara lokal dan belum mengoptimalkan platform digital. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kendala adopsi digital marketing di kalangan UMKM desa serta merumuskan strategi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan perluasan pasar produk lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif berdasarkan observasi lapangan, wawancara mendalam, dan studi pustaka. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan literasi digital, pelatihan berkelanjutan, serta pendampingan implementasi teknologi pemasaran digital sangat dibutuhkan. Artikel ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan dalam merancang program pemberdayaan berbasis digital di wilayah pedesaan

Abstract

In the study, the population was the Air Crew of the Air Police Directorate totaling 200, a sample of 20% of the population of 40 people. The t-value for X1 (Work-Life Balance) was 2.691, the t-table value for N = 40 was 2.021. So 2.691> 2.021, because t count> t table, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, it is concluded that Work-Life Balance (X1) has an influence on Work Commitment, The t-value for variable X2 (Job Stress) was 2.573, while the t-table value for N = 40 was 2.021. So 2.573> 2.021, because t count> t table, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, it can be concluded that Work Stress (X2) has a good influence in improving service quality, This is evident from the results obtained that the t-value is greater than the t-table value. In the ANOVA results above, it shows the F count value for both variables, namely Work-Life Balance (X1) and Job Stress (X2), the F count value is 7.860. While F table ( 0.05) N = 40 is 2.84. So F count > F table or 7.860 > 2.84. Thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. It can be concluded that between Work Life Balance and Job Stress together (simultaneously) have a good effect in increasing Work Commitment. This is proven by the calculated F value obtained is greater than the F table value that has been set. The R value (large) shows the combined relationship between the two independent variables X1 and X2 to the dependent variable Y is 0.546. This shows that the two independent variables, namely X1 and X2, together have a significant relationship of 54.6%. The remaining 45.4% is related to other factors. And the R Square value of 0.298 means that the two variables X1 and X2 together have an effect of 29.8% and the remaining 70.2% is influenced by other factors not observed by the author.

Abstract

Polisi Republik Indonesia merupakan salah satu institusi yang mengemban fungsi pelayanan kepada masyarakat sehingga Polisi Republik Indonesia dituntut untuk memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik pada masyarakat, dengan cara menunjukkan kinerja yang baik, profesional dan handal dalam bidangnya. Berdasarkan kesenjangan penelitian dan fenomena Gap yang ada, penelitian ini akan mengembangkan model peningkatan hard working dan motivasi berprestasi (need of achievements) personil Kepolisian Resor Jakarta Timur yang diharapkan akan mampu mendukung kinerja personil. Populasi yang ditetapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Anggota Polres Jakarta Timur yang berjumlah 356 orang. Adapun metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive Sampling. Sample dalam penelitian ini adalah anggota Polisi yang mengikuti pelatihan dan kejuruan kompetensi khusus dan kompetensi utama Kepolisian berjumlah 110 orang. Pengukuran menggunakan likert 1 s/d 5 dan data diolah dengan menggunakan SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Need for Achievement, Need for Power memiliki hubungan yang positif signifikan terhadap Hard Working; Need for Affiliation memiliki hubungan yang negative signifikan terhadap Hard Working; Need for Achievement, Need for Power dan Need for Affiliation memiliki hubungan yang positif signifikan terhadap Smart working. Hard working tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja SDM sedangkan Smart working memiliki hubungan yang positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja SDM.
