Abstract

Program perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat merupakan salah satu kebijakan DepartemenKesehatan Republik Indonesia yang telah ditetapkan dan dijalankan sejak tahun 1997.Adapun melalui kebijakan Indonesia Sehat 2010 pemerintah membuat suatu rancangan yaitulingkungan sehat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang faktor-faktoryang berhubungan dengan perilaku siswa sekolah dasar negeri 16 di kelurahan DemangLebar Daun kecamatan Ilir Barat I dan faktor mana yang paling dominan berhubungandengan perilaku siswa.Pengumpulan data berlangsung pada bulan September - Desember2017.Populasi adalah siswa SekolahDasar Negeri 16 Palembang khusus kelas V. Daripopulasi tersebut di ambil sampel sebanyak 48 siswa dengan cara random. Hasil analisismenunjukanbahwa perilaku siswa yang baik dan di dapatkan program perilaku hidup bersihdan sehat, pendidikan ibu, pengetahuan, sikap siswa terhadap perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat.Oleh karena itu saya menyarankan sedini mungkin siswa memahami pentingnya perilakuhidup bersih dan sehat.

Abstract

Coding is very important in the prospective financing system which will determine the amount of fees paid to the FKRTL (Advanced Referral Health Facility). Appropriately coded clinical data will be needed for information for the purposes of patient care, research, improving service performance, resource planning and management, as well as to obtain appropriate reimbursement for health services provided. The accuracy of a code is intended for all types of diseases, one of which is hypertension. The purpose of this study was to determine the accuracy and inaccuracy percentage of hypertension diagnosis codes. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The sample of this study was the medical record files of outpatients diagnosed with hypertension in the January-March 2023 period, totaling 71 files. From a sample of 71 files in the diagnosis of hypertension, it was found that the inaccuracy of filling in the hypertension diagnosis code was 7 files (10%). While the accuracy of filling is 64 files (90%). Factors that cause inaccuracies in the diagnosis code are doctors who write the wrong diagnosis due to incomplete medical supporting information, such as checking blood pressure. Completeness of medical supporting examination results can be used as information to determine the appropriate diagnosis code. Another factor was the doctor's writing which was difficult to read which made it difficult for officers to input diagnoses into the SIMRS.

Abstract

The WISN (Workload Indicator Staff Need) method is an indicator that shows the amount of staff needed in health facilities based on workload, so that the allocation/relocation is easier and more rational. Services in hospitals are administrative in nature, namely service that is orderly, neat and thorough. In addition, because other people are facing it, efforts must be made to be fast and not create queues, so a sufficient number of officers or health workers is needed. to calculate the medical record workforce at Sungai Lilin Hospital. This research uses quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The data collection method in this study was observation, direct interviews with officers at Sungai Lilin Hospital. it is known that the available working time is 2,088 hours/year or 125,280 minutes/year, the workload requirement for medical record officers in the medical record room is 642,959 minutes, the calculation of the standard time allowance is 0.15 minutes. The calculation of the medical record workforce in the medical record room is 4 workers. 3 people are already in the medical record room. So we need 1 more worker.
