In this study, researchers found English language learning problems that emerged from students, teacher strategies and learning facilities. This fear can hinder students' progress and self-confidence, some students do not yet have good English speaking skills, students still have difficulty telling their daily activities in front of the camera, so students take action. Researchers utilize technology that is often encountered by students in everyday life apart from learning English. The media is a video blog (Vlog). from this Video Blog can be the right solution because students can improve their English speaking skills as well as take advantage of technology.

This research aims to improve students' writing skills. Some students consider writing skills in English to be difficult, boring and unpleasant. Because a teacher's learning model tends to be monotonous and lacking in teaching media. Many students are familiar with smartphones, and some even use them to study. Therefore, by using smartphones teachers and students can access several applications for learning such as quiz applications which have been proven to be effective in learning English. Quizizz is a form of digital instrument that requires all your students to start practicing together in class using technological tools such as computers, iPads, tablets, or smartphones, resulting in fun training for students. This research is a quantitative research using the Pre-Experimental design method using one group pretest-posttest to see the improvement in students' writing skills using media in the form of quizzes. This research was conducted in class XI MIPA MA Al- Mu'tadil. The sample was determined by total sampling technique and the number of samples was 10 people. To assist in data processing and prevent errors in data analysis, researchers used SPSS version 22 to analyze data based on data. From the results of the analysis based on the results of the Paired Sample t Test, the 2- tailed significance value of 0.000 is less than 0.005, indicating a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test with an average value of -38.00000. This shows that there is a significant effect on the difference in the treatment given to each variable.

This study aims to analyze the role of the Bangkalan Regency Government in optimizing the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and Islamic financial institutions in the region. Given that MSMEs contribute significantly to the local economy, this study explores government policies and programs that support MSME development and how Islamic financial institutions can play a strategic role. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach through data collection through literature studies and documentation studies. The results obtained from the study indicate that government policy support, such as the provision of capital assistance and training, as well as collaboration with Islamic financial institutions, has increased financing accessibility and strengthened the capacity of MSMEs. However, challenges such as lack of financial literacy and limited infrastructure still need to be addressed. This study recommends increasing synergy between the government, MSMEs, and Islamic financial institutions to achieve optimal and sustainable performance in Bangkalan Regency.

This study aims to make the speaking skills of class X students of SMA Al-Ghozali be better by using voice note WhatsApp group as a learning medium. This research is a qualitative research that aims to find and prove that the use of this media can improve students' speaking skills. The research method used is case studies which is a research process in which researchers get systematic, factual and accurate over vier information about facts and phenomena that happen. Researchers and teachers also play a role in this research process to find out the teaching and learning process using this media and also the weaknesses in the speaking learning process. researchers used 3 instruments to collect data, namely observation, interview and documentation. The researcher made 2 times observation meeting because in the first observation meeting the student's speaking had not been successful for the purpose of this study. English teacher and 5 students became the object of this interview. The second observation meeting showed that the students' speaking skills improved after watching a narrative video, and after students made a voice recording related the video narrative. It was also found that watching the narrative video then recording a voice messages through WhatsApp group was more likely to help them improve their English. Students continue to improve their speaking skills in finding more and more English words by using the voice note WhatsApp group as the media. The indicators of successful implementation are: (1) students perform a voice note WhatsApp group in speaking classroom has a good influence on students and (2) students perceptions of voice note WhatsApp group in peaking classroom also has a great influence on students when they perform their speaking using voice note WhatsApp. In addition, this finding is also supported by the results of student speaking after using voice note WhatsApp group as media in speaking classroom.

Speaking problems is a phenomenon of new students that we see today some new students are used to using their mother tongue, they tend to use their mother tongue because they have been familiar since childhood, so it is easier to talk to each other. They feel they lack mastery of foreign languages so they lack motivation. They are not so used to using foreign languages. From the explanation above, related to the theory of (Penny Ur, 1996 in Fitri Nurhadiah, 2019) there are four factors that cause students' difficulties in speaking such as barriers, nothing to say, low or uneven participation, and the use of mother tongue. Here, the author conducted research by using qualitative approach and implement observation and interview to get the data. there are 3 factors that cause difficulties for new students in speaking, namely performance conditions, learning environment, speech problems such as barriers, nothing to say, low or uneven participation, and use of mother tongue.

This study examines the crisis in teacher quality in the disruption era, caused by weak recruitment and selection systems that remain administrative, subjective, and lack transparency. The research aims to analyze the need for transforming recruitment and selection strategies toward a competency- and technology-based model as a solution to improve educational quality. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study at MTs YPI Darul Huda Belitang OKU Timur. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed descriptively using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. Data validity was tested through source and technique triangulation. The findings reveal that implementing competency- and technology-based recruitment systems, such as e-recruitment and online assessment, enhances objectivity, transparency, and efficiency in the selection process. This transformation strengthens teacher professionalism and improves the quality of educational institutions to become more adaptive to the challenges of the digital era.

ABSTRACT This community service activity was conducted in Moarah Village, Klampis District, with the aim of raising public awareness of the importance of education as a key factor in improving the quality of life. Low levels of education in some communities limit their ability to obtain decent employment and access useful information. Through outreach activities, the community service team provided an understanding of the benefits of formal and non-formal education, as well as the role of families in supporting children's learning. Implementation methods included interactive lectures, group discussions, and motivational learning mentoring. The results of the activity showed an increase in public knowledge and awareness of the importance of education, reflected in parents' increased interest in sending their children to school and their active participation in literacy activities. This activity is expected to be the first step towards building a more education-conscious and highly competitive society in the future. Keywords: education, community empowerment, awareness, community service ABSTRAK Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Desa Moarah, Kecamatan Klampis,, dengan tujuan meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya pendidikan sebagai kunci utama dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup. Rendahnya tingkat pendidikan di sebagian masyarakat menyebabkan keterbatasan dalam memperoleh pekerjaan yang layak dan akses terhadap informasi yang bermanfaat. Melalui kegiatan penyuluhan, tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat memberikan pemahaman tentang manfaat pendidikan formal maupun nonformal, serta peran keluarga dalam mendukung proses belajar anak. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi ceramah interaktif, diskusi kelompok, dan pendampingan motivasi belajar. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya pendidikan, yang tercermin dari meningkatnya minat orang tua untuk menyekolahkan anak-anak mereka dan partisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan literasi. Globalisasi telah mendorong perkembangan industri farmasi dan kosmetika secara pesat sehingga produk dari berbagai negara dapat beredar secara luas di pasar internasional. Perubahan ini menuntut adanya pemenuhan standar mutu, keamanan, dan kehalalan produk, terutama bagi konsumen Muslim yang jumlahnya terus meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi standar dan sertifikasi halal pada industri farmasi dan kosmetika di era globalisasi, serta mengidentifikasi tantangan, hambatan, dan strategi optimalisasi penerapannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur. Data diperoleh dari jurnal ilmiah, dokumen regulasi, laporan industri, kebijakan pemerintah, dan referensi terkait perkembangan standar halal internasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi standar halal membawa dampak positif terhadap daya saing industri melalui peningkatan kualitas produk, kepercayaan konsumen, dan peluang ekspor. Namun, pelaksanaannya menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti minimnya pengetahuan pelaku usaha, biaya sertifikasi yang dianggap tinggi, kompleksitas proses administrasi, keterbatasan infrastruktur halal, ketidakjelasan bahan baku dalam rantai pasok global, perubahan regulasi, rendahnya kompetensi SDM halal, serta literasi digital yang masih rendah. Upaya optimalisasi dilakukan melalui harmonisasi standar halal internasional, penguatan manajemen rantai pasok halal, pemanfaatan teknologi seperti blockchain, peningkatan kapasitas SDM, serta pendampingan intensif bagi UMKM. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa sertifikasi halal bukan hanya kewajiban regulatif, tetapi juga strategi bisnis yang penting dalam menghadapi persaingan global.
