Abstract

This research investigates the dynamic interplay between ecotourism, product and service diversification, and their impact on the beaches of Bali. Through a quantitative analysis involving 150 tourists and 150 local businesses, the study explores awareness levels, preferences, and economic outcomes associated with ecotourism practices. Descriptive statistics reveal a heightened awareness among tourists and a prevalent adoption of diversification strategies by local businesses. Correlation analysis establishes strong connections between tourist awareness, preferences for diversified destinations, and the positive correlation between business diversification and community involvement. Regression analysis underscores the economic advantages linked to businesses implementing diversification strategies. Comparative analyses shed light on subgroup differences, emphasizing the influence of awareness and diversification on preferences and economic impact. The discussion underscores the implications for sustainable ecotourism, emphasizing the role of collaboration among businesses, communities, and policymakers. The study contributes valuable insights to the discourse on sustainable tourism practices, offering actionable recommendations for the ecotourism industry on Bali's beaches.

Abstract

This study explores the impact of an omnichannel strategy and content personalization on customer loyalty in the fashion retail industry in Makassar. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 60 respondents through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS version 26. The study measured the relationships between omnichannel strategy, content personalization, and customer loyalty using a Likert scale (1-5). Results from Pearson correlation and multiple regression analyses indicated significant positive relationships between omnichannel strategy and customer loyalty (r = 0.72, p < 0.01) as well as content personalization and customer loyalty (r = 0.68, p < 0.01). The regression model explained 62% of the variance in customer loyalty, confirming the combined influence of these strategies on fostering customer retention. The findings suggest that fashion retailers in Makassar can enhance customer loyalty by offering seamless omnichannel experiences and personalized content that meets individual preferences.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh social media marketing dan influencer marketing terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan di Provinsi Maluku. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan menggunakan aplikasi G*Power dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 107 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknis analisis regresi dan menggunakan alat analisis aplikasi JASP. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari social media marketing terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan di Provinsi Maluku serta pengaruh positif dari influencer marketing terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan di Provinsi Maluku.

Abstract

Rumah tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai tempat tinggal, tetapi juga sebagai aset investasi yang bernilai. Pembelian hunian mewah pada Citraland Ambon, telah menjadi pilihan bagi konsumen yang menginginkan kenyamanan dan potensi keuntungan di masa depan. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pengaruh kaulitas produk dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian di Citraland Ambon. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian dengan melibatkan 50 melalui teknik non-probability sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh kualitas produk dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan harga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Citraland Ambon. Hasil ini menegaskan untuk pihak Citraland Ambon untuk lebih memperhatikan kualitas dan penetapan harga guna meningkatkan keputuan pembelian konsumen.

Abstract

Marketing communication strategy plays an important role in the sustainability of the company. Through marketing communication strategies, companies can provide information and influence consumers so that purchases can occur, which will bring income to the company. This study aims to describe the marketing communication strategy implemented by CitraLand Tallasa City Makassar in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic based on analysis using the marketing communication mix. Data for this descriptive qualitative study were gathered through interviews with related parties, specifically the designers and implementers of marketing communication strategies at CitraLand Tallasa City Makassar, as well as through observations. The results of the study show that CitraLand Tallasa City Makassar made some adjustments to its marketing communication strategy during the COVID-19 pandemic. The adjustments focus on carrying out a marketing communication strategy by utilizing digital media.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the main pillars of regional economies that need to strengthen their competitiveness through effective marketing strategies such as event marketing and social media marketing. This study aims to analyze the effect of these two strategies on brand awareness of MSMEs in Ambon City. The research employed a quantitative method with an associative approach, involving 100 respondents who had attended MSME events or interacted with MSME promotions through social media. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the JASP software. The findings show that event marketing has a positive and significant effect on brand awareness (p < 0.05), as it creates real experiences and emotional connections between consumers and brands. Similarly, social media marketing also has a positive and significant effect on brand awareness (p < 0.05), particularly through consistent promotional activities and creative content on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Both strategies complement each other in strengthening consumer recognition and recall of brands. These results highlight the importance of integrating offline and online marketing activities to expand market reach and build a strong brand image for MSMEs in society.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of competitive price word of mouth and brand image on the purchase decision of Sulamina Chocolate in the Sula Islands Regency (Sanana), North Maluku. Sulamina Chocolate is a local cocoa-based product that has become known as a regional specialty souvenir. This research applies a quantitative approach using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who have purchased the product. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression assisted by SPSS software. The results show that price has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, with a significance value of 0.034. Word of mouth is the most dominant factor, with a significance value of 0.000 and the highest regression coefficient (0.641). Brand image also shows a positive and significant influence with a significance value of 0.044. Together, these three variables contribute to the purchasing decisions of Sulamina Chocolate. These findings suggest that implementing competitive pricing, strengthening word of mouth, and enhancing brand image can effectively increase consumer purchasing decisions toward sulamina chocolate products.
