Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan mengolah data statistik menggunakan software R Studio. R Studio merupakan software Statistika yang populer, lengkap, dan berlisensi gratis sehingga peneliti dapat terhindar dari tuntutan hukum saat mengolah dan menganalisis data. Software ini memiliki visualisasi grafik yang lebih canggih dibandingkan software statistika lainnya. Selain itu, R Studio juga dapat digunakan dalam pembuatan aplikasi berbasis desktop maupun website. Metode kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan metode ceramah, demonstrasi langsung dipraktekkan oleh peserta, serta tanya jawab. Metode ceramah digunakan untuk menyampaikan pengetahuan secara umum tentang manfaat statistika dalam olah data, teori dasar statistik, dan pengenalan software. Demonstrasi digunakan untuk memberikan keterampilan langsung mengenai teknik-teknik olah data dengan berbagai kasus penelitian. Tanya jawab digunakan untuk melengkapi hal-hal yang belum terakomodasi oleh kedua metode di atas. Pelatihan ini melibatkan seluruh tingkat akademisi Kota Makassar yang terdiri dari Dosen, Peneliti, Karyawan, dan Mahasiswa. Hasil pelatihan olah data statistik dapat dinyatakan berhasil. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari: (1) Kehadiran peserta sesuai dengan terget yaitu 82% (82 dari 100 Peseerta) (2) Hasil pelatihan dinyatakan sangat baik yang ditandai dengan banyaknya peserta yang paham dan beberapa dosen mengajak kerjasama untuk melakukan pelatihan di instansinya (3) Peserta sangat antusias mengikuti pelatihan yang dilihat dari keseriusan mengikuti pelatihan dan banyaknya peserta yang melakukan konsultasi setelah pelatihan.

Abstract

This study explores the integration of psychological perspectives into Human Resource Management (HRM) strategy, aiming to understand its implications for organizational effectiveness. Employing a qualitative research design, the study conducts a systematic literature review to analyze existing literature relevant to the research topic. Data collection involves comprehensive search strategies using keywords related to HRM strategy, psychological perspectives, and organizational performance. Thematic analysis is employed to identify recurring patterns and themes within the literature. The findings indicate that integrating psychological perspectives into HRM strategy enhances employee motivation, engagement, and organizational performance. Psychological theories such as Maslow's hierarchy of needs, Herzberg's two-factor theory, and self-determination theory offer valuable insights into understanding employee behavior and motivation. The study highlights the importance of addressing employees' diverse psychological needs for autonomy, recognition, and meaningful work to foster a positive work environment. Furthermore, it emphasizes the role of talent development, recognition programs, and supportive leadership in enhancing organizational performance and competitiveness. The study concludes that integrating psychological perspectives into HRM strategy holds promise for promoting organizational effectiveness and employee well-being.

Abstract

Data collection using primary data obtained from students who study at Stiem Bongaya Makassar who are then made respondents using purposive sampling technique is a sampling technique limited to certain types of people who can provide the desired information. The results of primary data collected through the distribution of the questionnaire have been tested using classical assumptions in the form of normality assumptions, multicollinearity assumptions, heteroscedasticity assumptions, autocorrelation and linearity. Methods of data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis. The results show that first, price has a negative effect on smartphone purchasing decisions. Both product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Third, price and product quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision of a study smartphone for the Makassar Bongaya Students.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology has a positive impact on the Indonesian economy as seen by the tendency of people to switch from using cash as a means of payment to using non-cash payments, which are more economical and efficient for transactions. This research is a perceptual research that places perceived enjoyment as a mediator in explaining the effect of perceived ease of use on the behavioural intention of DANA e-wallet users. This perceptual study involved 55 students as respondents, the data was analysed using structural equation modelling with the help of Smart PLS-4. The findings of this study provide evidence that high perceived ease of use has a real impact in increasing perceived enjoyment and behavioural intention. The other causality, namely low perceived enjoyment, cannot make a meaningful contribution to behavioural intention. The role of perceived enjoyment as a mediator is not proven in explaining the effect of perceived ease of use on behavioural intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance, and the influence of decision making on employee performance. Data collection used primary data obtained from employees at the Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Service of South Sulawesi Province which were then used as respondents using the slovin formula after carrying out calculations so that the researchers adjusted as many as 66 respondents. The results of the data collected through the distribution of the questionnaire have been tested with classic assumption tests in the form of normality assumptions, multicollinearity assumptions, linearity assumptions and heteroscedasticity assumptions. Methods of data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis using the SPSS Version 23 application. The results showed that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Service of South Sulawesi Province. In addition, this study also shows that decision making has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Service of South Sulawesi Province so that all hypotheses proposed are accepted.

Abstract

Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai; untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai; dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Populasinya adalah seluruh pegawai BPSDM Prov. Sulsel sejumlah 128 orang pegawai, sedangkan sampel yang diambil berjumlah 128 orang. Hasil kuesioner tersebut telah diuji validitas dan realibilitasnya, juga telah diuji asumsi klasik berupa asumsi normalitas, asumsi heterokedastisitas dan asumsi multikolonieritasnya. Metode analisis data menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa 1) gaya kepemimpinan secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai sehingga dapat diartikan semakin baik gaya kepemimpinan maka semakin baik pula kinerja pegawai Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Prov. Sul Sel; 2) lingkungan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai sehingga dapat diartikan semakin baik lingkungan kerja maka semakin baik pula kinerja pegawai Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Prov. Sul Sel; dan 3). gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai sehingga dapat diartikan semakin baik gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja maka semakin baik pula kinerja pegawai Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Prov. Sul Sel.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of company size, cash flow, debt level, managerial ownership on profit persistence in banking companies in the main financial sector listed on the Indonesia stock exchange in 2021-2023. This study uses asample of 22 companies. The sampling method used in this study is purposive sampling. The research hypothesis shows that company size has a positive and significant effect on earnings persistence, cash flow is proven to have a significant negative effect on earnings persistence, debt level is proven to have a positive effect on earnings persistence, and managerial ownership is proven to have a significant posistive effect on earnings persistence.
