Abstract

Pelayanan kesehatan terhadap pasien merupakan bahan diskusi yang sarat dengan konflik, terutama setelah adanya kebijakan pelayanan bagi pengguna BPJS. Banyak sekali keluhan pasien yang cenderung  menyatakan ketidakpuasan karena menurunnya kualitas pelayanan yang diterima. Tujuan: Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui persepsi pasien terhadap kualitas pelayanan kesehatan  di Rawat Jalan RS Pertamina Bintang Amin Lampung. Metode: Penelitian deskriptif dengan rancangan Cross sectional, teknik sampling insidental, sampel sebanyak 77 orang pasien, dilakukan pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen yang telah valid dan reliabel, yaitu Servqual: A multiple-Item Scale Parasuraman.  Instrumen ini melihat gap dari lima dimensi kualitas jasa pelayanan, yaitu tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan emphaty.  Data dianalisis secara univariat.  Hasil: Karakteristik responden mayoritas  wanita (75,3%), usia  >50 tahun (45,4%), pendidikan SLTA (51,9%), tidak bekerja (50,6%), peserta BPJS (93,5%)  dan kunjungan ulang >5 kali sebanyak 24 orang (31,20%).  Kualitas terendah pada dimensi keandalan (74,3%) dan kualitas tertinggi pada dimensi tangibles/nyata (79,4%). Diskusi: Ditemukan adanya gap pada semua dimensi terutama pada dimensi tangibles yakni petunjuk arah bagi pasien dan dimensi reliability adanya tenaga medis yang tidak menjelaskan terlebih dahulu tindakan yang akan dilakukan serta jam buka pelayanan klinik yang tidak tepat waktu. Kesimpulan: Kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di rawat jalan masih perlu ditingkatkan terutama dengan memperbaiki petunjuk arah bagi pasien, menyarankan tenaga medis untuk menjelaskan terlebih dahulu tindakan yang akan dilakukan serta jam buka pelayanan klinik hendaknya tepat waktu sesuai dengan yang telah ditetapkan.Kata kunci: kualitas pelayanan, pasien, rawat jalanOverview of Patients' Perception of Healthcare Service Quality in OutpatientABSTRACTHealthcare service for patients is a subject of discussion that is full of conflict, especially after a service policy for BPJS users has existed. Many complaints from patients tend to express dissatisfaction due to the declining quality of services received. Objective: This research aims to reveal the patient's perception of the quality of healthcare service at the Outpatient of Pertamina Bintang Amin Hospital in Lampung. Methods: This research is descriptive with cross sectional design. Samples were taken using incidental sampling technique with a sample size of 77 patients. Data  were collected using a valid and reliable instrument, namely Parasuraman’s Servqual: A multiple-Item Scale. This instrument assesses at the gaps in the five dimensions of service quality, namely tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. Data were analyzed univariately. Results: The characteristics of the majority of respondents were females (75.3%), age > 50 years (45.4%), high school education (51.9%), non-working (50.6%), BPJS participants (93.5%) and 24 people making repeat visits >5 times (31.20%). The lowest quality was on the dimension of reliability (74.3%) and the highest quality was on the dimension of tangibles (79.4%). Discussion: It was found that there were gaps in all dimensions, especially in the dimension of tangibles, i.e. directions for patients, and the dimension of reliability, i.e. medical personnel did not explain in advance the actions to be taken and the opening hours of clinic services were not on time. Conclusion: The quality of healthcare service in outpatient should be improved, especially by improving directions for patients, suggesting medical personnel to explain in advance the actions to be taken and the opening hours of clinic services should be on time according to what has been established.Keywords: service quality, patients, outpatient

Abstract

Abstrak: Pelatihan penyusunan laporan keuangan sederhana bagi UMKM desa wisata, merupakan jawaban atas permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM Binaan Desa Wisata Parungseah, yaitu rendahnya pemahaman terkait neraca, laporan laba rugi, arus kas, dan laporan perubahan atas modal serta keterampilan dalam menyusun laporan keuangan sederhana. Tujuan kegiatan ini memberikan edukasi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan penyusunan laporan keuangan sederhana bagi UMKM desa wisata. Metode kegiatan ini adalah pelatihan yang dilaksanakan secara offline di Aula Desa Parungseah Kabupaten Sukabumi dengan peserta sebanyak 40 orang. Mitra kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah UMKM Binaan desa wisata Parungseah Kabupaten Sukabumi. Pada tahap evaluasi yaitu diberikan pertanyaan kepada peserta sebanyak 30 soal sebelum (pretest) dan sesudah (posttest), dengan tujuan untuk melihat kemampuan peserta. Di mana saat pretest pemahaman peserta sebesar 45,9% dan setelah penyampaian materi, nilai posttest sebesar 84,53% yang menandakan pemahaman peserta meningkat sebesar 38,64%. Adapun indicator keberhasilan program ini yaitu terselenggaranya kegiatan dengan baik dan antuasiasme dari para peserta, yang berdampak pada meningkatnya pemahaman peserta pelatihan.Abstract: Training on preparing simple financial statements for tourism village MSMEs, is the answer to the problems faced by MSMEs assisted by Parungseah Tourism Village, namely low understanding related to balance sheets, income statements, cash flows, and statements of changes in capital as well as skills in preparing simple financial statements. The purpose of this activity is to provide education to improve understanding and skills in preparing simple financial statements for MSMEs in tourism villages. The method of this activity is a training that is carried out offline at the Parungseah Village Hall, Sukabumi Regency with 40 participants. The partners of this training activity are MSMEs assisted by Parungseah Tourism Village, Sukabumi Regency. At the evaluation stage, 30 questions were given to participants before (pretest) and after (posttest), to see the participants' abilities. Where during the pretest participants' comprehension was 45.9% and after delivering the material, the posttest score was 84.53% which indicates that the participants' understanding increased by 38.64%. The indicators of the success of this program are the implementation of activities properly and the enthusiasm of the participants, which has an impact on increasing the understanding of training participants.

Abstract

Thematic KKN activities carried out by Muhammadiyah Students of Sukabumi City are experiential learning activities, applications, and development of science and technology outside the campus environment involving the local government, the community, and the private sector. This Thematic KKN aims to solve problems faced by the local community, it is hoped that students can help overcome these problems and achieve targets related to existing problems. The COVID-19 pandemic has encouraged the development of digital-based MSMEs as a way to survive and grow amid a crisis. MSMEs that can adapt quickly to this digital era have a greater chance of success. Some of the advantages of digital-based MSMEs include wider market access, lower costs to market products, the ability to interact with customers online, and the ability to improve operational efficiency. Therefore, there needs to support government and related institutions to facilitate the development of digital-based MSMEs, including the provision of wider internet access and training and mentoring programs for business actors. In this case, the development of digital-based MSMEs has the potential to improve the skills and capacity of entrepreneurs and employees in using technology, marketing, and business management digitally. This will increase competitiveness and enable MSMEs to adapt to technological changes and ever-changing markets.

Abstract

The empowerment of orderly PKK administration is one solution to the problems faced by PKK members, namely the lack of understanding related to PKK administrative order. The purpose of this activity is to increase the understanding and skills of PKK members of Limus Nunggal Village regarding PKK administration. The method of implementing this activity is empowerment for PKK members of Limus Nunggal Village. The partner in this empowerment activity is the Limus Nunggal Village Subdistrict. The evaluation was carried out by doing direct practice and bimtek before and after the delivery of the material, and the result was that the comprehension ability and skills of the participants increased by 36.25%.

Abstract

Development training in dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic is a form of training provided to MSME actors. The role of MSMEs will play a very important role in supporting economic activities both regionally and nationally. This service activity aims to provide development for MSME actors in dealing with problems in using technology to market their business results and the packaging of a product (packaging) as a result of their business will greatly affect consumer interest in buying it. This service activity uses training and mentoring methods that are carried out directly. The expected result of this community service activity is an increase in the understanding of MSME actors to market their business products online. All participants of this activity have participated in all training activities that were carried out directly and have been applied in all their activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji implementasi teknologi Bare Conductive pada smart piano. Bare Conductive adalah teknologi inovatif yang memanfaatkan tinta konduktif untuk menciptakan sirkuit listrik pada berbagai permukaan, memungkinkan pembuatan sensor sentuh yang fleksibel. Dengan mengintegrasikan teknologi ini dengan mikrokontroler, seperti Arduino, kami menciptakan smart piano yang interaktif dan ramah pengguna. Smart piano yang dihasilkan menawarkan berbagai manfaat, terutama dalam konteks pendidikan musik. Instrumen ini dapat memberikan pengalaman belajar yang lebih menarik dan efektif bagi pemula, serta membuka peluang baru dalam terapi musik dan komposisi musik digital. Selain itu, penggunaan tinta konduktif menawarkan solusi yang lebih hemat biaya dan ramah lingkungan dibandingkan dengan teknologi elektronik konvensional. Dalam penelitian ini, kami merancang dan membangun prototipe smart piano berbasis teknologi Bare Conductive dan mikrokontroler. Kami kemudian melakukan serangkaian pengujian untuk mengevaluasi kinerja dan keandalannya. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa smart piano ini memiliki respon sentuhan yang baik dan stabil dalam berbagai kondisi penggunaan. Namun, tantangan tetap ada, seperti kestabilan jangka panjang dari sirkuit tinta konduktif dan kompatibilitas dengan komponen elektronik lainnya. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga mengenai potensi dan batasan teknologi Bare Conductive dalam aplikasi musik interaktif, serta membuka jalan untuk penelitian lebih lanjut dalam pengembangan instrumen musik pintar.

Abstract

Bangsa Indonesia saat ini berada dalam krisis penegakan hukum. Dalam praktiknya, aparat penegak hukum cenderung mengabaikan hingga menganut ketidakpedulian terhadap keadilan hukum yang  menimbulkan penurunan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap aparat penegak hukum. Adapun kelompok yang paling rentan mengalami ketidakadilan akibat krisis penegakan hukum adalah masyarakat penyandang disabilitas. Pada dasarnya ketidaksempurnaan itu tidak boleh menjadi penyebab hilangnya harkat dan martabat masyarakat penyandang disabilitas. Adapun terdapat urgensi penelitian ini yakni dikarenakan adanya terdapat krisis penegakan hukum sehinggadalam mencegah terjadinya pengabaian hak yang mengarah kepada diskriminatif bagi masyarakat penyandang disabilitas didalam praktik penegakan hukum diperlukan pembahasan mengenai pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence (AI) bagi  masyarakat penyandang disabilitas menjadi hal yang penting dan aktual untuk dilakukan pengkajian lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini berfokus kepada pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence (AI) sebagai alat bantu pemberian bantuan hukum bagi masyarakat penyandang disabilitas agar tercapainya penegakan hukum yang memenuhi nilai keadilan, nilai kepastian dan nilai kemanfaatan. Spesifikasi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis metode penelitian yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach) dan pendekatan konseptual (conceptual approach). Data yang dianalisis yakni data sekunder yang diperoleh secara tidak langsung melalui teknik studi kepustakaan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the comparative legal protection systems for Domestic Workers (DWs) in Indonesia and Singapore, while highlighting the urgency of ratifying ILO Convention No. 189 as an international instrument to ensure decent work in the domestic sector. The research employs an empirical legal method, utilizing statutory, conceptual, and empirical approaches. The statutory approach involves reviewing national and international regulations related to labor and domestic worker protection. The data consist of primary data from observations and interviews, as well as secondary data from primary legal sources such as the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, Law No. 13 of 2003, the Draft Bill on Domestic Workers, the Employment of Foreign Manpower Act (EFMA), the Employment Act, and international instruments such as ILO Convention No. 189. The data are analyzed using descriptive-qualitative methods with deductive reasoning to identify normative and empirical gaps in the protection of domestic workers. The findings reveal that both Indonesia and Singapore have yet to provide comprehensive legal protection for domestic workers, particularly regarding formal employment status, basic rights, and access to justice. The ratification of ILO Convention No. 189 is considered crucial for both countries to improve national legal frameworks, raise protection standards, and enhance their diplomatic position and international reputation in upholding human rights and social justice.

Abstract

Abstrak: Sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan elemen vital dalam keberhasilan setiap organisasi, termasuk lembaga sosial keagamaan seperti LAZISMU (Lembaga Amil Zakat Infaq dan Shadaqah Muhammadiyah). Beberapa permasalahan umum yang sering terjadi antara lain: pencatatan transaksi yang tidak sistematis, kurangnya pemahaman mengenai format dan isi laporan keuangan, serta minimnya penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam proses akuntansi. Pelatihan ini bertujuan membekali anggota LAZISMU dalam menyusun laporan keuangan seperti memahami prinsip dasar akuntansi, melakukan pencatatan transaksi serta Menyusun laporan keuangan yang transparan dan akuntabel. Mitra utama dalam kegiatan ini adalah LAZISMU kabupaten sukabumi yang memiliki anggota 15 orang. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan yang dilakukan dengan melakukan penyampaian materi secara presentasi, diskusi interaktif, studi kasus dan praktek penyusunan laporan keuangan dengan menggunakan excel. Keberhasilan kegiatan ini ditandai dengan meningkatnya nilai rata-rata pre-test dan pos-test dengan rata-rata kenaikan di atas 40 poin. Peningkatan tertinggi terjadi pada pemahaman catatan biaya-biaya (+51 poin), diikuti oleh pemahaman dasar laporan keuangan (+40 poin), yang mencerminkan penguatan pengetahuan peserta baik secara teknis maupun konseptual.Abstract: Human resources (HR) are a vital element in the success of every organization, including socio-religious institutions such as LAZISMU (Amil Zakat Infaq and Shadaqah Muhammadiyah Institute). Some common problems that often occur include: unsystematic transaction recording, lack of understanding of the format and content of financial statements, and lack of use of information technology in the accounting process. This training aims to equip LAZISMU members in preparing financial reports such as understanding the basic principles of accounting, recording transactions and compiling transparent and accountable financial reports. The main partner in this activity is LAZISMU Sukabumi Regency which has 15 members. The method of implementing activities is carried out by delivering material through presentations, interactive discussions, case studies and the practice of preparing financial statements using excel. The success of this activity was marked by an increase in the average score of pre-test and post-test with an average increase of more than 40 points. The highest increase occurred in the comprehension of the cost record (+51 points), followed by the basic understanding of financial statements (+40 points), which reflected the strengthening of participants' knowledge both technically and conceptually.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, the increasing intensity of cross-border transactions demands a national legal system capable of ensuring legal certainty in international trade. However, Indonesia has yet to ratify the HCCH 2005 Convention on Choice of Court Agreements and the HCCH 2019 Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Judgments. This study aims to analyze the urgency of ratifying both conventions in the context of Indonesia’s international trade, assess the readiness of national legal and institutional frameworks, and examine lessons learned from countries that have ratified similar conventions. This research adopts a normative legal approach using three methods: the statutory approach to examine the relevance of national regulations, the conceptual approach to understand the foundational principles of the HCCH conventions, and the comparative approach through case studies of ratifying countries. The data sources consist of primary legal materials such as international conventions and national legislation, as well as secondary materials including scholarly journals and legal literature. The research question in this study is: 1) What is the urgency of ratifying the 2005 and 2019 HCCH Conventions in Indonesia?; 2) How prepared is Indonesia's legal and institutional system to accept the ratification of the 2005 and 2019 HCCH Conventions?; and 3) What lessons can Indonesia learn from countries that have ratified the 2005 and 2019 HCCH Conventions?. The findings reveal that, despite Indonesia's significant economic potential, its legal system has not yet adequately accommodated the recognition of jurisdiction and enforcement of foreign judgments. Countries such as Mexico, Singapore, and members of the European Union have demonstrated that ratifying these conventions strengthens legal certainty, enhances investor confidence, and expedites the resolution of cross-border disputes. This study concludes that the ratification of the HCCH 2005 and 2019 Conventions must be an integral part of Indonesia’s civil law reform agenda. The implication is that Indonesia must revise its national regulations, enhance institutional capacity, and develop a structured ratification roadmap to ensure effective implementation and reinforce its legal standing within the global system
