Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model in improving student learning motivation in the Al-Quran and Hadith subject at MAN 3 Pasaman Barat. The research method used was qualitative. The subjects were teachers and students at MAN 3 Pasaman Barat. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The purpose of this study was to determine how teachers' skills in implementing the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) model improve student learning motivation in the Al-Quran and Hadith subject at MAN 3 Pasaman Barat, students' perceptions of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) model in improving student learning motivation in the Al-Quran and Hadith at MAN 3 Pasaman Barat, and classroom management in implementing the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) model in improving student learning motivation in the Al-Quran and Hadith at MAN 3 Pasaman Barat. This research approach is qualitative with a case study approach, related to the implementation of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model in improving student learning motivation in the Al-Quran and Hadith subject at MAN 3 Pasaman Barat. This research was conducted using scientific methods frequently used and implemented by a group of researchers in the social sciences. The researchers acted as observers and data collectors. Data were obtained through interviews, documentation, and observation. The results showed that the implementation of the TGT model in the Al-Quran Hadith subject at MAN 3 Pasaman Barat successfully increased student learning motivation. This was evident in increased student participation in learning, student enthusiasm in discussions and completing group assignments, and an increased sense of responsibility for learning. Furthermore, the TGT model also helped students develop collaboration, communication, and leadership skills. This study provides recommendations for Al-Quran Hadith teachers at MAN 3 Pasaman Barat to continue implementing the TGT model in their teaching, and for the school to provide better support for its implementation.

Abstract

This study aims to describe Increasing what is the disparity in the application of law regarding the resolution of marital issues faced by the Penghulu In Muara Enim Regency, South Sumatra the data collection technique is using library research or library study research with data collection techniques carried out by examining literature, document, and other sources of information related to the Topik of researchers. The result of this study: the first, resolution of marital legal issues among the chiefs In Muara Enim Regency, as early marriage and marriage registration requires a comprehensive approach. This involves education, personal approach, cooperation with various parties and a good understanding of the law. The second, Penghulu Ii Muara Enim Regency Like other regions, facing various obstacles regarding marriage law issues Some of these obstacles include a lack of village head personnel. Especially in remote areas, and the challenges complex application of marriage law and sometimes contrary to local customs. The third, Penghulu In Muara Enim Regency, South Sumatra facing obstacles in carrying out his duties disparity (difference) in legal sources used.

Abstract

This study aims to describe Increasing how father as a wali of biology for marriage. in the matter of guardianship as nikah often becomes polemic in various cases of marriage especially those involving the biological father not legally recorded the data collection technique is using library research or library study research with data collection techniques carried out by examining literature, document, and other sources of information related to the Topik of researchers. The result of this study the first, legal status child born out of wedlock in indonesia regulated in the Marriage Law and Islamic Law and is further strengthened by the decision of the Constitutional Court Generally, an illegitimate child only has a civil relationship with their mother and her mother's family However, the verdict of Constitutional Court affirming that the child continues to have a civil relationship with their biological father if it can be scientifically and legally proven The second, The biological father must comply children's rights, such as the right to education right to obtain identity and the right to protection

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of improving the quality of the workforce in facing competition in the world of work by providing training that will improve people's abilities carried out by job training centers. The aim of this research is to find out the role of job training centers in improving the quality of the workforce before entering the world. works at UPTD BLK Padang Pariaman. The research method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, in-depth interviews with analysis techniques in the form of data reduction, data display and conclusions. The results of this research indicate that the role of UPTD BLK Padang Pariaman has been running well, but has not been optimal in improving the quality of the workforce, due to heterogeneous participants, inadequate training equipment, limited number of instructors and budget received and the absence of placement or distribution of work.
