Abstract

Various types of industrial sectors, both service industries and manufacturing industries, are still often faced with turnover problems. To prevent the turnover rate from increasing, the company must be able to observe the factors driving employees to decide to leave the company. The factors driving turnover intention can consist of various things, including workload and job satisfaction. This research aims to determine the effect of workload on turnover intention through job satisfaction as an intervention for employees of PT Central Motor Wheel Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative data analysis method which is used to examine the magnitude of the direct and indirect contribution of the influence of workload on turnover intention through job satisfaction as an intervening factor. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis and Path Analysis path analysis with the help of SPSS version 25. The variables observed in this research consist of workload as an independent variable, turnover intention as the dependent variable and job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population of this research was 178 employees of PT Central Motor Wheel Indonesia and the sample of this research was 123 employees. The research results show that workload has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction, the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention has a negative and significant effect, the effect of workload and turnover intention is negative and significant. From the Sobel test calculations, the values obtained prove that the influence of workload on turnover intention through job satisfaction as an intervening has a significant effect.

Abstract

This article discusses effective HRM strategies in driving the growth of D'SRUPUT SMEs. D'SRUPUT SMEs face various challenges, including intense market competition, changing consumer trends, limited resources, and difficulties in building a strong brand. In addressing these challenges, effective HRM strategies become key to improving performance and business growth. In order to optimize HRM strategies, industrial visits to D'SRUPUT SMEs are important to learn successful practices that support SME growth. The data collection method used in this article is structured interviews with D'SRUPUT entrepreneurs in Karawang Regency. The findings from the industrial visits to D'SRUPUT SMEs depict a focus on the food and beverage sector, established in 2019. When starting their business, D'SRUPUT faced challenges competing with more established competitors. The conclusion of this article is that effective HRM strategies are highly relevant in driving the growth of D'SRUPUT SMEs, and the recommendations include implementing these strategies, utilizing appropriate technology, continuous evaluation and improvement, and industrial visits to learn best practices in supporting SME growth. Abstract

Superior human resources are needed in businesses and companies to achieve goals in organizations or activities. The purpose of this observation is to determine the role of work experience in order to create quality employee performance. The methods used are the results of interviews, observations and literature reviews. For the sake of goals and efforts to be achieved, MSME actors need experienced human resources. Millecrepes Sinok Karawang is an MSME that sells food, this business actor needs employees who are good at cooking. If an employee has less experience in their field, the quality of work will be low and will have an impact on the progress of his business so that the business is not productive. The result of this observation if employees have work experience in their fields, it will create good quality employee performance, knowledge, skills or mastery of work, and a sense of responsibility so that business does not stop because employees have previous experience so as to create good performance quality and products produced accordingly. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy on financial management of MSME actors located in Purwasari District, Karawang Regency. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with data obtained from the answers to questionnaires about financial literacy and financial management answered by MSME owners. There are 1,749 MSMEs in Purwasari District, Karawang Regency as the population in this study with the appropriate data source from the karawangkab.go.id website. So that obtained 95 MSME business actors in Purawasari District, Karawang Regency which were used as samples in this study. In this study, multiple linear regression analysis will be carried out regarding the primary data obtained by probability sampling technique using the simple random sampling method. In this study, a SPSS 26 calculation tool is needed. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the financial management of MSMEs in Purwasari District, Karawang Regency is significantly influenced by financial literacy variables, namely basic knowledge of finance, savings and credit, investment, and insurance simultaneously.

Abstract

Indonesia saat ini hidup dalam periode Revolusi Industri Keempat, ketika koneksi digital antar bisnis mengarah pada penyederhanaan rantai pasokan. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan betapa cepatnya perkembangan bisnis di Indonesia, khususnya bagi UMKM dan perusahaan kreatif yang memanfaatkan teknologi digital. Bagi generasi milenial yang imajinatif dan kreatif, Revolusi Industri 4.0 menghadirkan peluang dan tantangan dalam menjalankan bisnis di Indonesia. Untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang mendorong dan menawarkan sumber daya yang memadai seperti undang-undang dan teknologi untuk pengembangan UMKM dan usaha kreatif di Indonesia, keterlibatan pemerintah sangatlah penting.

Abstract

Employee performance is one of the most important things in the company, employee performance at PT Sinar Mandiri Teknik Bekasi is required to achieve predetermined company targets. However, in reality in the last two years the targets that have been planned or set are still not achieved as expected. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership style, work discipline partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT Sinar Mandiri Teknik Bekasi. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive verification. The population in this study were all 103 employees of PT Sinar Mandiri Teknik Bekasi with a sample calculation using the Slovin formula and a sample size of 51 employees was obtained. Data collection using a questionnaire, and data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of analytical tools, namely SPSS version 26. The results of the research conducted there is a significant positive partial effect of transformational leadership style on performance, there is a significant positive partial effect of work discipline on performance, and there is a simultaneous effect of transformational leadership style and significant positive work discipline on performance. The more the transformational leadership style develops and maintains work discipline, the more employee performance will increase. Leaders who have a transformational leadership style can increase employee motivation and dedication, encourage them to work with passion and strive to achieve maximum performance in their work. Work discipline that has been implemented in the company should be maintained in order to improve performance by achieving targets on time. transformational leadership style and work discipline have an important role in improving employee performance.

Abstract

Toko Duta Jaya bergerak di bidang asesoris mobil, kemudian memperluas usahanya ke jenis usaha petshop. Sebuah tempat usaha harus memperhatikan pengelolaan kas dengan baik dalam memenuhi kewajiban jangka pendek tersebut dengan menentukan tingkat pendapatan usaha. Penulis melakukan pengamatan dan penelitian khusus ke jenis usaha petshop tersebut dimana pendapatan di Toko “Duta Jaya Kosambi” mengalami penurunan pendapatan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengeluaran dan penerimaan kas pada toko dan juga bagaimana pada Toko Duta Jaya dengan cara melihat pengelolaan kas dan pendapatan di Toko Petshop tersebut. Pihak toko juga menggunakan sistem yang disebut Moka Pos sistem untuk mengelola kas dan juga penjualanya. Toko Duta Jaya petshop berdiri sejak akhir tahun 2018. Adanya pengelolaan kas yang memadai diharapkan akan meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi kerja pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan pendapatan menggunakan rasio efektivitas. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif, dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara langsung kepada responden, dalam hal ini data bersumber dari pemilik usaha Toko Duta Jaya sebagai responden dimana semua informasi mengenai pengelolaan kas dan data toko dikumpulkan untuk diolah oleh penulis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perputaran kas berpengaruh positif terhadap pendapatan, dimana dapat terlihat dari penerimaan pendapatan dan pengeluaran kas pada Toko Duta Jaya sudah memadai dan berjalan secara efektif dan efisien dalam meningkatkan pendapatan berdasarkan hasil perhitungan rasio penerimaan sebesar 1,28. Hasil penelitian memberikan gambaran kepada pihak toko dalam peningkatan pendapatan perlu adanya usaha lebih giat lagi dalam mempromosikan usahanya dapat melalui internet marketing, website atau social media.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) sangat berperan dalam perekonomian masyarakat Indonesia, selama ini yang banyak berperan dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja dan pemerataan perekonomian di Indonesia. Beberapa permasalahan yang kerap terjadi di UMKM adalah kesulitan pemasaran, keterbatasan SDM, kesulitan bahan baku, keterbatasan inovasi dan teknologi serta keterbatasan pembiayaan. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan pendampingan terhadap para pelaku UMKM. Pendampingan manajemen bisnis dan digital marketing bisnis adalah suatu bentuk bantuan atau dukungan yang diberikan kepada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) dalam mengoptimalkan proses produksi hingga meningkatkan volume penjualan. Saat ini, UMKM merupakan sektor penting dalam perekonomian karena memberikan dampak besar yang positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, menciptakan lapangan kerja, dan menggerakkan roda perekonomian di daerah. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini, Byfa Cake sebagai mitra. Byfa Cake memproduksi kue kering dan kue basah yang berada di daerah Cikarang Utara Kabupaten Bekasi Jawa Barat.

Abstract

Transportation costs present a significant challenge in managing company operations, particularly within the goods distribution sector. This study aims to analyze the efficiency of carton box shipping transportation costs during the period 2022 to 2024 by using on-call car rental services. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with the application of mathematical models to calculate the average monthly transportation costs. The data analyzed is secondary data from the company's financial statements that have been systematically processed. The results showed that there were significant fluctuations in transportation costs each year. The year 2023 was recorded as the most efficient period with an average cost of IDR 166,486,233 per month, compared to IDR 177,965,600 in 2022 and IDR 213,813,716 in 2024. The efficiency in 2023 shows the success of the transportation management strategy, while the increase in costs in 2024 is due to a surge in shipment volumes and rising fuel prices. This study concludes that the utilisation of on-call car rental services can serve as an efficient solution, provided it is backed by optimal logistics planning. The implications of these findings highlight the necessity for periodic evaluation of the transportation methods employed to sustain operational cost efficiency amidst fluctuating demand and pricing dynamics.

Abstract

The performance of nurses determines the quality of health services. However, initial observations at Asshofwan Pratama Clinic showed a decrease in work morale and a lack of responsiveness of nurses in serving patients. This phenomenon indicates that there are problems in the aspects of work motivation and physical work environment that can have a direct impact on the performance of nurses. This study aims to explore in depth how these two factors affect nurse performance. The approach used is qualitative with a phenomenological study type. The data collection technique was carried out through in-depth interviews, non-participatory observations, and documentation of five nurses and one HRD party as informants. The results showed that nurses' work motivation was more influenced by intrinsic motivations, such as a sense of responsibility, and the satisfaction of seeing patients heal. The physical work environment is considered quite supportive, characterized by clean workspaces, adequate ventilation and lighting, and work facilities that are mostly complete although there are some tools that need to be updated. The performance of nurses in the clinic is considered good, reflected in discipline, precision, speed of work, and commitment to quality service strengthened by the theory of Self-Determination, Herzberg's Two-Factor Theory, and the WHO health worker performance model. This study suggests the need for increased non-financial support, innovation reform, and innovation facilitation to maintain and improve the performance of nurses in primary clinics.
