Abstract. The development of cities that adopt smart is very much around the world, many cities in the world have developed the concept of a smart city in all aspects of life from identity to law enforcement systems in the traffic sector, smart cities have begun to be implemented in the city of Jakarta from 2000 onwards, Starting from the online payment system to the use of CCTV in law enforcement in the city of Jakarta, almost all aspects of government have used the system, from absences to public service applications, in this study using the literature review method, by studying many previous studies in order to deepen research that is is being carried out and finding renewable research problems, this research will produce a proposed system that can be used in the future as a concept for the development of a smart city Jakarta, with the proposed system as renewable research from existing research.

The background of this research is to build a system that will be able to help reduce crime, especially not the crime of motor vehicle theft by using the concept of facial recognition on every motorized vehicle. Therefore, the owner will be recognized by the vehicle directly. The method used in this study is to use the method of literature study or literature review by using the basis of journals with the same research because this will find differences between journals and other journals so as to find novelty in journal writing. The problem raised in this research is how to reduce the rate of motor vehicle theft by using the system method or the internet of think method, therefore by making this system it will be able to help the police in reducing the crime of motor vehicle theft. The purpose of making this paper is how to create a system that can reduce motor vehicle crime, especially motor vehicle theft so that it can make motorists trust in leaving their motorized vehicle anywhere. Therefore, by making a facial recognition system on vehicles it will be able to reduce crime rates and can make motor vehicle drivers believe.

The purpose of this research is as a prototype for the application of User Centered Design in the development of User Interface Design and User Experience on the Film Synopsis android application. In developing android applications, the design of the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) is a very important initial stage in using the application. This UI/UX will provide a user experience in using and interacting with this android application. In this article, we explain how UI/UX is designed in Film Synopsis using a User Centered Design (UCD) approach. At UCD there are 4 (four) stages in the UI/UX approach, namely analysis, design, evaluation, and implementation. Users will be involved in evaluating the designs that are made, so that the designs that are formed (made) can be improved for the convenience of users or android application users

The purpose of this research is as prototype of early study of development of IP camera monitoring application which can be accessed through Android Device, in development of a certain application can not be separated from its initial creation that is user interface design of an application, so in usage application user can understand navigation or button that are in the program. Usefulness of user interface design in user satisfaction of this application in accessing information that resides in the application. The object of this research is the design of user interface prototype android application Smart System IP Camera Security with respondents of 40 respondents. This research data is obtained from questionnaire data to android application user which then processed statistically by using range of category and percentage through Likert scale. The research results show all independent variables (indicator) EUCS, consist of Content (Content), Format (report) Accurancy (Timeliness), Ease of Use (Ease of Use), which has a significant relationship with the needs of users of the android application satisfaction. The results of this study indicate that the level of satisfaction with the overall user interface design fall into the category agree and feel satisfied using the android application, with a percentage of 95%.

Banyaknya siswa serta berbagai macam tingkat kemampuan dan kelebihan dalam aspek tingkah laku, nilai akademik maupun nilai non akademik yang berbedabeda, sehingga berdasarkan kondisi itulah muncul upayaguna mengetahui siswa memiliki prestasi yang lebih unggul. Pemilihan siswa berprestasi dilakukan setelah mereka menyelesaikan seluruh tanggung jawab proses belajar selama 3 tahun menempuh pendidikan di SMP Negeri 2 Kersamanah, Kabuaten Garut. Ada beberapa kriteria yang digunakan untuk pemilihan siswa berprestasi antara lain, nilai rata-rata rapor dari kelas 7 sampai kelas 9, nilai ujian sekolah, nilai presensi kehadiran, dan nilai aktivitas. Dalam melakukan sistem pendukung keputusan penentuan siswa berprestasi ini menggunakan metode Weighted Product (WP). Melakukan perhitungan manual, perancangan system dan antar muka, pengkodingan menggunakan PHP dan Boostrap.

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk melakukan klasifikasi terhadap penerima bantuan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) Kota Pekanbaru dengan membandingkan tiga metode sekaligus yaitu K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN), Probalistic Neural Network (PNN) dan Naive Bayes Classifier (NBC).Atribut yang digunakan dalam proses klasifikasi adalah Jumlah Anak SD, Jumlah Anak SMP, Jumlah Ibu Hamil, dan Jumlah Anak dibawah lima tahun (Balita), atribut ini berdasarkan panduan Tim Nasional Penangulangan dan Penanganan Kemiskinan (TNP2K) Kementrian Sosial Republik Indonesia. Proses klasifikasi dilakukan terhadap Rumah Tangga Sangat Miskin (RTSM) sebagai data training dengan jumlah 450 data sebagai data testing dengan jumlah 10 data, sehingga dengan melakukan perbandingan didapatlah hasil akurasi yang bervariasi diantara ke-tiga metode. Metode Nave Bayes (NBC) memiliki hasil akurasi yanng paling tinggi dengan hasil akurasi 80%, yang dibandingkan dengan metode KNN 20% dan PNN 10% maka Metode Nave Bayes(NBC) ditetapkan menjadi metode terbaik untuk kasus pengklasifikasian program keluarga harapan (PKH) Kota Pekanbaru.

This research explores the impact of Management Information Systems (MIS) on user experience in private bank mobile banking, focusing specifically on the effectiveness of m-BCA. Utilizing a descriptive quantitative approach, the study aims to understand how mobile banking features, including accessibility, user interface, security, and functionality, influence user satisfaction. Data were collected through direct experimentation with the m-BCA application, complemented by analysis from secondary data sources and a survey of 30 users. Results indicate that 93.3% of users find m-BCA effective for routine banking needs, attributing high ratings to its convenience and functionality. However, while 80% of respondents appreciate the current security measures, 20% cite the absence of advanced security features such as fingerprint and facial recognition as a drawback. The study also reveals mixed feedback on the user interface; while the straightforward design aids usability, 10% of users express a desire for a more visually appealing interface. Despite these areas for improvement, m-BCA’s comprehensive set of features is generally seen as effective, supporting users in performing essential transactions with ease and reliability. The findings suggest that enhancing interface aesthetics and integrating advanced security options could further boost user engagement and trust in mobile banking applications, underscoring MIS’s role in meeting evolving customer expectations in digital banking.

The position of women as family financial managers is emphasized from a series of productive efforts that strategically utilize the potential of social capital in the socio-community environment The purpose of the community service activity is to implement a series of activities that will have beneficial value to strengthen the knowledge and skills capacity of the Bina Karya Srikandi housewife group to be able to utilize the results of the residents' catfish harvest into a variety of frozen food by utilizing technology in the production and marketing process. The form of community service that the author uses in this activity divided into two, namely, Training Method and Provision of catfish product processing equipment. Training that provided in this activity focuses on 3 areas, namely partner HR development, product development and marketing process development, the development carried out is an effort by the author to help overcome the problems experienced by partners. The results of the activity is we develop our partner in 3 areas such as, HR development, Product and marketing development, we providing training on processing catfish meat into frozen food made from catfish, such as catfish meatballs, ready-to-fry catfish, and catfish otak otak to increase their awareness about their brand image and engagement with social media marketing by provide social media Instagram for Bina Karya Srikandi to promote their product. We also help them create brand logo. Bina Karya Srikandi now have more variant catfish product and more marketing channel.

The problem in Sakatiga Village, South Sumatra, is the transition of the harvest season. Community service activities are carried out in Sakatiga Village. The aim of the service is to create benefits and provide insight into the development of rice commodities that have sales value through the process of making rice commodity products so as to take advantage of the transition time. The technique for implementing this activity includes direct observation and interviews with the Sakatiga Village Head and several seasonal farming families. The methodology is carried out using lectures, discussions and experiential learning. The results of this service activity are very positive for the village community. This can be seen from 73% answering that the activity provided benefits and 27% answered adding insight to the people of Sakatiga Village
