Abstract

Thematic KKN activities carried out by Muhammadiyah Students of Sukabumi City are experiential learning activities, applications, and development of science and technology outside the campus environment involving the local government, the community, and the private sector. This Thematic KKN aims to solve problems faced by the local community, it is hoped that students can help overcome these problems and achieve targets related to existing problems. The COVID-19 pandemic has encouraged the development of digital-based MSMEs as a way to survive and grow amid a crisis. MSMEs that can adapt quickly to this digital era have a greater chance of success. Some of the advantages of digital-based MSMEs include wider market access, lower costs to market products, the ability to interact with customers online, and the ability to improve operational efficiency. Therefore, there needs to support government and related institutions to facilitate the development of digital-based MSMEs, including the provision of wider internet access and training and mentoring programs for business actors. In this case, the development of digital-based MSMEs has the potential to improve the skills and capacity of entrepreneurs and employees in using technology, marketing, and business management digitally. This will increase competitiveness and enable MSMEs to adapt to technological changes and ever-changing markets.

Abstract

The empowerment of orderly PKK administration is one solution to the problems faced by PKK members, namely the lack of understanding related to PKK administrative order. The purpose of this activity is to increase the understanding and skills of PKK members of Limus Nunggal Village regarding PKK administration. The method of implementing this activity is empowerment for PKK members of Limus Nunggal Village. The partner in this empowerment activity is the Limus Nunggal Village Subdistrict. The evaluation was carried out by doing direct practice and bimtek before and after the delivery of the material, and the result was that the comprehension ability and skills of the participants increased by 36.25%.

Abstract

Development training in dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic is a form of training provided to MSME actors. The role of MSMEs will play a very important role in supporting economic activities both regionally and nationally. This service activity aims to provide development for MSME actors in dealing with problems in using technology to market their business results and the packaging of a product (packaging) as a result of their business will greatly affect consumer interest in buying it. This service activity uses training and mentoring methods that are carried out directly. The expected result of this community service activity is an increase in the understanding of MSME actors to market their business products online. All participants of this activity have participated in all training activities that were carried out directly and have been applied in all their activities.

Abstract

Abstrak: Sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan elemen vital dalam keberhasilan setiap organisasi, termasuk lembaga sosial keagamaan seperti LAZISMU (Lembaga Amil Zakat Infaq dan Shadaqah Muhammadiyah). Beberapa permasalahan umum yang sering terjadi antara lain: pencatatan transaksi yang tidak sistematis, kurangnya pemahaman mengenai format dan isi laporan keuangan, serta minimnya penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam proses akuntansi. Pelatihan ini bertujuan membekali anggota LAZISMU dalam menyusun laporan keuangan seperti memahami prinsip dasar akuntansi, melakukan pencatatan transaksi serta Menyusun laporan keuangan yang transparan dan akuntabel. Mitra utama dalam kegiatan ini adalah LAZISMU kabupaten sukabumi yang memiliki anggota 15 orang. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan yang dilakukan dengan melakukan penyampaian materi secara presentasi, diskusi interaktif, studi kasus dan praktek penyusunan laporan keuangan dengan menggunakan excel. Keberhasilan kegiatan ini ditandai dengan meningkatnya nilai rata-rata pre-test dan pos-test dengan rata-rata kenaikan di atas 40 poin. Peningkatan tertinggi terjadi pada pemahaman catatan biaya-biaya (+51 poin), diikuti oleh pemahaman dasar laporan keuangan (+40 poin), yang mencerminkan penguatan pengetahuan peserta baik secara teknis maupun konseptual.Abstract: Human resources (HR) are a vital element in the success of every organization, including socio-religious institutions such as LAZISMU (Amil Zakat Infaq and Shadaqah Muhammadiyah Institute). Some common problems that often occur include: unsystematic transaction recording, lack of understanding of the format and content of financial statements, and lack of use of information technology in the accounting process. This training aims to equip LAZISMU members in preparing financial reports such as understanding the basic principles of accounting, recording transactions and compiling transparent and accountable financial reports. The main partner in this activity is LAZISMU Sukabumi Regency which has 15 members. The method of implementing activities is carried out by delivering material through presentations, interactive discussions, case studies and the practice of preparing financial statements using excel. The success of this activity was marked by an increase in the average score of pre-test and post-test with an average increase of more than 40 points. The highest increase occurred in the comprehension of the cost record (+51 points), followed by the basic understanding of financial statements (+40 points), which reflected the strengthening of participants' knowledge both technically and conceptually.

Abstract

Research on Work Motivation on Employee Performance through Organizational Commitment as a mediator has been widely conducted, but there are still few Human Resource Management variables used as the parent variable. The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the effect of human resource management and work motivation on employee performance mediated by organizational commitment. The research method used is quantitative. The population in this study were all civil servants and non-civil servants of PPKPI totaling 81. while the sample was taken using the census sampling method where the entire population was made a sample of 81 based on the overall population of PPKPI Pasar Rebo DKI Jakarta. The data collection method was carried out by distributing online questionnaires (google form) and offline (direct distribution to the field for those who had not filled out the google form). The analysis technique used was SEM PLS. The results of the study explain that Human Resource Management and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, human resource management has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, but work motivation has no effect and is not significant on employee performance. Human resource management and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance indirectly through organizational commitment as a mediator. The contribution of this study is to provide an overview to PPKPI Pasar Rebo DKI Jakarta employees in taking appropriate policies towards their employees, as well as to assist future researchers who will conduct similar research.

Abstract

Objectives: This study aims to analyze the role of the business environment in improving the competitiveness of the traditional medicine industry in West Java by identifying business environment factors that affect competitiveness and measuring the significance of the influence of each factor.Methodology: The research used a mixed method approach with explanatory sequential design. Quantitative data collection was conducted through a structured survey of 222 traditional medicine businesses in West Java selected by stratified random sampling based on business scale and geographical area. Qualitative data were obtained through in-depth interviews and focus group discussions with 18 key informants. Data analysis used multiple regression, structural equation modeling (SEM), and ANOVA, integrated with content analysis for qualitative data.Finding: The results showed that seven dimensions of the business environment significantly influenced the competitiveness of the traditional medicine industry with a value of R² = 0.613. Market access (β = 0.312) and technology and innovation (β = 0.286) are the most dominant factors, while raw material availability has the highest perception (mean = 3.87). There were significant gaps in technology and innovation (mean = 2.65) and access to finance (mean = 2.78). ANOVA analysis showed significant differences in competitiveness levels based on enterprise scale (F = 18.653, p < 0.01), with larger-scale enterprises showing higher competitiveness.Conclusion: The business environment plays an important role in improving the competitiveness of the traditional medicine industry in West Java. A holistic approach is needed in developing a conducive business environment, including simplifying regulations, strengthening the innovation ecosystem, developing market access, and special financing schemes to encourage the transformation of the traditional medicine industry towards a more modern and globally competitive industry. An integrated and ecosystem-based industrial development approach is key to improving the competitiveness and sustainability of this industry in the long term.

Abstract

The goal of this research is to determine the fairness of stock prices by looking at the intrinsic value of shares in the healthcare industry from 2017 to 2021. Investors use this assessment of the fairness of the share price to choose whether to sell, hold, or purchase shares. The Dividend Discounted Model (DDM) with a Constant Growth Model was used for the analysis. The Dividend Discounted Model (DDM) is used to compare the stock's intrinsic value to its market value to determine the intrinsic value of shares. This value is calculated by anticipating future dividend payments. The Healthcare Sector Company on the Indonesia Stock Exchange is the subject of this kind of descriptive research. Nine companies were chosen as samples using the purposive sampling strategy. Shares of DVLA, KLBF, MERK, MIKA, PEHA, PRDA, SIDO, and TSPC were found to be undervalued in the outcomes. On the other hand, HEAL shares was found overvalued. For potential investors in DVLA, KLBF, MERK, MIKA, PEHA, PRDA, SIDO, and TSPC shares, the best investment decision is to buy shares in these companies before the market price of these shares rises. Meanwhile, investors who already own shares in these companies should hold the company's shares and increase their share ownership with the assumption that the share price will rise in the future. Furthermore, potential investors should not buy HEAL company shares and investors who already own the company shares should immediately sell the company shares in order to get capital gains.

Abstract

Research on entrepreneurial and digital orientation in improving the performance of MSMEs has been carried out a lot, but there are still few variables in marketing capabilities used as mediation. This study's objective is to examine and explain the influence of entrepreneurial and digital orientation in improving the performance of MSMEs mediated by marketing capabilities. Quantitative research methodology is applied. The study's population is 14,128 food MSMEs in Sukabumi City, while the sample is taken using raosoft.com sample size calculator with a distribution rate of 50%, and the criteria are to have a business capital of Rp.1,000,000-15,000,000 and a business duration of 3-6 years or more, so that as many as 96 business actors were obtained as a sample. A Google Form is used to distribute questionnaires as part of the data collection technique SEM PLS is the analytical method employed. The results of the study explained that there was a significant influence shown by the value of the determination coefficient, the influence on the performance of MSMEs was 70.3% while the influence on marketing capcapability was 41.1%. This research's contribution is to offer an overview to business actors and DISKUMINDAG in making appropriate policies, as well as to help future researchers who will conduct similar research.

Abstract

In the increasingly developing digital era, ease of use and security of use are two important factors that influence consumer trust in the products or services offered. This consumer trust, in turn, can influence the purchasing decisions taken. In this context, understanding the influence of ease of use and security of use on consumer trust, as well as its impact on purchasing decisions, is very important for marketing strategies and product development. This study aims to analyze the influence of ease of use and security of use on consumer trust, as well as its impact on purchasing decisions. The research method uses a quantitative approach with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique which is analyzed using AMOS software. The sample of this study consisted of 126 respondents who were consumers who used Tokopedia e-commerce. The results of the study indicate that ease of use does not have a significant effect on consumer trust, with a CR value of 1.908 and a p-value of 0.056 which is greater than the significance limit of 0.05, so the first hypothesis is rejected. On the other hand, security of use has a significant and positive effect on consumer trust, with a CR value of 2.428 and a p-value of 0.015 which is smaller than 0.05, so the second hypothesis is accepted. Consumer trust is proven to have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a CR of 2.415 and a p-value of 0.016, indicating that increasing consumer trust can significantly influence purchasing decisions. Ease of use and security of use were also found to have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, with CR values of 2.346 and 2.303 respectively and a p-value smaller than 0.05, indicating a positive effect of both factors on purchasing decisions. The results of this study provide an important contribution to understanding the factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions, especially in the context of ease of use, security, and consumer trust.
