Abstract

Academic procrastination, if left unchecked and unmanaged, will have an impact on reducing student productivity and fatally have a negative impact on their future. This research focuses on three aspects that can be personally managed by students and are seen as having a relationship to academic procrastination, namely self-efficacy, time management, and self-motivation. The sample used in this study was 150 students from the Faculty of Economics, University of Sanata Dharma, using the quantitative method and the SPSS version 25 test tool. The data were obtained by distributing questionnaires, which were then processed by Pearson Correlation Analysis using One Tailed. The results of the correlation analysis test are that (1) there is a negative relationship between self-efficacy and academic procrastination; (2) there is a negative relationship between time management and academic procrastination; and (3) there is a negative relationship between self-motivation and academic procrastination.

Abstract

Higher education is not only responsible for the processes of education and research, but also for developing student leadership through Student Executive Boards (BEM). A comprehensive BEM training program can prepare students to play important roles within organizations, develop managerial skills, communication, teamwork, and ethical principles. This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of BEM training sessions in developing organizational, communication, teamwork, and ethical skills at the Faculty of Theology, Sanata Dharma University. The training sessions consist of two main sessions. The first session, covering the basics of organization, structure, and responsibilities of BEM, provides students with a deep understanding of organizational governance and the tasks carried out by BEM executives. The second session, focusing on managing communication, teamwork, and ethics, enhances students' skills in effective communication, teamwork, and adherence to ethical principles in BEM activities. BEM training at the Faculty of Theology, Sanata Dharma University, has proven its strategic value in developing student leadership. By strengthening organizational, communication, teamwork, and ethical skills, students involved in BEM can become competent and responsible leaders in the future. This article demonstrates the efficacy of this technique in equipping students to engage in organizational activities. Following the course, students successfully reorganized the BEM organization, enhancing clarity in the roles of each member and effectively resolving internal issues through the use of learned communication strategies. Furthermore, the training facilitated BEM in enhancing their ability to effectively organize yearly events and promote transparency in decision-making. This had a positive impact on both the campus community and the broader community.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the following: (1) the effect of price on repurchase interest as mediated by consumer satisfaction, (2) the effect of promotion on repurchase interest as mediated by consumer satisfaction, and (3) the effect of service quality on repurchase interest as mediated by consumer satisfaction. Purposive sampling was employed as a sample strategy. Data was collected by sending out online surveys to 100 people. Partial Least Squares and WarpPLS 6.0 are used in the data analysis technique. According to the findings of this study, (1) consumer satisfaction moderates the effect of price on consumer repurchase interest, (2) consumer satisfaction has little effect on consumer repurchase intention when it comes to promotions, (3) consumer satisfaction does not affect repurchase intention when it comes to service quality.

Abstract

ABSTRACTBeing agile is one of the main keys for organization to be able to survive and grow in the VUCA era. Today, many organizations have begun to form agile teams to produce initiative, innovation or improvement. However, having a large number of agile teams in a company does not mean that the company has become an agile organization. To be agile, a company must transform by developing agile organizational systems and creating adaptive leaders. This study provides a conceptual framework and an analysis that discusses how the adaptive leadership model becomes a relevant leadership model for organizations, especially in the midst of uncertain situations in the new habitual adaptation era. Using literature review method, this study formulates 4 aspects that form an adaptive leadership model, namely aspects of anticipation, articulation, adaptation and accountability. Furthermore, these four aspects are translated into the main characteristics of organizational agility through the 5 key areas of the organization — strategy, structure, processes, people and technology.Keywords: adaptive leadership; organizational agility; new habitual adaptation ABSTRAKMenjadi gesit merupakan salah satu kunci utama organisasi untuk dapat bertahan dan berkembang di era VUCA. Saat ini, banyak organisasi mulai membentuk tim yang gesit untuk menghasilkan inisiatif, inovasi, atau perbaikan. Namun, memiliki tim yang gesit dalam jumlah besar dalam sebuah perusahaan tidak berarti bahwa perusahaan tersebut telah menjadi organisasi yang gesit. Untuk menjadi gesit, perusahaan harus bertransformasi dengan mengembangkan sistem organisasi yang gesit dan menciptakan pemimpin yang adaptif. Penelitian ini memberikan kerangka konseptual dan analisis yang membahas bagaimana model kepemimpinan adaptif menjadi model kepemimpinan yang relevan bagi organisasi, terutama di tengah situasi yang tidak menentu di era adaptasi kebiasaan baru. Dengan menggunakan metode literature review, penelitian ini merumuskan 4 aspek yang membentuk model kepemimpinan adaptif, yaitu aspek antisipasi, artikulasi, adaptasi dan akuntabilitas. Selanjutnya, keempat aspek ini diterjemahkan ke dalam karakteristik utama kelincahan organisasi melalui 5 bidang utama organisasi – strategi, struktur, proses, orang, dan teknologi.Kata kunci: kepemimpinan adaptif; agilitas organisasi; adaptasi kebiasaan baru

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of the work environment on employee performance at PT. Armada Finance; (2) the effect of motivation on employee performance at PT. Armada Finance; (3) the role of organizational commitment in moderating the influence of the work environment on employee performance at PT. Armada Finance, and; (4) the role of organizational commitment in moderating the effect of motivation on employee performance at PT. Armada Finance. The population in this study was all employees in the branch of PT. Armada Finance. The sampling technique used in this study is an area non probability sampling technique. The data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 45 respondents. The data analysis used was Partial Least Square (PLS) with WarpPLS 8.0 application. The results of the study show that: (1) work environment influences employee performance; (2) motivation has no effect on employee performance; (3) in the form of a quasi-moderator, organizational commitment moderates (strengthens) the influence of the work environment on employee performance, and; (4) in the form of a homologiser-moderator, organizational commitment does not moderate the effect of motivation on employee performance. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan; (2) motivasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan; (3) komitmen organisasi memoderasi (memperkuat) pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan bentuk quasi moderator, dan; (4) komitmen organisasi tidak memoderasi pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan bentuk homologiser moderator. Abstract

The community service program aimed at raising environmental awareness among the youth at St. Angela Sedayu Girls' Dormitory was conducted through three main phases: initial observation, outreach, and evaluation. The outreach provided education on environmental management, energy conservation, as well as the concepts of sustainable food consumption and slow fashion. This approach was supported by the moral and spiritual values from the encyclical Laudato Si', which emphasizes the importance of caring for the earth as our "common home."The results of the outreach demonstrated an increase in understanding and behavioral changes among the youth regarding waste sorting, reduced plastic consumption, and energy conservation. Additionally, the youth began adopting sustainable food consumption practices and decreasing their reliance on fast fashion. Although the program did not include long-term monitoring, the observed behavioral changes indicate potential sustainability if supported by appropriate management strategies. As a recommendation, the dormitory could implement a more effective waste sorting system, promote energy conservation, encourage local food consumption, and support slow fashion through creative programs. With a sustainable approach, the dormitory is expected to continue fostering an environmentally friendly culture among the youth.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dampak langsung electronic word of mouth, kualitas layanan, kualitas produk, dan store atmosphere terhadap minat beli ulang. Serta untuk mengetahui peran kepuasan konsumen sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara electronic word of mouth, kualitas layanan, kualitas produk, dan store atmosphere terhadap minat beli ulang. Sampel yang dipakai untuk penelitian ini yaitu 110 orang konsumen Mie Gacoan yang membeli produk Mie Gacoan secara dine in minimal 2 x dalam 3 bulan terakhir di cabang Mie Gacoan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan non probability dengan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan WarpPLS 8.0. Hasil yang didapat dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Electronic word of mouth secara langsung tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat beli ulang, 2) Kualitas layanan secara langsung tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat beli ulang, 3) Kualitas produk secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap minat beli ulang, 4) Store atmosphere secara langsung tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat beli ulang, 5) Kepuasan konsumen memediasi penuh (full mediation) pengaruh electronic word of mouth terhadap minat beli ulang, 6) Kepuasan konsumen memediasi penuh (full mediation) pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap minat beli ulang, 7) Kepuasan konsumen memediasi sebagian (partial mediation) pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap minat beli ulang, 8) Kepuasan konsumen memediasi penuh (full mediation) pengaruh store atmosphere terhadap minat beli ulang. Penemuan baru dalam penelitian ini terletak pada pengungkapan bahwa, meskipun electronic word of mouth dan kualitas layanan tidak memiliki dampak langsung terhadap minat beli ulang, kepuasan konsumen menjadi perantara krusial yang menghubungkan keduanya secara menyeluruh.
