Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the Problems of Broken Home on Mental and Student Achievement in Grade IV at Public Alementary School 23 Lolong, North Padang District, Padang City. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive type. The subjects of this research are fourth grade teachers and students. This research was conducted at Public Alementary School 23 Lolong, North Padang District, Padang City in July 2022. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. . The results showed that the problems of broken homes in students caused differences in interest in learning, which came from broken home families, but it cannot be denied that there are also some children who have a high interest in learning even though they come from broken home families. Parents and teachers have an important role in the mental and learning achievements of children, namely teachers must pay more attention to the learning of children who experience broken homes and parents must be able to establish good relationships with children even though they are divorced from their husbands or wives, because students who experience the impact of a broken home looking for someone or a friend who can provide motivation to be more enthusiastic in living life, and to have an interest in learning and learning achievement that is increasing than before and getting achievements in school

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan hasil observasi diperoleh kemampuan bertanya dan hasil belajar IPA siswa di SDN Gebang 03 masih rendah. Salah satu upaya untuk menatasi permalsahan tersebut dibutuhkan media pembelajaran multimedia yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa era digital. Peneliti dalam hal ini mengembangkan e-worksheet berbasis pendekatan saintifik dalam pembelajaran IPA. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan e-worksheet berbasis pendekatan saintifik dengan pendekatan saitifik dalam pembelajaran IPA yang valid, praktis, dan efektif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah R&D menggunakan model ADDIE dengan subjek penelitian adalah semua siswa kelas VI di SDN Gebang 03 Kecamatan Patrang Kabupaten Jember. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kevalidan silabus, RPP, e-worksheet, bahan ajar, tes hasil belajar diperoleh kategori nilai modus 4 yang berkategori sangat valid. Kepraktisan e-worksheetberbasis pendekatan saintifik berdasarkan hasil penilaian tiga observer pada dua kelas menyatakan bahwa e-worksheetyang dikembangkan sangat praktis dengan berada pada 98,82%. Keefektifan E-LKPD berbasis pendekatan saintifik berdasarkan hasil N-Gain yang diperoleh dari pre-test dan post-test diperoleh kategori tinggi, sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa E-LKPD berbasis pendekatan saintifik dinyatakan efektif digunakan dan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan bertanya dan hasil belajar siswa.Abstract:  This study was conducted based on the results of observations obtained that the ability to ask questions and science learning outcomes of students at SDN Gebang 03 were still low. One effort to overcome this problem requires multimedia learning media that is in accordance with the needs of students in the digital era. Researchers in this case developed e-worksheets based on a scientific approach in science learning. The purpose of this study was to develop e-worksheets based on a scientific approach with a scientific approach in science learning that is valid, practical, and effective. This type of research is R&D using the ADDIE model with the research subjects being all sixth grade students at SDN Gebang 03, Patrang District, Jember Regency. The results showed that the validity of the syllabus, lesson plans, e-worksheets, teaching materials, and learning outcome tests obtained a category of mode 4 which is categorized as very valid. The practicality of e-worksheets based on a scientific approach based on the assessment results of three observers in two classes stated that the e-worksheets developed were very practical at 98.82%. The effectiveness of E-LKPD based on a scientific approach based on the N-Gain results obtained from the pre-test and post-test obtained a high category, so it can be stated that E-LKPD based on a scientific approach is effective to use and can improve students' questioning skills and learning outcomes.

Abstract

The 21st-century learning paradigm confronts students with various challenges. Students are required to be able to think at a higher level to face the challenges of the 21st century. Higher order thinking skills are divided into critical, problem-solving, and creative thinking. One learning media that can hone students' higher-order thinking skills is student worksheets. This study aims to produce student worksheets oriented to higher-order thinking skills to improve higher-order thinking skills for first semester X grade students. This type of research is development research using a 4D model. The subjects of this study were 62 students of class X in the first semester and one biology teacher. This research is limited to analyzing the school's needs for developing LKPD, which is oriented towards higher order thinking skills in the first semester of biology class X. This study uses a survey technique. The results showed that LKPD oriented to higher order thinking skills needs to be developed to train critical thinking skills, problem-solving and creative thinking.

Abstract

Penelitian Ini Meneliti Tentang Peran Notaris Dalam Membuat Akta Hukum Sesuai Dengan Undang-Undang Jabatan Notaris Berdasarkan Teori Kemanfaatan. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah dalam menjalankan jabatan notaris upaya apa yang dilakukan untuk dapat mencapai kemanfaatan fungsi notaris dan keadilan dalam membuat akta hukum sesuai dengan undang-undang jabatan notaris. Penelitian yang berjenis penelitian hukum normatif ini adalah penelitian yang dapat berupa usaha inventarisasi hukum positif, penelitian yang dapat berupa usaha penemuan asas-asas dan dasar falsafah (dogma atau doktrin) hukum positif, atau penelitian yang berupa usaha penemuan hukum in concreto yang layak diterapkan untuk menyelesaikan suatu perkara hukum tertentu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Notaris hendaknya senantiasa berperilaku sesuai Kode Etik Notaris dan Kepatuhan pada Etika Profesi Notaris sangat bergantung pada akhlak notaris yang bersangkutan. Peran notaris dalam penerapan teori kemanfaatan atas akta yang dibuat di hadapannya sangatlah penting yaitu untuk dapat menjadikan akta itu sebagai alat bukti yang berkekuatan sempurna di muka pengadilan. Notaris harus menaati mekanisme pembuatan akta yang diawali dari tahap pembuatan akta hingga tahap peresmian akta. Untuk menerapkan teori kemanfaatan upaya pertama, upaya dari dalam diri notaris yaitu menaati aturan mekanisme tata cara pembuatan akta otentik sehingga menghasilkan nilai-nilai otentik. upaya kedua, notaris harus meningkatkan integritas moral yang tinggi dalam menerapkan keilmuan dibidangnya secara maksimal.

Abstract

Penelitian memiliki tujuan menganalisis pengaruh pertumbuhan penjualan dan debt to equity ratio (DER) terhadap pertumbuhan laba subsektor food and beverage yang te  rcatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2015-2024. Data sekunder dari laporan keuangan digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Sebanyak 10 perusahaan dipilih sebagai sampel dengan total 100 data. Metode regresi linear berganda digunakan untuk mengukur pengaruh antara variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pertumbuhan penjualan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba yang mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan penjualan mampu mendorong kenaikan laba perusahaan. Sementara itu, DER berpengaruh signifikan dengan arah negatif terhadap pertumbuhan laba perusahaan, mengisyaratkan bahwa dominasi utang dalam struktur modal berpotensi menambah beban bunga serta risiko keuangan yang harus ditanggung perusahaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat Pengaruh Media Audio-Visual Terhadap Hasil Belajar Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila Siswa Kelas IV Di SD Negeri 01 Ulak Karang. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dalam proses pembelajaran masih dominan mendengarkan penjelasan guru dikelas, mencatat atau meringkas pelajaran, masih kurang menariknya media pembelajaran yang digunakan guru dalam menyampaikan pembelajaran pendidikan pancasila dan menyebabkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran pendidikan pancasila rendah. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana hasil belajar siswa setelah menggunakan Media Audi-Visual pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan bagaimana pengaruhg Media Audio-Visual terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila kelas IV SD Negeri 01 Ulak Karang. Penelitian ini adalah Kuantitatif dengan pendekatan non eksperimen kemudialn alat untuk pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, angket/ kuisioner, soal tes dan dokumentasi, sampel penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 01 Ulak Karang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dapat dilihat pada t-hitung sebesar 1,077 dan t-tabel 0,396 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa 1,077 > 0,396 serta nilai diperoleh nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan Ha diterima Ho ditolak. Jadi variabel Media Audio-Visual secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between learning Motivation and conventional teaching methods on students' learning outcomes in Civic Education. The research employed a quantitative approach with a correlational design. Data were collected through questionnaires designed to measure learning motivation, applying conventional teaching methods, and students' learning outcomes. Data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression and correlation analysis. The results revealed a significant positive relationship between learning Motivation and students' learning outcomes and a significant relationship between conventional teaching methods and students' outcomes. Learning Motivation enhances student engagement, enthusiasm, and overall learning quality. Meanwhile, while effective, conventional teaching methods can be further enhanced by integrating interactive approaches such as group discussions or visual media. The implications of this study highlight the need for teachers to design teaching strategies that are relevant to students' needs and capable of continuously motivating them. A combination of strong learning motivation and optimal implementation of conventional teaching methods is believed to effectively support students' academic success. Therefore, these factors should primarily focus on developing school learning strategies for better outcomes.

Abstract

In every crisis, questions almost always arise regarding the company's responsibility for victims resulting from the crisis. It also depends on how the media frames it. This research was conducted to determine the form of framing of news articles regarding Pertamina's responsibility for the victims of the Plumpang Depot fire. Analysis was carried out for news broadcasts by CNN Indonesia and Kompas.com. The framing analysis model used is Robert Entman. The news analyzed consisted of nine news stories from CNN Indonesia and ten news stories from Kompas.com. The research results found that these two media tend to present news from a point of view that is in line with the government, an aspect that is manifested through the prevalence of reporting that emphasizes clarification from accurate and trustworthy parties, especially from Pertamina's internal sources. The difference in reporting on CNN and Kompas lies in the focus of the reporting delivered. CNN focuses on Pertamina's accountability, while Kompas focuses on Pertamina's handling of victims affected by the Plumpang Depot fire.
