Abstract

Work stress is an increasingly concerning issue in the modern work environment, including at Lurah Sitiharjo II. Excessive work stress can negatively impact employees' physical and mental health, reduce productivity, and lower job satisfaction. Work stress occurs when there is an imbalance between job demands and an individual's ability to meet those demands. At Lurah Sitiharjo II, administrative pressure, high public service demands, and limited resources often become major sources of stress for employees. Effective financial management is often overlooked as a means to reduce work stress. Good financial management provides stability and peace of mind, which helps alleviate stress. Research shows that poor financial management is a significant factor in causing work stress. Financial literacy and well-being programs can significantly reduce work stress levels by enhancing employees' understanding and skills in managing personal finances. Industrial and organizational psychology approaches indicate that effective financial management can increase motivation and job satisfaction. Employees who feel financially secure are more likely to show high commitment to the organization and have good relationships with colleagues and supervisors. Therefore, integrating effective financial management strategies into Lurah Sitiharjo II's policies not only improves employees' financial well-being but also reduces work stress, enhances job satisfaction, and boosts organizational productivity. This study aims to examine the relationship between effective financial management and the reduction of work stress at Lurah Sitiharjo II, as well as to identify best practices that can be implemented.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the calculation of the cost of production of Donuts carried out at Mr. Isak Nasirin's Java Bakery Business. Analyzing the calculation of the cost of goods produced using the full costing and variable costing methods at the Java Bakery business and the differences and their effect on the selling price. The results of data analysis obtained that the calculation of the cost of goods produced by the owner of Java Bakery and using the full costing method has a difference of Rp 326, -,. The results of the calculation of the cost of production have a difference between the variable costing method and what the company does is Rp 322, - and the determination of the selling price based on the calculation of the full costing method is Rp 1,051, - while the variable costing method is Rp 1,047, -, but Java Bakery usually rounds the selling price per pcs to Rp 2,000. The amount of profit expected by the owner wants 50% of the cost of production per pcs of donuts.

Abstract

Pemasaran digital telah menjadi strategi efektif untuk meningkatkan penjualan dan memperluas jangkauan pasar, khususnya bagi Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) yang menjadi salah satu pilar pendukung perekonomian Indonesia. Pengabdian ini berfokus pada usaha keripik pisang Family Berkah yang perlu beradaptasi dengan digital marketing untuk tetap kompetitif. Milenial yang akrab dengan teknologi memiliki kemampuan unik dalam menerapkan strategi digital marketing secara inovatif. Pengabdian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi bagaimana implementasi digital marketing melalui milenial dapat meningkatkan keberhasilan usaha keripik pisang Family Berkah. Metode pengabdian melibatkan diskusi dan demonstrasi dengan tiga langkah: persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Langkah persiapan meliputi perizinan, survei lokasi, dan penyusunan materi. Tahap pelaksanaan melibatkan penjelasan dan pelatihan kepada pemilik usaha tentang penggunaan media digital. Tahap evaluasi menilai pengetahuan pemilik usaha tentang digital marketing dan peningkatan penjualan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun UMKM Keripik Family Berkah menghadapi tantangan dalam pemasaran digital, pendampingan dan pelatihan yang tepat dapat memanfaatkan platform digital untuk meningkatkan penjualan. Implementasi strategi digital marketing terbukti efektif dalam memperluas jangkauan pasar dan meningkatkan daya saing usaha. Pengabdian ini menegaskan bahwa dengan dukungan milenial, UMKM dapat memaksimalkan potensi pemasaran digital dan berkembang lebih pesat di pasar yang kompetitif.

Abstract

Dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi global yang cepat, persaingan bisnis semakin ketat. Sepertinya industri perlu terus mengembangkan inovasi baru untuk mengikuti perubahan. Semua bisnis berusaha untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya agar dapat bersaing dengan keunggulannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami dampak struktur modal, ukuran perusahaan, pertumbuhan penjualan, aset intangible, dan tingkat stres keuangan terhadap perusahaan manufaktur di subsektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2019 hingga 2021. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Teknik purposive sampling digunakan untuk memilih sampel perusahaan yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditetapkanStudi ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Koefisien determinasi, uji signifikansi simultan (F), dan uji signifikansi parsial (T) digunakan dalam analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai Chi-square adalah 31,469 dengan derajat kebebasan 4 dan nilai signifikansi (p-value) sebesar 0,000. Nilai p 0,000 menunjukkan signifikansi yang kuat di bawah tingkat signifikansi 0,05. Sebagai hasilnya, hipotesis nol (Ho) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima. Temuan ini dapat diartikan bahwa antara tahun 2019 dan 2021, perusahaan manufaktur di subsektor makanan dan minuman yang sudah tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia mengalami krisis keuangan yang dipengaruhi oleh aset intangible, struktur modal, ukuran perusahaan, dan pertumbuhan penjualan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi hubungan antara Tingkat Pendidikan (X1) dan Pemahaman Akuntansi (X2) terhadap Kualitas Laporan Keuangan (Y) pada UMKM. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh variabel Tingkat Pendidikan dan Pemahaman Akuntansi terhadap Kualitas Laporan Keuangan. Penelitian dilakukan pada 57 UMKM dengan data yang dianalisis dari periode Februari hingga Mei 2024. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang mengukur tingkat pendidikan, pemahaman akuntansi, dan kualitas laporan keuangan. Analisis data menggunakan metode Regresi Berganda dengan uji hipotesis meliputi uji koefisien determinasi (R²), uji parsial (uji t), dan uji simultan (uji F), serta pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan SPSS versi 28. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, berdasarkan uji koefisien determinasi (R²), variabel Tingkat Pendidikan dan Pemahaman Akuntansi secara signifikan menjelaskan kontribusinya terhadap Kualitas Laporan Keuangan. Secara parsial, tingkat pendidikan dan pemahaman akuntansi masing-masing memiliki pengaruh terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan. Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan. Kata Kunci: tingkat pendidikan, pemahaman akuntansi, kualitas laporan keuangan

Abstract

This study aims the relationship between Customer Experience (X1) and Brand Image (X2) on customer loyalty (Y) at PT Pegadaian Medan Branch. Taking into account the dynamic changes in the financial services industry and the evolution of consumer preferences, this study aims to understand how customer experience and brand image influence customer loyalty decisions. The research sample was 165 people through data analysis from February to May 2024, this study highlights the importance of a satisfying customer experience and a positive brand image in maintaining and increasing customer loyalty. Sampling using random sampling. Data analysis using Multiple Regression test, hypothesis testing using the coefficient of determination test (R2), partial test (t test), and simultaneous test (F test) while data processing using SPSS 28. The results showed that from the coefficient of determination test (R2) the Customer Experience and Brand Image variables were able to explain their existence to customer loyalty, besides that partially Customer Experience has a significant effect on customer loyalty and Brand Image has a significant effect on customer loyalty and simultaneously Customer Experience and Brand Image have a significant effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

The information system for admitting new students is one of the processes in educational institutions such as schools that are useful for making it easier to screen prospective students who will be selected according to the expected criteria and determined by the school. In this study the application was at the Adzkia Integrated Islamic Elementary School, which had been done manually and had not been computerized. The author is motivated to create an Information System for making a web about Admission of New Students at the Adzkia Integrated Islamic Elementary School. Admission of New Web-Based Students with the Prototype model development method and with an object-oriented system approach that is modeled using PHP, HTML and SQL which is able to manage data quickly and to avoid cheating entering data. Admission of New Students has several stages, namely registration, selection, and announcement of acceptance of new students.

Abstract

This community engagement program aims to enhance the competitiveness of culinary micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Medan City through training in digital marketing and basic financial management. A preliminary survey of 20 MSMEs revealed that most lacked strategic use of social media and did not maintain proper financial records. The program was implemented through interactive training and field mentoring over two months. The results showed significant improvements in four key areas: social media usage increased from 50% to 85%, financial record-keeping from 20% to 75%, digital literacy from 30% to 85%, and financial literacy from 25% to 75%. Participants also reported increased business revenue and enhanced online promotion skills. The program aligns with prior research findings while offering a unique approach through integrated methods and tangible behavioral change among participants. Limitations include a relatively short implementation period and the absence of long-term impact assessment. Nevertheless, the program is considered successful and has the potential to be replicated for other MSME sectors with a more sustainable strategy.

Abstract

Cryptocurrency trading is a very popular business of buying and selling digital money today. Many investors trade cryptocurrency assets through cryptocurrency exchange platforms in the hope of getting a large profit difference. However, the cryptocurrency trading business is not always favourable for investors as choosing the wrong cryptocurrency exchange can result in huge losses from the trades made. Based on these problems, it is necessary to have a decision support system for selecting the most relevant cryptocurrency exchange to be used as a cryptocurrency trading platform that can increase the chances of investors making profits. The decision support system method used in this research is Preference Selection Index (PSI). The results of the selection of cryptocurrency exchanges using the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method in this study recommend Indodax as the most relevant cryptocurrency exchange used by investors to gain profits in running a cryptocurrency trading business because it gets the highest value (0.893662729) compared to 4 other alternatives.

Abstract

This community service aims to optimize the use of TikTok as an interactive and economically potential learning medium for students and teachers at SMA Harapan 3 Medan. The primary issue identified was the participants' lack of understanding regarding the utilization of social media for educational purposes and monetization. The solution was provided through a workshop based on seven literacies: digital, technological, media, financial, informational, social, and cultural. The implementation methods included theoretical sessions, practical applications, evaluations through pre-tests and post-tests, and follow-up surveys. Results indicated an improvement in participants' understanding, with 85% of students able to create educational content after the training, and 70% of them understanding monetization strategies. The workshop also motivated 60% of teachers to consider social media as a teaching aid. The impact of this activity is expected to continue in adaptive learning and the creative economy in the digital er.
