Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang pesat menuntut penyelenggara pendidikan seperti perguruan tinggi untuk dapat mengambil kesempatan dan beradaptasi terhadap kebaharuan teknologi dan kemajuan teknologi merambah ke semua bidang seperti ekonomi, sosial, hingga bidang pendidikan. Pada saat ini, sistem absensi pada program Kuliah Kerja Lapangan Plus pada STMIK Amika Soppeng masih menggunakan absensi manual yang dilakukan dengan pencatatan abensi pada lembar daftar hadir sehingga mudah terjadinya kehilangan data, manipulasi data, dan data yang tercatat tidak akurat. Peran dosen pembimbing untuk melakukan pemantauan terhadap mahasiswa kurang efektif dan efesien karena dosen pembimbing diharuskan datang ke lokasi instansi. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur dari beberapa hasil penelitian oleh pengembang sebelumnya. Untuk menyelesaikan masalah penelitian yang ada, peneliti mengembangkan sistem yang berjalan saat ini menjadi sebuah sistem absensi yang terkomputerisasi berbasis website. Penelitian ini didukung oleh bahasa pemrograman PHP (Hypertext Prepocessor) dan database MySQL. Dengan adanya sistem ini menghasilkan sistem yang terintegrasi yang dapat memudahkan petugas untuk mendata mahasiswa, dosen pembimbing dapat memantau data absensi mahasiswa, dan mahasiswa dapat melakukan absensi secara online dan data yang tersimpan secara realtime. Sistem aplikasi yang dibuat menggantikan model pencatatan absnesi yang manual sehingga mengurangi terjadinya human error dalam proses perekapan data absensi serta mengurangi penggunaan kertas

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang analisis kualitas jaringan nirkabel pada kantor DPRD Kabupaten Soppeng. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan tools Wireless Intrusion Detection System (WIDS) pada kantor DPRD Kabupaten Soppeng. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yang mengadaptasi metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) mulai dari tahapan perencanaan, analisa, perancangan dan implementasi dengan cara memahami dan menyeleksi keadaan dan proses yang dilakukan pengguna untuk dapat mendukung kebutuhan pengguna, setelah melakukan tahapan perencanaan dan analisa. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah metode Wireless Intrusion Detection System (WIDS) dengan menggunakan Wireshark sebagai Tools. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan wireshark dapat mendeteksi serangan yang dilakukan penyusup dengan melihat informasi dari hasil capture paket data yang dilakukan, mulai dari IP yang digunakan dan protokol apa yang digunakan. Setelah melakukan serangkaian pengujian dan analisis data, penggunaan metode WIDS dengan Wireshark, dapat mendeteksi serangan yang terjadi didalam sistem jaringan pada kantor DPRD Kabupaten Soppeng

Abstract

This community service was carried out in RT.01/RW.02, Katimbang City Village with the theme of financial management for housewives. The background for implementing the activity is because the level of understanding of housewives regarding the importance of planning and how to manage family finances is still lacking. The aim of this community service activity is to increase knowledge and abilities about planning and managing finances for housewives. The implementation of this service was attended by 25 participants on June 22 2023. The methods used were counseling, discussion and question and answer. The activity was carried out well, this was proven by the involvement of participants in participating in this activity from start to finish. After counseling is carried out, residents, especially housewives, will have high potential to encourage their families to have a better financial structure, households will be able to manage their finances well, have household fund reserves and be able to understand family financial management, including planning. controlling costs on household activities.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership on employee performance at the village office in Tommo District, Mamuju Regency. The method used in this study was quantitative with a total of 80 employees who were used as samples with the sampling technique using saturated samples. The data used in this study were primary data obtained directly from data sources using questionnaires. The data analysis method uses simple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, validation test, reliability, hypothesis test (T test). The results of testing leadership variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables.

Abstract

Community Service Activities aim to identify and analyze effective strategies in fostering interest in entrepreneurship among Tahfidzul Qur'an students at the Waadissalam Islamic Boarding School in Gowa, South Sulawesi. Through training activities for students, how to foster a creative, innovative and independent entrepreneurial spirit. The results of the activity show that there has been an increase in terms of entrepreneurial desire, level of creativity, innovation and independence of the female students after the community service activities carried out by STIM-LPI Makasar lecturers. There is some increase in the desire or interest in entrepreneurship and creativity. It is hoped that the results of this Community Service activity can contribute to the development of education at the Waadissalam Islamic boarding school and encourage the development of interest in entrepreneurship among Tahfidzul Qur'an students. Apart from that, this Community Service Activity can also be a reference for other educational institutions in considering strategies to foster interest in entrepreneurship among their students.

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to assist in the preparation of financial reports for Mochi Chico MSMEs in accordance with SAK EMKM with a cash basis or accrual basis. The service method is carried out through surveys, workshops, technical guidance, practical implementation, and continuous monitoring with a participatory approach to the preparation of EMKM financial reports. The results of this service are that Mochi business actors are able to prepare financial reports independently using the cash basis and accrual basis methods according to EMKM standards with better accuracy and transparency. The results of the assistance show that the financial report of Mochi Chicho MSMEs presents the financial position in 2023, which precisely from August 23 shows a total asset of IDR 134,080,000 for Profit and Loss in 2023 net profit of IDR 121,080,000 and from the cash flow report it gets IDR 86,365,500 and from the journal of disbursement of fund balances of IDR 82,634,500.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at PT Liny Jaya informatics Makassar. The method used in this research is quantitative with the number of respondents 40 employees who are used as samples with sampling techniques, namely saturated samples. The data used in this study are primary data obtained directly from data sources using a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses reliability test, validation test, simple linear regression test, coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing (T test). The test results of work discipline variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance. The object of this research is PT. Liny Jaya Informatics Makassar which operates in the field of science and technology. The data used in this research is primary data with a sampling method using purposive sampling, and a data analysis method using simple regression analysis, while the sample taken was 40 employees. The results of this research have been tested for validity and reliability, and hypothesis testing has also been carried out using simple regression analysis techniques. The results of this research show that the work motivation variable (X) has a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance (Y), meaning that if work motivation increases, employee performance will increase.

Abstract

                This study aims to determine the effect of sales promotion and product quality on consumer purchasing decisions at Wong Solo Noodle Home Industry SMEs in Mamuju Regency, West Sulawesi. The method used in this research is quantitative method with descriptive-verification approach. Data were collected through distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents selected using purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The results showed that sales promotion and product quality have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. This study provides recommendations for companies to improve promotional strategies and product quality to increase consumer loyalty.

Abstract

Abstract. Gua Mabitce: New Evidence of Hoabinh Site in Northern Sumatra. Gua Mabitce Cave is one of the caves that have the potential for archaeological research on the western coast of Aceh. The surface archaeological data of Sumatralith and the shell layers indicated this location possibly occupied in the past. How occupation and cultural characteristics are found at this site? What questions can be answered by conducting excavations to collect the underground archaeological data? The excavation data are analyzed and interpreted to describe the occupation in Gua Mabitce Cave. Although the dating of this site chronology cannot be obtained because the samples have not been analyzed, the results of the analysis of stone artifacts showed the cultural character of Hoabinh with stone tools artifacts, Sumatralith and flakes as its main equipment. The use of direct percussion is a very dominant technique for making stone tools. The cultural and residential characteristics of the Mabitce Cave are similar to other pre-neolithic sites in northern Sumatra, such as open sites on the east coast of northern Sumatra and cave/rock-shelter sites in the Bukit Barisan Mountains in the Aceh and North Sumatra regions. Abstrak. Gua Mabitce merupakan salah satu gua di Pesisir Barat Aceh yang memiliki potensi untuk diteliti secara arkeologis. Temuan kapak batu sumatralit dan fitur lapisan cangkang kerang di permukaan lantainya memberikan gambaran awal kemungkinan adanya hunian pada masa lalu. Bagaimana hunian dan karakter budaya yang ditemukan di lokasi ini? Jawaban pertanyaan itu perlu dilakukan ekskavasi di Gua Mabitce untuk memperoleh data arkeologi di bawah permukaan. Data artefak, ekofak, fitur, dan sebarannya dianalisis dan diinterpretasikan untuk menemukan gambaran kronologi dan penghunian di Gua Mabitce. Walaupun kronologi waktu situs belum dapat diperoleh karena sampel pertanggalan belum dapat dianalisis, hasil analisis artefak batu menunjukkan karakter budaya Hoabinh dengan artefak batu, sumatralith, dan serpih batu sebagai peralatan utamanya. Penggunaan kerakal yang dipangkas pada satu sisi sangat dominan ditemukan. Karakter budaya dan hunian di Gua Mabitce memiliki kesamaan dengan situs-situs pre-Neolitik lainnya di Sumatra bagian utara, seperti situs terbuka di pesisir timur Sumatra bagian utara dan situs gua/ceruk di Pegunungan Bukit Barisan di wilayah Aceh dan Sumatra Utara.
