Abstract

Occupational health and safety is one of the important aspects to be considered by human resource management, because remembering human being is an important asset in a company that play a role for progress of company in getting profit. In order to create safe and comfortable conditions and situations in the workplace, every company needs to provide adequate facilities for its workers, in order to protect their physical and mental safety from accidents and illness due to the work they do. So how much attention the company to the safety and health of employees interesting to investigate. Therefore this study aims to analyze the effect of the application of health and safety (K3) programs to increase employees productivity at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) area operation 3 Cirebon. This research is a quantitative research with survey method, using questionnaire instrument. Testing the instrument using validity test and reliability test. The sample size of 100 people was obtained from the entire population by using the Slovin formula. Data analysis techniques used by the authors in this study is a simple linear regression analysis with F test and t test, to measure the effect of independent variables on dependent variable that is health and safety program as independent variable (X) and employee work productivity as dependent variable (Y). Based on the calculation of coefficient of determination (KD) is known that the value of R square of 0.10, this means the percentage contribution of variables K3 program (health and safety) to work productivity employees at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Operation Area 3 Cirebon of 10% while the remaining 90% influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis secara simultan Engagement, Pengawasan Kerja dan Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikansi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan UMKM Desa Lemahmulya Kec. Majalaya Kabupaten Karawang. Pada penelitian ini memiliki urgensi penelitian yang tinggi, khususnya dalam bidang Sumber Daya Manusia. Menitik beratkan pada Engagement, Pengawasan Kerja, Kompensasi dan Kinerja Karyawan UMKM Desa Lemahmulya Kec. Majalaya Kabupaten Karawang. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena masih adanya kesenjangan hasil penelitian terdahulu. Objek penelitian yang penulis akan teliti adalah Engagement, Pengawasan Kerja, Kompensasi dan Kinerja Karyawan UMKM Desa Lemahmulya Kec. Majalaya Kabupaten Karawang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode wawancara, observasi, kuesioner, dan literatur. Pengujian instrumen dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas.

Abstract

This research aims to find out about the influence of training and work environment on employee performance at PT. Kreasindo Jaya Tama Sukses Bekasi. The method used in this researchthe is the quantitative method. This research was conducted at PT. Kreasindo Jaya Tama Sukses. The sample collection technique uses all employees of PT. Kreasindo Jaya Tama Sukses with a total of 105 employees. To determine the total of samples used, use the slovin formula with a margin error of 10% and there were result 52 employees who were used as respondents. The analysis model used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using the f-test and t-test with a significance level of 5%. The research results show that there is a partial influence between job training on employee performance and the t table value (3,739 > 1,676 atay thitung > ttabel). Meanwhile, there is a partial influence of the work environment on employee performance with t table (2,329 > 1,676).

Abstract

Along with the development of science and technology in the era of globalization, various applications on smartphones aim to make it easier for users, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, where many companies implemented work-from-home (WFH) policies, fieldwork and official employees leaving the city. So there is a problem with employee attendance because usually attendance is only done in the office. This research aims to: determine the implementation of SIAP Attendance (Employee Attendance Information System) at the Karawang Regency Industry and Trade Service. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative using the Triangulation Technique. The sample used was 5 people, using observation and interviews. The research results show that SIAP Attendance can improve an employee's attendance discipline, because this attendance system uses GPS technology, so superiors can know the employee's location when taking attendance.

Abstract

This research aims to find out about several influences related to the influence of the environment and job satisfaction on the performance of PT employees. Rizky, son of the King of Karawang. The method used in this research is quantitative. This research was conducted at PT. Rizky, son of the King of Karawang. The sample collection technique uses all employees of PT. Rizky Putra Raja Karawang, totaling 105 employees. To determine the number of samples used, use the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 10% and the results are 52 employees who were used as respondents. The analysis model used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using the f-test and t-test with a level of 5%. The research results show that there is a partial influence between the influence of the environment on employee performance and the t table value (6.120> 1.676 or t count > t table). Meanwhile, there is a partial influence of job satisfaction on employee performance with the t table (2.833 > 1.676.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze employee performance at PT. Boltz Indonesia, the author uses a qualitative descriptive method using the Triangulation Technique. The data collection method used by the author was direct observation and interviews with 5 (five) people at PT. Boltz Indonesia in 2022 will see a decline, due to a lack of motivation to do the work optimally job plus there are problems with employees who are negligent in carrying out work such as leaving the machine while the engine is running and not checking the machine before starting to replace the machine blade. Performance is where someone has played for him in playing organizational strategy, both in achieving specific targets related to individual roles and/or by demonstrating competencies that are stated to be relevant for the organization. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui pelatihan sumber daya manusia pada usaha budidaya ikan di daerah pesisir serta mencari permasalahan dan solusi yang memberikan manfaat bagi pengusaha budidaya ikan tambak. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif bertujuan untuk menjelajahi kondisi objek secara alami dengan peneliti sebagai instrumen utama, pengumpulan data dilaksanakan melalui penerapan teknik triangulasi, di mana berbagai sumber data digunakan secara bersamaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, meskipun pelatihan telah dilaksanakan, terdapat sejumlah kendala yang menghambat implementasi praktik-praktik yang diajarkan. Faktor-faktor seperti ketidaksesuaian antara materi pelatihan dengan kebutuhan sebenarnya di lapangan, kurangnya dukungan dan pemahaman dari pihak pelatihan, serta kondisi lingkungan tambak yang kompleks. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman tentang efektivitas pelatihan sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan kinerja usaha budidaya ikan tambak di daerah pesisir. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai dasar untuk penyempurnaan program pelatihan, pengembangan kebijakan yang lebih efektif, serta penguatan kapasitas para pelaku usaha dalam menghadapi tantangan dalam industri budidaya ikan tambak.

Abstract

Employee performance is influenced by their workplace. Aspects of the workplace will improve along with employee performance. With regard to elements of the work environment, optimal work achievement will be facilitated by an appropriate work environment. This observation aims to find out how the work environment can be analyzed to improve the performance of BNNK Karawang employees. This article was written using a qualitative descriptive research methodology. Observation, interviews, documentation, data reduction analysis techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions are the data collection methods used. The results of the research show: Physical and non-physical work environments have a conducive role in improving the performance of BNNK Karawang employees. There are obstacles faced by BNNK Karawang in the form of physical work environments and work equipment that are still not supportive because they have not been replaced and some tools are not modern. The efforts made by BNNK Karawang, that is, in terms of facilities, it can complete the equipment facilities and it is also expected to upgrade equipment facilities that are still simple to equipment that already has the latest technology, there is an increase in performance every year for BNNK Karawang employees.

Abstract

Optimizing the performance quality of every organization and/or company has become crucial, necessitating drivers for employees to enhance their performance quality, such as work motivation and occupational health and safety (K3) provided by the organization and/or company to each employee. This study aims to investigate the influence of work motivation and occupational health and safety (K3) on the performance of Plant-2 employees at PT. Sinar Agung Pemuda Cikarang. The research employs a verificative analysis method with a quantitative approach using multiple regression analysis. The results indicate that hypothesis H1 is accepted, signifying that work motivation significantly affects employee performance. Furthermore, H2 is rejected, indicating that occupational health and safety do not significantly affect employee performance. Additionally, H3 is accepted, suggesting a simultaneous influence of work motivation and occupational health and safety on the performance of Plant-2 employees at PT. Sinar Agung Pemuda Cikarang, accounting for 35.7%, with the remaining 64.3% influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of compensation and work environment in increasing employee loyalty at PT. Citra Nusantara Catering. Qualitative descriptive methods with triangulation interviews and observation techniques were used to explore compensation conditions, work environment, and employee loyalty levels. The results of the research showed that the compensation provided by the company was below standard, with employee salary data indicating the need for adjustments to achieve higher compensation levels. adequate. The work environment also requires improvement, as indicated by workplace layout data. It is recommended to improve lighting, air circulation and layout arrangements to improve employee welfare and productivity. Employee attendance data is an additional factor that needs to be taken into account when analyzing loyalty levels. Research shows a correlation between compensation conditions, work environment, and employee absenteeism levels. With the results of this research, recommendations for reviewing compensation policies include salary adjustments, increasing incentives, and providing more comprehensive benefits. On the work environment side, improvements to lighting, air circulation and workplace layout are proposed to improve employee welfare and productivity. By implementing these steps, it is hoped that the company can increase employee loyalty, having a positive impact on overall company performance.
