Abstract

Perancangan atau pembuatan Aplikasi Pemesanan Menu Pada Smart Cafe ini diharapkan akan mampu serta dapat diterapkan dengan membuat suatu aplikasi yang dapat mengubah cara pencatatan manual (konvensional) yang menggunakan media alat tulis dan kertas menjadi pencatatan dengan menggunakan suatu perangkat yang sudah ter komputerisasi sehingga aplikasi ini juga akan memudahkan proses pemesanan sehingga untuk menghindari terjadinya antrian panjang disaat melakukan proses pemesanan serta aplikasi ini dapat membantu memberikan data – data penjualan yang akurat sehinggan untuk mengurangi terjadinya kesalahan pada saat proses pemesanan.

Abstract

Bunga Krisan (Chrysanthemum Morifilium) merupakan jenis tanaman hias yang cukup digemari oleh masyarakat Indonesia dan cukup mendapat perhatian dari pengusaha bunga karena memiliki daya tarik tersendiri selain sebagai penghias, juga sebagai tanaman pengusir nyamuk dan penyerap polutan. Saat ini permintaan bunga krisan cenderung meningkat pada hari-hari besar kagamaan, atau pada hari khusus seperti perayaan ulang tahun, pesta perkawinan dan acara penambutan tamu. Peluang untuk mengembangkan budidaya tanaman bunga krisan, guna memenuhi kebutuhan baik dalam maupun luar negeri masih cukup luas.Permasalahan yang sering muncul pada bududaya bunga krisan diantaranya adalah penurunan produksi bunga Krisan karena kesalahan dalam penanganan panen bunga krisan yang mencapai rata-rata 21 % dari produk yang dihasilkan. Selain itu, budidaya krisan di Indonesia sangat tergantung iklim dan intensitas matahari sehingga mempengaruhi musim panen dan juga rentan penyakit.Disamping itu, pengetahuan petani bunga Krisan akan pengendalian hama dan penyakit bunga krisan masih kurang. Sedangkan ahli dibidang pengendalian hama dan penyakit bunga Krisan juga relatif jarang.Oleh karena itu penelitian ini menerapkan Decision Tree dengan algoritma C4.5 pada pengambilan keputusan untuk mengidentifikasi hama dan penyakit bunga Krisan yang mengakuisisi pengetahuan seorang ahli (pakar) dibidang pengendaliah hama dan penyakit bunga krisan.

Abstract

In order to support government programs to compete and have regional innovations as a form of creativity and ability of local governments in Indonesia to create innovations that can improve social welfare. Innovative areas are the implementation of local economic development based on local wisdom and capabilities that are based on regional resources. E-governmentaims to achieve good government through the use of technology, changes in the government system and community participation. The success of e-government innovation is HR, leadership and community participation. Collaboration and e-literacy are strategies in e-government. Collaboration is cooperation in alleviating financial problems. E-literacy is the ability of human resources in understanding learning media that aims to increase community participation. The purpose of this research is to know and understand the improvement of e-government innovation in achieving good government in local government. The method used is literature study.The results of the study are the low regional innovation so that it has an impact on the implementation of e-government.With the existence of e-government innovation, it is hoped that it can be applied in local governments for Indonesia which is advanced and rich in regional innovation and the achievement of good government.

Abstract

Pentingnya kompetensi untuk setiap orang didapatkan pada pendidikan formal dan non formal melalui pelatihan. Dalam perkembangan teknologi digital semakin banyak penyedia informasi pengembangan kompetensi dan dapat ditemui di media sosial. Komunitas Mersi FM yang terdiri dari para pekerja dan profesional tersebar pada profesi masing-masing sangat penting untuk mengikuti pelatihan untuk mengembangkan dirinya, yang tentu mempengaruhi jabatan dan penghasilannya di mana pun berkarya. Setiap anggota komunitas diberikan pemahaman dalam pemanfaatan komunikasi digital. Abstract

Assessing fine motor skills (FMS) in early school-age children is crucial for insights into their school readiness. In many countries, including Indonesia, teachers assess FMS by observing handwriting, often with the aid of an educational psychologist. However, this approach can be subjective and prone to observer bias. This study aimed to classify children’s FMS based on their cursive writing abilities using a digitizer to capture data. The system recorded data in real-time as children wrote in cursive, capturing the stylus’s relative position on the digitizer board (including x, y, and z positions), and pressure values, which served as features in the classification process. The study involved 40 1st and 2nd-grade students from various elementary schools. The data recording process generated substantial raw datasets. The random forest algorithm, renowned for its effectiveness in analyzing large datasets, was employed for classification. The results demonstrated this method’s efficacy in identifying FMS, achieving an accuracy rate of approximately 97.3%. This study concludes that integrating a digitizer with the random forest classification method provides a reliable and objective approach to assessing FMS in children, reducing observer bias, and ensuring precise results. In the long term, this approach can significantly enhance the accuracy of FMS assessments, enabling better-targeted interventions and support for children in need.

Abstract

Organizational culture is an important element in the development and progress of organizations both in the business world, government, educational institutions and social religious organizations. This research aims to describe organizational culture through theoretical analysis and empirical analysis. The study is divided into three parts. First, an introduction which outlines issues related to culture. Second, the discussion describes the opinions of experts supported by empirical information. Third, the conclusion is a conclusion of the problems and discussions that have been described. The conclusion from this research is that the development and existence of an organization has a strong and significant relationship with organizational culture

Abstract

The formulation of the problem studied is whether there is a simultaneous or partial influence between service quality and promotion of volume sale at PT. Priority Rengat. Objective research namely for know the influence quality service And promotions on sales volume at PT. Rengat Priority.Method study that is Quantitative methods are descriptive research regarding service quality and promotion on sales volume at PT Prioritas Rengat. H results study that is Coefficient Correlation is known that (X 1 ) quality service and (X 2 ) promotion has a positive relationship with (Y) sales volume. This can seen from mark efficiency correlation multiple R is 0.420. And furthermore tested with The coefficient of multiple determination (R 2) is 0.176. this shows that (X 1 ) quality service and (X 2 ) promotion have a variation relationship with (Y) volume sale as big as 17.6 %. And the rest 82.4 % in influence by variable besides (X 1 ) and (X 2 ). Based on the significant value seen in the sig column, namely 0.009 means the probability of 0.009 is smaller than 0.05. This means it has a greater influence significant between quality service And promotions on sales volume

Abstract

Role government area in planning development area that is own authority and ability to manage, implementing regional development programs. Government _ area determine success process implementation government and development activities in the region. P rocess of regional development planning in the District Manatuto, Timor Leste plan started from community public, village, board village, subdistrict And stakeholders in the region. Reviewed policies from the central government to approve plan documents the area The community is not satisfied, because the regional development plan document was ratified by the central government is not based on the plan document submitted to the central government. The aim of this research is to: a) describe and analyze the role of regional government as Entrepreneur, Coordinator, facilitator And Stimulators in planning development in district Manatuto. b) describe and analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors of the government's role areas in regional development planning in the Manatuto district. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Results study that is local government as Entrepreneur, Coordinator, facilitator and Stimulator to participate in the team Regional Development Commission to verify, evaluate and supervise the program priority planning development area
