Abstract

Stunting is one of the public health problems that is still a concern in Indonesia with a high prevalence at both national and local levels. Based on Riskesdas 2020, the prevalence of stunting in Indonesia reached 27.67%, while the national target is 14% by 2024. To support these efforts, Tri Tunas Nasional Institute of Technology and Health in collaboration with Rumah Zakat organized a community service program entitled "Healthy Mothers, Stunting-Free Children Agent". This activity was aimed at pregnant and breastfeeding mothers in Rapokalling District, Makassar, with the aim of increasing their knowledge and awareness about stunting and how to prevent it. This program uses participatory education methods, interactive discussions, and food distribution as practical support. Evaluation was conducted through pre-test and post-test to measure knowledge improvement. Results showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of stunting and balanced nutrition, as well as behavioral changes towards a healthy diet. These findings demonstrate the importance of community-based interventions integrated with logistical support for successful stunting prevention.

Abstract

Academic anxiety is a psychological condition that can hinder students in completing their academic tasks.This study aims to determine the level of anxiety disorders experienced by final-year students in completing their thesis. The research method used is a descriptive method with a total sampling technique, involving 51 eighth-semester students at STKIP Taman Siswa. Data was collected through a questionnaire measuring three aspects of anxiety: physiological symptoms, emotional symptoms, and behavioral symptoms. The results show that most students experience academic anxiety with varying intensity levels. In terms of physiological symptoms, 49% of students experience moderate anxiety, 21.6% experience mild anxiety, and 17.6% experience severe anxiety. Emotional symptoms are most dominant in the moderate category (47%) and mild category (33.3%), with 17.6% of students experiencing severe anxiety. Meanwhile, in the behavioral aspect, the majority of students experience moderate anxiety (52.9%) and mild anxiety (43.1%), with only 3.9% experiencing severe anxiety. This study indicates that academic anxiety has a significant impact on the physical, emotional, and behavioral conditions of final year students.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalisasi sistem manajemen di PT Celebes Kreatif Gemilang melalui pengembangan dan implementasi dokumen terintegrasi ISO 9001:2015 (Sistem Manajemen Mutu) dan ISO 45001:2018 (Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja). Pendekatan terpisah sebelumnya menimbulkan inefisiensi dan duplikasi. Melalui pendampingan intensif selama tiga bulan (29 April - 29 Juli 2025), tim peneliti berkolaborasi dengan perusahaan untuk menyusun dokumen terintegrasi, melatih auditor internal, serta mempersiapkan dan mendampingi perusahaan dalam audit sertifikasi. Tujuan utama adalah meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, K3, kepuasan pelanggan, dan secara strategis mempersiapkan PT Celebes Kreatif Gemilang untuk Akreditasi KAN. Keberhasilan PT Celebes Kreatif Gemilang melewati Audit Sertifikasi Tahap 2 (28-29 Juli 2025) untuk ISO 9001:2015 dan ISO 45001:2018 menunjukkan validasi eksternal atas efektivitas implementasi sistem manajemen terintegrasi. PkM ini menyajikan model praktik terbaik untuk integrasi sistem manajemen dan pencapaian pengakuan eksternal.

Abstract

Penanganan masalah gizi sebagai isu kesehatan masyarakat tidak hanya dapat dilakukan melalui pendekatan medis dan layanan kesehatan. Pengetahuan tentang gizi memainkan peran krusial dalam membentuk pola makan anak. Jika anak memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup mengenai nutrisi dan pentingnya makanan sehat, anak dapat membuat pilihan makanan yang lebih baik. Sebaliknya, kurangnya pengetahuan tentang gizi dapat menyebabkan anak memilih makanan yang kurang bergizi atau tidak seimbang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan dan jumlah uang jajan terhadap pola makan anak sekolah dasar di SDN 45 Kota Bima. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pengaruh pengetahuan terhadap pola makan yang didapatkan dari hasil analisis statistik adalah p value = 0.002 < 0.05 berarti disimpulkan ada pengaruh antara pengetahuan terhadap pola makan anak sekolah dasar di SDN 45 Kota Bima. Pengaruh uang jajan terhadap pola makan yang didapatkan dari hasil analisis statistik adalah p value = 0.004 < 0.05 berarti disimpulkan ada pengaruh antara jumlah uang jajan terhadap pola makan anak sekolah dasar di SDN 45 Kota Bima.

Abstract

The mental health of school children is gaining increasing attention, particularly concerning the social environment at school. This social environment encompasses various aspects such as peer interactions, relationships with teachers, and the overall school climate. These factors have a significant impact on children's mental health, including their emotional, psychological, and social well-being. Peer interaction is a key component of the school’s social environment. Positive relationships with peers can provide emotional support, boost self-confidence, and help children develop important social skills. Conversely, negative experiences such as bullying or social isolation can lead to stress, anxiety, and depression. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between the school social environment and the mental health of adolescents. This study uses a quantitative research approach with a cross-sectional design. The respondents of this study were 33 samples. The results of the statistical test showed that there is a significant relationship between the school social environment and students' mental health, with a p-value of 0.01, which is less than the significance threshold of 0.05. It can be concluded that the school social environment has a significant impact on students' mental health.
