Abstract

This paper aims to see how PBL is integrated with ethnoscience and ethnomamatics. PBL as a contextual model of students often does not find a new direction in approach. This research introduces a new direction of PBL learning schemes through ethnoscience and ethnomamatics. Descriptive qualitative research of Cronin et al., (2008), namely (1) choosing a review topic, (2) finding and selecting appropriate articles, (3) analyzing and synthesizing literature, and 4) conducting a review of writing in a Mix with the development of Thiagarajan's definition. , design, development and dissemination. The results of this study (a) Ethnoscience-based PBL has three conceptual steps (1) A new conceptual framework that is a synergy between ethnoscience and PBL to improve contextuality and meaning in science learning, (2) Steps for developing ethnoscience-based learning, and 3) steps to integrate ethnoscience into PBL and how to apply it in science learning. (b) A PBL-based ethnomathematics approach may improve understanding of mathematics. The integration of teacher performance, student activities, and infrastructure utilization can improve understanding of mathematics based on ethnomathematics designed with a Four-D model (research design) which consists of (1) defining, (2) designing, (3) developing, and (4) spreading.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of strengthening radicalism in the campus involving students and lecturers. The findings of several studies confirm an increasing trend of radicalism among students. The purpose of this research is to answer the main issue of the research which is to find out radicalism among public and religious college students. This research is field research, data and information obtained directly in the field, using quantitative methods. Data collection techniques through a closed questionnaire (closed questionnaire) using a Likert Scale. A number of universities in Java and Kalimantan were sampled in this study. This research found that radicalism among public and religious college students fluctuated with narrative responses at the level of soft radicalism. However, the narrative of radicalism is so strong in understanding, but tends to show a downward trend in attitudes and behavior. The idea of ​​applying Islamic law is still the main choice for most respondents, but it is inversely related to the response to the application of the caliphate. Prohibition of Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia (HTI) organization is effective in reducing the attitude and behavior of radicalism among students.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Divorce due to a convicted husband is a very complex event and has a significant impact on a woman's life. The husband's status of serving a prison sentence indicates that the ex-wife cannot rely on the ex-husband to fulfill post-divorce obligations, such as alimony or child custody. The focus of this research is on the forms of challenges faced by women after divorce due to their husbands being imprisoned, as well as how these women cope with the challenges of life after divorce because of their convicted husbands. Using a descriptive qualitative method, this study involved six women who divorced because their husbands were imprisoned. The research results show that the challenges faced by women post-divorce due to their husbands being imprisoned include difficulties in meeting family needs, difficulties in providing care and upbringing for children, and a lack of attention from their former husband's relatives. To overcome these challenges, these women took several steps. First, they work outside the home to earn an income to meet their daily needs. Second, they seek help from relatives, especially their own parents and also from their ex-husband's relatives.

Abstract

Assistance for posyandu cadres in mastering digital numeracy is an initiative carried out in Karangayar Village, Paiton. Assistance activities to support all activities in health service activities carried out by posyandu cadres. In the implementation of digital numeracy, Posyandu mothers are supported to identify and overcome barriers that may arise in the process of adapting to technology. Continuous evaluation is conducted to monitor progress and assess the impact of mastering digital numeracy on under-five health services. The method used is the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) Model, by applying the Asset Based Community Development Model, assisting Posyandu mothers in mastering digital numeracy is not just an introduction to technology, but also a community empowerment journey that stimulates collaboration, innovation, and sustainable improvement of toddler health. The results of the service activities provide the ability for posyandu cadres to master digital technology in implementing health services in Karanganyar Village, Paiton Probolinggo.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve digital literacy and cybersecurity awareness in Paiton Sub-district as a response to the increasing risk of cybercrime in the community. The approach used involves the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method by involving various stakeholders, including the sub-district government, education office, and caregivers of Islamic boarding schools. The mentoring process includes a series of activities such as intensive training, interactive workshops, awareness campaigns through various media, as well as individual and group mentoring. These activities are designed to provide the Paiton community with a deep understanding of cyber threats, personal data protection techniques, and digital ethics. The results of these activities show significant improvements in digital literacy and changes in community behavior in using technology more safely. The formation of new institutions in the form of community groups and local cybersecurity teams is also evidence of the effectiveness of this collaborative approach. In conclusion, this service activity succeeded in creating social transformation by raising collective awareness of the dangers of cybercrime and producing a community that is more skilled in facing modern digital challenges. This program is expected to serve as a model for similar efforts in other regions to improve digital security and broader community welfare.

Abstract

This research aims to develop the language skills of children aged 4-5 years through the use of fantasy puppet media in Al-Fajri Early Childhood Education (PAUD), East Tanjung Jabung. This Classroom Action Research (PTK) was carried out in two cycles, each consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The data collected includes children's ability to retell fairy tales and name the puppets. The results showed significant improvements in both abilities. At the end of Cycle II, 75% of children reached the BSB category in retelling fairy tales, and 83% of children reached the BSB category in naming puppets. These findings indicate that fantasy puppet media is effective in improving children's language skills through interactive and fun learning. This research supports the theories of constructivism and multiple intelligences, and provides an important contribution to the development of creative learning media based on local culture. The conclusion of this study shows that the use of fantasy puppet media is effective in improving the language skills of early childhood. Therefore, it is recommended that teachers and parents be more active in using creative media such as puppets to support children's language development, so that they can communicate better and build the social skills needed in everyday life

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pemanfaatan limbah kertas daun dan plastik (KDP) dalam pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kreativitas anak usia 5-6 tahun di Taman Kanak-Kanak Buah Hati Kota Jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dirancang untuk memperbaiki proses dan hasil belajar siswa melalui tindakan pembelajaran yang inovatif. Sebelum intervensi KDP, kreativitas anak-anak sebagian besar berada pada kategori Belum Berkembang (BB) dan Mulai Berkembang (MB). Pada tahap prasiklus, anak-anak menunjukkan keterbatasan dalam menghasilkan bentuk, rasa ingin tahu, dan kemampuan mencipta secara mandiri. Implementasi KDP dalam pembelajaran menunjukkan dampak positif pada kreativitas anak-anak. Pada Siklus I, meskipun ada peningkatan, anak-anak masih membutuhkan bantuan dalam berkarya. Namun, pada Siklus II, sebagian besar anak berada dalam kategori Berkembang Sesuai Harapan (BSH) dan Berkembang Sangat Baik (BSB). Teknik seperti semprotan warna dan jiplak daun lebih efektif dalam merangsang kreativitas dibandingkan teknik sebelumnya. Hasil akhir menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan KDP secara signifikan meningkatkan kemampuan anak dalam menghasilkan bentuk, rasa ingin tahu, dan kemandirian dalam proses kreatif. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya inovasi dalam metode pembelajaran untuk memaksimalkan pengembangan keterampilan kreatif dan kemandirian anak di usia dini

Abstract

Air tanah adalah air yang terakumulasi di dalam lapisan tanah dan batuan di bawah permukaan tanah. Kabupaten Soppeng merupakan salah satu Kabupaten yang ada di Sulawesi Selatan yang sering mengalami kekeringan. Penelitian ini bertujuan memetakan sebaran potensi air tanah yang dapat berfungsi sebagai referensi bagi masyarakat maupun bagi pihak pemerintah sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam mengambil keputusan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah menggunakan sistem informasi geografis yakni analisis overlay dan skoring pada peta penggunaan lahan, kemiringan lereng, curah hujan, topografi dan kerapatan vegetasi. Hasil yang didapatkan menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar wilayah Kabupaten Soppeng memiliki potensi air tanah yang rendah dengan persentase 48,69% sedangkan kategori sangat tinggi hanya 2,44%. Persebaran potensi air tanah sangat tinggi tersebar di beberapa kecamatan seperti kecamatan Donri-Donri, Lalabata, Marioriawa Marioriwawo, Liliraja serta Kecamatan Citta. Sedangkan untuk kecamatan lainnya seperti Kecamatan Ganra dan Lilirilau didominasi oleh potensi air tanah dengan kategori rendah dan sedang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan sosial emosional anak usia 5-6 tahun melalui media permainan Bowling Rainbow di TK Al-Anshor. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan pendekatan berbasis siklus, yang terdiri dari pratindakan, siklus I, dan siklus II. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum dilakukan tindakan, kemampuan sosial emosional anak belum berkembang dengan optimal, dengan persentase sebesar 28,89%. Setelah penerapan media Bowling Rainbow, terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan pada kemampuan prososial anak, mencakup tiga indikator utama. Pada tahap pratindakan, nilai awal menunjukkan persentase sebesar 32,08%. Selanjutnya, pada siklus I pertemuan I, persentase meningkat menjadi 38%, lalu berturut-turut menjadi 60,04% pada pertemuan II, dan 66,67% pada pertemuan III. Peningkatan berlanjut pada siklus II dengan hasil 76,25% pada pertemuan I, 79,58% pada pertemuan II, dan mencapai puncaknya sebesar 82,50% pada pertemuan III. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa media permainan Bowling Rainbow secara efektif dapat meningkatkan kemampuan sosial emosional anak usia 5-6 tahun. Peningkatan yang konsisten pada setiap siklus menunjukkan bahwa metode ini layak digunakan sebagai salah satu strategi pengembangan kemampuan sosial emosional di pendidikan anak usia dini
