Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has encouraged military organizations, including Jasdam II Sriwijaya, to adopt digital applications in order improve administrative efficiency and service quality. One of the innovations implemented is the SI Jempol application, which is designed to facilitate personnel administr ative services. This study aims to analyze the quality of the SI Jempol application using the usability testing method to evaluate its ease of use, effectiveness, and user satisfaction. Data were collected through a questionnaire based on the System Usability Scale (SUS), distributed to a group of application users. The analysis was carried out by calculating the SUS score and identifying both the strengths and weaknesses of the application. The findings indicate that SI Jempol achieved an average usability score categorized as [e.g., “good” or “fairly satisfactory” – to be adjusted according to results], suggesting that the application is effective and acceptable to users. However, several aspects still require improvement, such as. In conclusion, the SI Jempol application has strong potential to be further developed as a digital service that supports administrative performance within Jasdam II Sriwijaya.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information and communication technology has transformed learning practices globally, yet teaching activities at SMA Tri Dharma Palembang remain predominantly conventional and do not fully align with the requirements of the Merdeka Curriculum. This study was conducted to design and develop a web-based e-learning system that integrates learning material management, assignment submission, automated and manual assessments, discussion forums, and real-time student activity monitoring. The research applied a Research and Development (R&D) approach consisting of needs analysis, system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML), implementation with PHP, MySQL, and Bootstrap, and evaluation through black box testing and a Likert-scale user satisfaction survey. The system was tested by two teachers and ten students, and expert validation was conducted to assess the research instrument. Results show that all modules performed as expected during functional testing, and the user satisfaction survey yielded an overall score of 85.33%, categorized as very good. The findings were analyzed using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), and the DeLone & McLean IS Success Model, confirming that system quality, ease of use, usefulness, and user satisfaction significantly influence e-learning adoption in secondary education. This study contributes theoretically by extending the application of established information systems success models in the Indonesian school context and practically by providing a digital platform that supports the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah membentuk pola perilaku masyarakat dalam era digital. Penggunaan teknologi, terutama Website, sebagai sumber informasi utama telah menjadi aspek penting dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Lembaga pemerintah seperti Polrestabes Palembang juga merespon tren ini dengan menyediakan Website resmi sebagai alat komunikasi dan informasi. Namun keberhasilan Website ini tergantung pada sejauh mana kebutuhan pengguna terpenuhi. Evaluasi Website Polrestabes Palembang menjadi krusial. Dengan memanfaatkan System Usability Scale (SUS) sebagai metode evaluasi, data obyektif tentang kegunaan Website dari sudut pandang pengguna dapat dihasilkan. Evaluasi ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi area perbaikan dan meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna, sehingga dapat meningkatkan pelayanan publik secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini relevan karena memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan Website Polrestabes Palembang dan layanan publik. Melalui evaluasi menggunakan SUS, penelitian ini menghasilkan data berharga untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna dan memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat. Penelitian ini juga dapat menjadi panduan bagi lembaga pemerintah lain dalam meningkatkan usability Website untuk pelayanan yang lebih baik kepada masyarakat. Dengan merujuk pada penelitian serupa, penelitian ini mendukung pengembangan Website yang efektif dan memuaskan masyarakat. Hasil dari penilaian usability menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar pernyataan mendapatkan skor netral atau sedikit positif dari responden. Hal ini menandakan bahwa ada beberapa area yang perlu diperhatikan dan perbaikan agar pengalaman pengguna di website Polrestabes Palembang dapat ditingkatkan.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi terus berkembang dengan cepat, kehadiran internet telah mendorong berbagai bidang kehidupan untuk memanfaatkan teknologi ini. Puskesmas Sukarami adalah sebuah fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang berdedikasi dalam menyediakan jasa pelayanan kesehatan yang ada di kota Palembang, Sumatera Selatan, Indonesia. Puskesmas Sukarami merupakan salah satu instansi pelayanan masyarakat bidang kesehatan yang memiliki total 82 orang pegawai dan 4 orang petugas pendaftaran dari 12 orang pegawai yang bisa mengakses Aplikasi Antrean Online BPJS yang terdiri dari 8 poli untuk pelayanannya. Jumlah total pasien Puskesmas Sukarami yang terdaftar terhitung kurang lebih sebanyak 29.000 orang dan memiliki 6 dokter. Jumlah pasien yang datang perharinya rata-rata sebanyak 100 hingga 160 orang. Evaluasi Usability merupakan cara untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengguna dapat menggunakan suatu sistem/aplikasi untuk mencapai tujuan pengguna yang ditentukan dengan efektivitas, efisiensi, dan kepuasan dalam kondisi tertentu. Dalam upaya mengatasi hal tersebut maka dibuatlah sebuah Evaluasi Usability yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui dimana kekurangan Aplikasi Antrean Online BPJS dengan menggunakan metode TAM dan COBIT 5. Dari hasil analisis dan evaluasi yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi antrian online BPJS mendapatkan penilaian yang baik dari pengguna dalam hal Perceived Usefulness (PU) dan Perceived Ease Of Use (PEU), serta usability secara umum. Dari data yang disajikan, rata-rata PU mencapai 94%, sementara rata-rata PEU mencapai 91%. Evaluasi usability proses dalam domain COBIT 5 juga menunjukkan hasil yang positif, dengan rata-rata nilai untuk setiap proses berada di atas. Hal ini menandakan bahwa aplikasi ini dianggap mudah digunakan oleh pengguna dan memenuhi harapan mereka terhadap usability.

Abstract

Learning with the E-learning method is learning by using technology because online e-learning uses computer networks to provide information and communication. Where with the use of e-learning can occur changes in learning activities between teachers and students and students can learn wherever and whenever. SUMSEL N HIGH SCHOOL (Sampoerna Academy) Palembang has a vision that is international level and has the hope to become an example for other national schools by implementing international standards and has a mission to make students global in mind. In the SUMSEL High School in the learning process still using conventional learning methods through face-to-face in class, the provision of subject matter is carried out only in class and also if the teacher is not entered, the subject material is not obtained by students. So that this research was carried out by utilizing information and communication technology in changing learning activities namely the use of school-based elearning. While this research is research and development research refers to the development model Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluation (ADDIE). School-based Elearning has features similar to Facebook and schoology also combines social networks and LMS (Learning Management System). So that with schoology-based e-learning can get information about the subject matter that is given by the teacher easily even though the teacher is unable to attend the class because through schoology the teacher can attend student attendance, and between the teacher and students can interact socially while learning.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology, particularly the internet, has driven governments to adopt e-government to enhance information access, improve service efficiency, and promote administrative transparency. One of its implementations is a public service website that enables citizens to access digital services and information. The success of this system highly depends on the quality of the website in terms of usability, information completeness, and service interaction. This study employs the Webqual method, which consists of Usability Quality, Information Quality, and Interaction Quality, using a quantitative approach to evaluate the website’s service quality. The results indicate that the Online Licensing Service Information System website of DPMPTSP Palembang City has improved service efficiency by accelerating the licensing process in accordance with SOP’s, allowing applicants to obtain their licensing certificates within a maximum of three days. The system implementation has successfully reduced reliance on slower manual processes. However, issues remain regarding accessibility and information updates on PPID, which may hinder transparency. Further analysis reveals that Usability Quality, Information Quality, and Interaction Quality simultaneously have a significant impact on user satisfaction. However, when examined separately, only Information Quality and Interaction Quality show a significant positive impact, while Usability Quality does not strongly influence user satisfaction. The development of public service information systems should focus on improving accessibility, creating a more intuitive interface, and ensuring regular updates of information. With these optimizations, the system can be more effective in meeting user needs and enhancing their experience in accessing government digital services.
