Abstract

Work stress is an increasingly concerning issue in the modern work environment, including at Lurah Sitiharjo II. Excessive work stress can negatively impact employees' physical and mental health, reduce productivity, and lower job satisfaction. Work stress occurs when there is an imbalance between job demands and an individual's ability to meet those demands. At Lurah Sitiharjo II, administrative pressure, high public service demands, and limited resources often become major sources of stress for employees. Effective financial management is often overlooked as a means to reduce work stress. Good financial management provides stability and peace of mind, which helps alleviate stress. Research shows that poor financial management is a significant factor in causing work stress. Financial literacy and well-being programs can significantly reduce work stress levels by enhancing employees' understanding and skills in managing personal finances. Industrial and organizational psychology approaches indicate that effective financial management can increase motivation and job satisfaction. Employees who feel financially secure are more likely to show high commitment to the organization and have good relationships with colleagues and supervisors. Therefore, integrating effective financial management strategies into Lurah Sitiharjo II's policies not only improves employees' financial well-being but also reduces work stress, enhances job satisfaction, and boosts organizational productivity. This study aims to examine the relationship between effective financial management and the reduction of work stress at Lurah Sitiharjo II, as well as to identify best practices that can be implemented.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the quality of raw materials and prices have a significant effect on consumer decisions in buying broiler 1 products at PT. Indojaya Agrinusa Medan and how much influence the quality of raw materials and prices have on consumer decisions in buying broiler 1 products at PT. Indojaya Agrinus Medan. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with several tests, namely reliability analysis, classical assumption deviation test and linear regression. Based on the regression results of the primary data processed using SPSS 18, the multiple linear regression equation is obtained as follows: Y = 4.234 + 0.109 X1 - 0.781 X2. Partially, the raw material quality variable (X1) has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, as evidenced by the t count > t table (8.977 > 2.012). Meanwhile, the price variable (X2) does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, as evidenced by the value of t count < t table (1.821 < 2.012). Simultaneously, raw material quality (X1) and price (X2) variables have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. This means that the hypothesis in this study is accepted, as evidenced by the calculated F value > F table (26.080 > 3.20). Raw material quality (X1) and price (X2) variables are able to contribute to the purchasing decision variable by 68.1% while the remaining 31.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Abstract

This study aims to determineThe Effect of Leadership Style on Employee Performance at Pt. Karya Hevea Indonesia With Work Discipline As Intervening Variable. Based on 1)it can be seen that tcount (4.363) > ttable (1.701), as well as with a significance value of 0.00 <0.05, it can be concluded that the first hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the Leadership Style variable(X) positive and significant effecton Work Discipline (Y1). 2) it can be seen that tcount (1.917) > ttable (1.701), and a significance value of 0.00 <0.05, it can be concluded that the second hypothesis is accepted, meaning that Leadership Style(X) positive and significant effecton Employee Performance (Y2). 3) it can be seen that tcount (2.504) > ttable (1.701), and the significance value is 0.00 <0.05, it can be concluded that the third hypothesis is accepted, meaning Work Discipline (Y1)influentialpositive andsignificanton Employee Performance (Y2). 4) the direct effect of variable X on variable Y2 is 0.200. While the indirect effect through the Y1 variable is 0.636 x 0.329 = 0.2092, the results of the calculations show that the direct effect through the X variable is smaller than the indirect effect on the Y2 variable.

Abstract

Dalam melaksanakan kewajiban mahasiswa perlu mendapatkan haknya sehingga terjadi keseimbangan antara hak dan kewajiban yang telah tertulis dalam Tata Tertib Pergaulan Mahasiswa di Kampus untuk menghindari mahasiswa dalam terlibat masalah selama proses perkualihan. Permasalahan akademik yang dihadapi mahasiswa tidak hanya mencakup tentang pengesahan dan konsultasi FRS, tetapi juga menyangkut permasalahan pribadi mahasiswa dalam menjalankan pembelajaran misalnya penurunan hasil belajar, kesulitan dalam menerima pembelajaran atau masalah seputar motivasi belajar. Oleh karena itu, pihak intsitusi memberikan tugas kepada setiap dosen sebagai pembimbing atau Penasihat Akademik (PA). Seorang PA harus mampu memberikan solusi untuk permasalahan mahasiswa tersebut. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui peran penasihat akademik (PA) dalam peningkatan prestasi belajar mahasiswi Program Studi Diploma Tiga Kebidanan STIKes Dharma Husada Bandung. Metode penelitian adalah kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian kuantitatif adalah 86 dan kualitatif 42 informan secara simple random sampling. Penelitian dilakukan di STIKes Dharma Husada Bandung pada bulan Maret 2019. Uji analisis menggunakan uji Pearson. Hasil penelitian ada hubungan antara peran pembimbing akademik dengan prestasi belajar mahasiswa (p= 0,000). Simpulan, frekuensi, kualitas bimbingan akademik, dan motivasi belajar mahasiswa baik sesuai panduan bimbingan akademik mahasiswa, upaya dosen pembimbing akademik dalam meningkatkan motivasi, serta hasil yang telah dicapai dari pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan belajar baik.

Abstract

Limbah ternak dan rumah tangga pada umumnya jarang dimamfaatkan sehingga dalam waktu lama akan bertambah banyak jumlahnya dan menjadi masalah dalam hal penanggulanganya, sedangkan dalam bidang pertanian masalah yang di temukan adalah jarang dan mahalnya pupuk anorganik yang berdampak pada daya masyarakat yamg menurun. Oleh karena itu perlu di lakukan penanggulangan berupa pemamfaatan limbah kotoran sapi menjadi pupuk organik dan pemamfaatan limbah rumah tangga menjadi media tanam sebagai tempat pengaplikasian penggunaan pupuk organik dengan menanam sayuran (kangkung darat) guna mencegah dan mengurangi pencemaran lingkungan, dan juga mendorong penggunaan pupuk organik sebagai alternatif karena jarang dan mahalnya pupuk dalam pertanian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan PAR, teknik pengambilan data langsung terjun ke objek penelitian. Sedangkan sasaran utama penelitian ini ialah pemuda Dusun Lendang Bunga, Setidaknya solusi yang ditawarkan mengenai permasalahan diatas dapat mengurangi pencemaran lingkungan dan bermamfaat bagi masyarakat terutama petani. Selama kegiatan ini berlangsung pemuda Dusun Lendang Bunga sangat antusias mengikuti program ini tahap demi tahap. Pemudanya dapat membuat pupuk organik sendiri dan membuat media tanam serta mengaplikasikannya dengan menanam kangkung darat dan di taruh dihalaman rumah

Abstract

This community engagement program aims to enhance the competitiveness of culinary micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Medan City through training in digital marketing and basic financial management. A preliminary survey of 20 MSMEs revealed that most lacked strategic use of social media and did not maintain proper financial records. The program was implemented through interactive training and field mentoring over two months. The results showed significant improvements in four key areas: social media usage increased from 50% to 85%, financial record-keeping from 20% to 75%, digital literacy from 30% to 85%, and financial literacy from 25% to 75%. Participants also reported increased business revenue and enhanced online promotion skills. The program aligns with prior research findings while offering a unique approach through integrated methods and tangible behavioral change among participants. Limitations include a relatively short implementation period and the absence of long-term impact assessment. Nevertheless, the program is considered successful and has the potential to be replicated for other MSME sectors with a more sustainable strategy.
