Abstract

Teaching materials play an essential role in the learning process, one of which is to promote independent learning. Teaching materials provide students with the opportunity to learn on their own. Graduate achievement is required for this course. Students must be able to understand economic problems, relevant monetary policies, and steps taken by central banks to address economic problems, especially the implementation of monetary policy by central banks. The scope of discussion includes an introduction, money supply, money demand theory, Bank Indonesia as a central bank, and monetary policy. Innovative teaching materials and independent learning spaces are needed to facilitate this goal for students. Teaching materials are made in the form of three-dimensional augmented reality. This study adapts the ADDIE development model. Due to time constraints, this study did not conduct a final evaluation before the formative evaluation stage. Three validators have verified the augmented reality-based learning materials, and the results show that the learning materials are helpful but need to be modified. A study was conducted on a large-scale group of 25 students in the fifth semester who were selected randomly. Learning materials are effective in the learning process based on test results.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional, Adversity Quotient, dan KemandirianBelajar terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi Bisnis Kelas XI BDP di SMK Negeri 7 Medan.Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian ex post facto menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian berjumlah61 siswa dengan menggunakan total sampling sehingga sampel keseluruhan dari populasi yaitu 61 siswa. Teknikpengumpulan data yakni observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Validitas instrumen dihitung dengan product momentdan reliabilitas menggunakan alpha cronbach. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda, ujihipotesis secara parsial (uji t), uji hipotesis secara simultan (uji F) dan uji koefisien determinasi (R²) denganpengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 25. Melalui hasil thitung = 9,943 lebih besar dari ttabel = 2,002 (9.943 > 2,002)yakni menyatakan bahwa Kecerdasan Emosional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Hasil Belajar siswa,Adversity Quotient berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Hasil Belajar siswa dilihat dari nilai thitung = 4,986 lebihbesar dari ttabel = 2,002 (4,986 > 2,002) dan Kemandirian Belajar berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Hasil Belajarsiswa dilihat nilai thitung = 3,484 lebih besar dari ttabel = 2,002 (3,484 > 2,002). Analisis data uji F yaitu Fhitung = 45,087lebih besar dari Ftabel = 2,77 (45,087 > 2,77) dan nilai R Square sebesar 0,704 atau mempunyai persentase kontribusisebesar 70,4% terhadap Hasil Belajar. Disimpulkan bahwa Kecerdasan Emosional, Adversity Quotient, danKemandirian Belajar secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang positif signifikan terhadap Hasil Belajar.

Abstract

Vocational High School (SMK) is a formal education provider that has a special educational model to be able to direct students to become graduates who have professional competence in the world of work. The competence to manage dynamic archives is one of the competencies that must be mastered by a graduate of a business vocational school. However, what happened in the field turned out to be graduates of SMK majoring in business who should be able to start and or develop businesses but in reality many SMK alumni do not understand business or business, especially in today's digital era, so that what is the main mission cannot be realized as it is. should. This Community Service activity aims to carry out training and mentoring activities in digital marketing management to improve the skills of teachers and students in digital marketing. The activity implementation method is training and mentoring in digital marketing management. Improving the competency of Marisi Medan's teachers and students, based on observations it is known that the majority of teachers and students do not understand digital marketing, especially e-comers and Google My Business, for this reason this training is very important for teachers and students to have the ability to design digital-based businesses.

Abstract

Salah satu terobosan untuk memudahkan pembelajaran adalah mengubah konsep daring menggunakan media yang lebih praktis dan lebih mudah diakses mahasiswa, yakni media pembelajaran berbasis komik digital. Bahan ajar akan diubah kedalam bentuk visual animasi komik dan berbasis komik digital yang bisa diakses di webtoon dan website menggunakan smartphone. Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui tingkat kelayakan dan efektifitas media pembelajaran berbasis komik digital dengan materi pada mata kuliah teori ekonomi mikro dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan menggunakan model ADDIE. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mahasiswa mahasiswa semester IV yang mengambil mata kuliah teori ekomi mikro di prodi pendidikan ekonomi pada tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Untuk sampel uji coba kecil diambil 10 orang mahasiswa secara random sampling. Untuk menentukan kelayakan, media pembelajaran berbasis komik digital akan diuji kelayakannya oleh validator pakar (ahli materi dan ahli media), serta untuk menguji kepraktisan dan keefektifan bahan ajar berbasis media komik digital yang dihasilkan akan diuji pada mahasiswa. Media yang dikembangkan mendapatkan penilaian baik dari para ahli dengan rerata skor kelayakan sebesar 3,9 masuk pada kategori sangat layak. Dalam uji praktis, mahasiswa turut memberikan respon positif dengan rerata skor keseluruhan sebesar 3,3 dalam masuk pada kategori sangat praktis. . Dalam uji efektivitas, mahasiswa turut memberikan respon positif dengan rerata skor keseluruhan sebesar 3,3 dalam masuk pada kategori sangat efektif.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using video-based learning media on students' interest in learning in the subject of Marketing Basics in class X PM SMK Negeri 1 Medan. The background of this study is based on the low interest in learning of students caused by the use of conventional learning media that are less interesting. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with an associative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires distributed to 72 students of class X PM. Data analysis used simple linear regression assisted by the SPSS version 25 program. The results of the study showed that the use of video-based learning media had a positive and significant effect on students' interest in learning. Thus, the use of video media can be an alternative effective learning strategy to increase student participation and enthusiasm for learning in class.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Dalig Raya Village to improve the effectiveness of digital marketing for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Suka Aren, Dalig Raya. The research used a 4D model. The Define stage was used to identify conventional marketing constraints that limit market reach. The Design stage included designing a digital marketing strategy through social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and the Shopee e-commerce platform. The Develop stage involved creating visual content, collaborating with influencers, and utilizing interactive features. The Disseminate stage included content publication, sales monitoring, and evaluating the effectiveness of each platform. The results showed an average increase in revenue before and after digital marketing implementation of 43.04% within a three-month trial period. Shopee contributed the highest sales channel due to the integration of social media accounts with the business's e-commerce account. During the development process, TikTok was found to be the highest-performing social media platform with 14,200 content views, followed by Instagram with 2,502 viewers, and Facebook with 150 viewers. Facebook was effective in building communication and education, Instagram and TikTok excelled in increasing brand awareness, while Shopee served as the primary channel for sales conversion. Multi-channel strategies have been proven to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and have an impact on increasing the income of MSMEs.

Abstract

The development of teaching materials into film form and based on podcast media is a novelty. This step is an innovative idea to deal with relatively easy learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to determine the level of feasibility and effectiveness of Poodton animated film-based teaching materials in the introduction to macroeconomics courses that can improve student learning outcomes. This study uses research and development (R&D) methods using the ADDIE model. This research was conducted on third-semester students taking an Introduction to Macroeconomics course in the economics study program in the 2023/2024 academic year. The data analysis technique used is quantitative data analysis techniques. The results of the research showed that the teaching materials developed received good ratings from experts with an average feasibility score of 4,21 which is in the appropriate category. In the practical test, students also gave a positive response with an average overall score of 5,80 entering the practical category as well as the effectiveness test using the t-test table for a significant level α= 5% = 0,05 and df = 19, then t was obtained at tcount = 17,72 and ttab = 1,729 with the conclusion that tcount > ttab so that it can be said that there is effectiveness (significance). The development of teaching materials for introduction to macroeconomics courses based on Poodton animated films with a significance level of 5% is very effective.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah membantu SMK Negeri1 Kabanjahe dan SMK Swasta Bersama Berastagi dalam mendampingi guru-guru untuk penguatan pembelajaran berbasis project yang akan digunakan untuk praktek pembelajaran mata pelajaran Produktif Perkantoran yang meliputi: Administrasi Umum, Teknologi Perkantoran, Kearsipan, dan Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Sarana dan Prasarana. Masalah lain yang dihadapi guru-guru produktif perkantoran meliputi kompetensi paedagogi dan profesional atau penguasaan materi keguruan dan materi ajar perkantoran masih rendah. Guru-guru OTKP Perkantoran di dua sekolah ini cenderung melakukan pembelajaran dengan ceramah untuk menyampaikan materi teori belaka dan tidak melakukan pembelajaran praktek untuk mencapai kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kreatif siswa untuk mempersiapkan siswanya untuk siap kerja. Untuk itu dipandang perlu melakukan pendampingan pembelajaran berbasis Project untuk guru SMK OTKP Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Kabanjahe dan SMK Swasta Bersama Berastagi. Adapun target khusus dari kegiatan pengabdian ini, dihasilkannya; 1) Terbentuknya penguatan kemampuan guru dalam pembelajaran berbasis project; 2) Tersedianya Perangkat pembelajaran berbasis project; 3) Open Class Pendampingan pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis project. Untuk mencapai target tersebut rencana kegiatan pengabdian yang akan dilakukan antara lain; 1) pendampingan penguatan kemampuan guru dalam pembelajaran project; 2) Memfasilitasi pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran; dan 3) Pendampingan pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan melakukan Open Class.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih minimnya pengetahuan dan pendampingan tentang pengolahan limbah tempurung kelapa oleh masyarakat di Desa Kapias Batu VIII yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Tanjung Balai. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam pengolahan limbah tempurung kelapa menjadi arang briket, serta meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat setempat dalam pemanfaatan sumber daya lokal. Metode yang diterapkan meliputi identifikasi masalah, perencanaan program, pelaksanaan pelatihan, dan evaluasi hasil. Hasil program pengabdian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesadaran dan kecakapan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan limbah, penggunaan mesin berbasis teknologi, dan teknik pemasaran digital untuk memperluas pasar produk briket arang. Masyarakat kini dapat secara efektif mempromosikan produk mereka melalui platform digital dan membuat briket arang berkualitas tinggi dan lebih efisien. Selain itu, dengan meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat dan menumbuhkan rasa persahabatan dan kolaborasi di antara penduduk setempat, program ini menguntungkan ekonomi lokal. Oleh karena itu, mengubah tempurung kelapa menjadi briket arang berpotensi menjaga keberlanjutan lingkungan, meningkatkan ekonomi Desa Kapias Batu VIII, dan memberikan dampak sosial positif yang besar.
