Abstract

Carcinoma Mammae is the main factor of death from all cancers that occur in Indonesian women. This study aims to determine the relationship between age and knowledge of female students towards early detection of Carcinoma Mammae at SMA Bakti Keluarga, Lubuk Linggau City in 2025. This study utilized an Analytical Survey with a Cross Sectional approach. The population was female students of class X of SMA Bakti Keluarga, Lubuk Linggau City in 2025 and the sample was taken using the Total sampling technique, totaling 40 people. The measuring instrument was a questionnaire. The results of the univariate analysis found that from 40 female adolescents, it was found that there were 31 early female adolescents (77.5%) and 9 late female adolescents (22.5%) and it was found that female adolescents with good knowledge were 25 respondents (62.5%) and female students with poor knowledge were 15 respondents (37.5%). Bivariate analysis shows that the age of adolescent girls has a significant relationship with early detection of Breast Carcinoma (p value 0.002) and the knowledge of adolescent girls has a significant relationship with early detection of Breast Carcinoma (p value 0.001). The conclusion is that there is a relationship between the age and knowledge of adolescent girls with early detection of Breast Carcinoma.

Abstract

Kualitas mutu rumah sakit dapat dilihat pada tingkat kelengkapan resume medis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persentase pengisian resume medis pasien rawat inap kasus bedah digestive Di RSUD Siti Fatimah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 107 lem- bar resume medis, serta istrumen penelitian ini lembar checklist, wawancara, dan observasi. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Review formulir persetujuan umum pada item identi- tas pasien persentase kelengkapan sebesar 100% dan persentase ketidaklengkapan sebesar 0%. Review formulir resume medis, pada item Catatan Yang Penting Penting persentase kelengka- pan sebesar 87% dan persentase ketidaklengkapan sebesar 13%, pada item Autentifikasi Pasien persentase kelengkapan sebesar 97% dan persentase ketidaklengkapan sebesar 3%, pada item Catatan Yang Baik persentase kelengkapan sebesar 88% dan persentase ketid- aklengkapan sebesar 12%. Dan faktor penyebab ketidaklengkapan pengisian formulir resume medis yaitu keterbatasan waktu dokter.

Abstract

Birth planning and readiness to overcome complications is called Birth Preparedness and Complication Readiness is a way to motivate pregnant women and their families to prepare themselves and plan for childbirth in case of an emergency. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with the level of anxiety before childbirth in primigravida mothers in the third trimester. The design of this study was pre-experiment, one group pretest-posttest design approach. The population of this study was all primigravida pregnant women in the third trimester who underwent pregnancy check-ups with a sample of 30 respondents. Data analysis used univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using the Chi square test. The results of the study showed a relationship between education factors (p value = 0.015), age had no relationship (p value = 0.511) and knowledge had a relationship (p value = 0.018) with the level of anxiety in third trimester primigravida at CH Mala PMB in 2022. It is hoped that it can increase counseling on the level of anxiety in third trimester primigravida mothers and provide direct counseling to the community so that local residents' knowledge can increase.

Abstract

Household waste is a growing environmental issue in line with population growth and changes in consumption patterns. Improper waste management can have negative impacts on health and the environment. This Community Service activity aims to increase public knowledge and awareness regarding environmentally friendly household waste management through a waste-aware community movement. Implementation methods include outreach, education, waste sorting demonstrations, and community mentoring. The results of the activity indicate an increase in community knowledge and skills in sorting and managing household waste, as well as the formation of positive attitudes toward clean living and environmental awareness. This program is expected to be the first step in creating a clean, healthy, and sustainable environment.
