Aplikasi Siskeudes ini merupakan suatu sistem yang dikembangkan oleh BPKP dalam meningkatkan kualitas tata kelola keuangan desa. Pemerintah Padang Pariaman sudah menetapkan Siskeudes untuk diaplikasikan namun pada kenyataannya masih banyak nagari yang ada di Kecamatan 2x11 Kayutanam khususnya nagari kayu tanam ini mengalami kendala dalam mengaplikasikannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan aplikasi Siskeudes di Nagari Kayu dalam mewujudkan pengelolaan keuangan nagari yang transparan dan secara akuntabel. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Data penelitian didapatkan melalui observasi, studi dokumentasi, dan wawancara secara mendalam, kemudian dianalisis dengan tiga tahapan untuk penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Penerapan Aplikasi Siskeudes di Nagari Kayu Tanam sudah cukup baik dalam penggunaannya, dilihat dari aspek efisiensi, efektif, dan kesesuaian dalam aplikasi tersebut melalui tahap perencanaan dan tahap pelaksanaan, sedangkan belum efektif dan belum ada kesesuaian pada tahap pelaporan dan tahap pertanggungjawaban, tetapi masih banyak kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaannya, yaitu; kurangnya sumber daya manusia yang ada; pelatihan-pelatihan dari pihak kabupaten belum maksimal; keterlambatan dalam penyusunan laporan pertanggungjawaban; dan partisipasi masyarakat yang masih kurang. (2) Faktor-faktor penyebab kendala yang ditemukan dalam penggunaan sistem keuangan desa tersebut, yaitu adanya kesalahan teknis, adanya gangguan lingkungan, dan adanya kelalaian manusia. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi sistem keuangan desa (Siskeudes) di Nagari Kayu Tanam Kecamatan 2x11 Kayutanam sudah cukup baik diterapkan tetapi dalam pelaksanaannya masih ada kendala-kendala yang terjadi.

BEM (Student Executive Organization) was basically a campus executive institution that has a function to coordinate all student activities in the university environment through student organizations. However, the coordination that was carried out by BEM UNP with the student organizations within UNP for period for of 2016-2017 was not effective. The BEM and the student organizations’ work program went on singly without supporting and cooperating. The synergy among the student organizations has not yet reached. This study aims to analyze students’ perceptions of BEM UNP performance in coordinating with the student organizations in UNP for period of 2016-2017. This study used descriptive quantitative method. The sample in this study were 100 students in UNP determined with Slovin formula and Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires with Likert scale measurements and interviews. The finding of this study showed that the students’ perceptions about the coordination of BEM UNP with the students organizations in UNP for period of 2016-2017 were in the medium category with the mean of 2.68. Based on this result, BEM UNP needs more efforts to build up the communication and maintain the coordination with the student organizations, so that the synergy among the student organizations could be realized well

South Solok Regency is surrounded by hills and is fed by 13 rivers. With such natural landscapes, South Solok Regency is prone to flooding and the impact is felt by the community. Therefore, the government needs to take measures in the form of disaster risk reduction. But nature does disaster risk reduction, problems often occur which result in efforts to reduce disaster risk not maximally. So the purpose of this study is to describe the disaster risk reduction strategies implemented by the government and the factors that influence the government in reducing disaster risk. The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive techniques and analysis techniques using SWOT analysis. The results found are firstly that the district government has not optimally implemented disaster risk reduction due to insufficient budget and lack of facilities and infrastructure. Second, community participation is lacking in disaster risk reduction activities. The three communities do not protect the surrounding environment. So the government should use a strategy, first asking for financial assistance from the central and provincial governments. In addition, the business world should also provide grants to district governments to optimize disaster risk reduction activities and complete inadequate facilities and infrastructure. Second, approaching the community by visiting their homes so that the community can actively participate in disaster risk reduction. The three governments make regulations on protecting the environment.

As the executor of government policies, the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) upholds the principles that have been established based on the laws and regulations, one of which is the principle of neutrality. However, violations of ASN neutrality cannot be avoided, this problem is influenced by various motives. The Regional Head Election (pilkada) in Solok district in 2020. To see these motives, the authors conducted research using descriptive qualitative methods. Informants from the research were determined by purposive sampling technique. Data were taken by interview, observation, and documentation. Then the data is processed by source triangulation. So that the research results show that violations of ASN neutrality occur due to internal motives and external motives. The internal motives are the desire to get a better position and the emotional closeness between ASN and the candidate pair. Internally, the position is threatened if it does not side with one of the candidates who are predicted to win. The limited authority of Bawaslu in terms of following up on ASN who commits a violation is a gap for ASN to commit a violation

Merebaknya penyebaran virus corona dengan sangat cepat di tahun 2020 menyebabkan seluruh dunia harus waspada dengan mengantisipasi penyebaran virus ini. Berbagai upaya dilakukan oleh seluruh pemerintahan didunia tak terkecuali pemerintah Indonesia. Salah satu pemerintah kota kabupaten yang ikut andil dalam penanganan virus ini ialah pemerintah kota Padang dengan mengeluarkan kebijakan peraturan pemerintah kota padang nomor 49 tahun 2020. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan kebijakan peraturan pemerintah kota Padang nomor 49 tahun 2020 dalam meminimalisir perkembangan virus corona di kota Padang. Pada penelitian ini, penulis melihat pelaksanaan peraturan pemerintah kota Padang nomor 49 tahun 2020 tentang pola hidup baru (new normal) di lingkungan Universitas Negeri padang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Data penelitian didapatkan melalui observasi, studi dokumentasi, dan wawancara secara mendalam, kemudian dianalisis dengan tiga tahapan pada penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) penerapan implementasi kebijakan tersebut di dalam kehidupan lingkungan mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Padang sudah cukup baik pelaksanaannya, namun masih ada mahasiswa yang kurang patuh dalam melaksanakan kebijakan tersebut. (2) faktor penyebab ketidak patuhan mahasiswa terhadap kebijakan tersebut yaitu, dengan tidak memakai masker, tidak menjaga jarak, dan tidak mencuci tangan ketika berada di lingkungan kampus Universitas Negeri padang.Kata kunci: 1 atau lebih kata atau frase yang penting, spesifik, atau representatif bagi artikel ini

In Public sector management, public service has the main goal to realize good service by equity theory. At this time, equity theory is considered relevant because it can describe the relationship between customer perceptions of the distribution of human resources (employees). This employee’s perceptions was demanded that the employees must exhibit their capability which representation through professionalism and timeliness of employees. The novelty of this research is responsiveness as an intervening variable to increase public service. The ability of the employee to solve customer problems also to be customer assessment of service quality, especially in terms of responsiveness. In-depth, good service describe an employee’s timeliness in responding to customer needs, which one aspect to realize customer satisfaction. The objective of this research is to prove the implementation of professionalism and timeliness in increasing customer satisfaction through responsiveness as an intervening variable. This research used a quantitative method with a survey strategy. The research is located at the Class II Immigration office of Agam, West Sumatera. Data was collected using a valid and reliable questionnaire. Then, Data was analyzed using path analysis. The result of the research explains that there are influences of professionalism and timeliness as direct and indirect toward customer satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the academic service quality on the students’ satisfaction of Universitas Negeri Padang. There were still students of Universitas Negeri Padang which were complaining about the services that they found to be unsatisfactory was the background of this study. The research method which was used was a quantitative research method. The population in this study were the Universitas Negeri Padang’s students that have a year of entry in 2018 and 2020. The sample in this study used the Slovin formula with an error rate was 10% and it produced 100 samples of students. In addition, the determination of the sample in this study was carried out by using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. Data collection technique which was used was a questionnaire that was distributed to the respondents with its measurement by using a Likert scale. After the data obtained, it was analyzed by using simple linear regression. The result of this research showed that (1) The variable quality of academic service has a significant effect on the satisfaction of Universitas Negeri Padang’s students simultaneously with a significance value was 0,000 and the an adjusted R Square value was 0.681. Thus, the effect of the academic service quality on the students’ satisfaction at Universitas Negeri Padang was 68.1%. (2) The test result partially, tangible sub-variable, responsiveness, and empathy, it influenced significantly the students’ satisfaction.

Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital Simpang Empat West Pasaman is a type C private hospital that continues to progress, marked by an increase in the number of patient visits each year. The services at RSI Ibnu Sina Simpang Empat are known for the friendliness of the services provided. However, it is not uncommon for patients to complain about the lack of maximum service, one of which is in the Pharmacy Installation. This can be seen from the number of patients queuing in the Pharmacy Installation waiting room. This method uses quantitative research methods with the type of explanatory research that analyzes the relationships between a variable and other variables and tests the hypotheses that have been formulated. The population in this study were outpatients with an average monthly number of 4,886 patients obtained from the prescription record book at the Pharmacy Installation. The sample used in this study was 370 based on the Slovin Formula with a tolerance level of 5%. Sampling using simple random sampling technique.The results showed that there was a partial significant effect between tangible and patient satisfaction by 22.9%; reliability to patient satisfaction by 30.2%; empathy for patient satisfaction by 42.9%; responsiveness to patient satisfaction by 48.5%; assurance of patient satisfaction of 56.7%. And there is a stimulating influence of the five independent variables on patient satisfaction by 62.6%.

Administration is often only seen as a writing activity. Physically, administrative activities are dominated by writing activities, even though there are many theories that say administrative activities are more than that. Public administration seeks how the collective government administration process becomes a management government activity (planning, organizing, implementing, supervising development) with work mechanisms and human resource support and administrative support or governance. The implementation method that will be carried out in this community service is at the pre-implementation stage, namely the socialization of activities in the community and the implementation stage, namely the implementation of community empowerment program activities held on August 11, 2023 online through community service seminar web activities. The results of this service are increasing literacy and increasing the knowledge of the nagari community about public administration with a series of activities, namely counseling with the main objective of providing descriptions of the essence of public administration science, the development of public administration science, the challenges of public administration science and public administration strategies facing advances in information technology.

Padang Panjang with the Balance Scorecard model which describes hospital performance in 2021-2022. This research was conducted using a mixed methods method using a case study at the Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital, Padang Panjang. The data used in this research is primary data through questionnaires and secondary data through observation and document review. Performance measurement using the Balance Scorecard method includes four perspectives, namely financial, customer, internal business processes, growth and learning. The results of measuring the performance of Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital Padang Panjang in 2021-2022 from a financial perspective are very good. From a customer perspective: patient satisfaction and patient retention are good, patient acquisition is not good. Internal business process perspective: (BOR), (ALOS), (BTO) and (TOI) are not good. Growth and learning perspective Employee satisfaction, turnover and employee productivity are good, employee training is still not good. Of the 15 performance indicators measured, 9 indicators have reached the standard/target (60%), while the other 6 indicators (40%) have not reached the standard/target.
